Definition of "Doing Business" in CA
"The entity actively engages in any transaction in California for the purpose of financial gain or profit."
"The entity is organized or commercially domiciled in California. The commercial domicile is the principal location from which the business is managed."
"The entity has California sales in excess of the lesser of $500,000 or 25 percent of its total sales."
"The value of the entity’s real property and tangible personal property located in California exceeds the lesser of $50,000 or 25 percent of the value of this property owned by the taxpayer."
"The entity’s California compensation paid exceeds the lesser of $50,000 or 25 percent of the total compensation paid."
They would only be subject to filing if MyEChecks customers were also in CA. Are you aware which MyECheck licensees are located in California?
Until those IMAGINARY revenues appear on the financial statements this will continue to dig itself deeper & DEEPER IN DEBT. You are RIGHT, this would be the very 1st time this JUNK has ever turned a profit in years.
Hopefully when it finally has income there will be more than a thousand dollars worth of volume....

Colorado sent most MMJ stocks to run 1,000-50,000% so it's natural to retrace unless it drops to Pre Legalization price. 1 state changed the industry & anyone who invests prior the other 48 states will be retiring early just like those who invested prior to Colorado. It's a bubble that will eventually burst, the timeframe which it floats is still unknown.
GRCU has a great chance to move up & change the industry if Mr Calkin has the vision & resources that many claim.
What's to stop the shareprice from coming back to .02? The PR of an RS would cause a massive sell off bringing this down to .006-.008 then a 10:1 RS to put us back at the 52w high of .08 & everyone now has way less shares including the CEO. An RS sounds good to anyone with none or only a handful of shares but to anyone holding millions will be completely against it.
If MYEC is about to grow as BIG as we all are anticipating the share structure is fine how it is & institutions will lock the float instead of us longs trying to hold the Fort.
I understand your strategy & many are also waiting on the sidelines with you to buy back in.
If you want to maximize your amount of shares I would have gotten out in May as all shareholders knew there were no expected catalysts until July/Aug, to hold through the worst of it then to sell right when we are now expecting the catalysts to appear will only get you more if Ed fails to communicate with shareholders after the holiday (highly unlikely but still possible). We have all been waiting patiently for July & now it's here so if there was a time to buy it would be right now (getting 2x as many shares from selling in May), if you sell right before the catalyst what are the odds of buying back less shares?
The page was last updated Jan 2012 & ZipMark started using MyECheck in June 2012.
ZipMark moves money overnight using Check 21 and nonreversible ACH credits.
Every transaction ZipMark processes MyECheck gets a certain percentage.
Just like electricity from the main provider in your state, MyEChecks patented platform can be licensed to anyone/any company then it's up to them to develop a user interface or integrate it into existing software.
ZipMark won the Award for best eCheck software even though we are the patented back end. I'm sure ZipMark isn't in a rush to tell the world why their program is cheaper, safer & quicker than any ACH competitor hence why the award went to ZipMark with no mention of MyECheck being to processor.
It's only a matter of time before other businesses & developers realize all they have to do is license MYEC's patent to give ZipMark some eCheck competition.
I also wondered why Ed hasn't hired a company to develop a program platform similar to ZipMark but better, then it would be the worlds main Check 21 eCheck Payments processor instead of licensing it out to let companies compete against each other, Ed could also provide lower fees than ZipMark as there is no middleman.

"MyECheck to provide software and services to facilitate Zipmark's mobile payments platform
El Dorado Hills, California, June 6, 2012 - MyECheck, Inc. (OTC: MYEC), a provider of electronic check payment services, announced it has signed software licensing and services agreements with Zipmark, Inc, an emerging processor of mobile electronic transactions. MyECheck will provide a licensed payments platform to Zipmark. The MyECheck payments platform will enable Zipmark to accept and clear fully electronic checks.
Zipmark makes it simple and safe to quickly pay your rent, bills, and even your friends. Simply connect your bank account to Zipmark to make and receive payments via mobile, the web, and mailed invoices."
Check this out:
"Whether Google Wallet, MyECheck, Bill Me Later, or all of them, are on the horizon, Cardinal Centinel® has the payment brands you want today, with the new brands and updates you’ll want tomorrow."

MYEC next to Google & BillMeLater!
Hmmm, bet the author wrote the article incorrectly, it should say Check 21 instead of ACH.
I do not recall MyECheck ever processing ACH transactions.

Found the eMail from March 2014 about ZipMark
Ed Starrs: "Pretty funny Zipmark wins an award for best e-check when it's our patented platform. Highlights the need to get the word out that we are back and stronger than ever."
The business/seller are the ones paying the fees. The customers pay easy, quickly & free.
PayPal is the same way.
The MyECheck P2P app will likely have the option to choose wether the sender or recipient pays the fee.
ZipMark's price structure sounds familiar doesn't it, exactly like ours except deposits start at $0.25.
"Zipmark’s pricing is simple, for both payables and receivables. Zipmark Deposit starts at $0.50 per transaction with volume discounts available as merchants process more transactions. Zipmark Collect for receivables features a flat fee of 1 percent capped at $5. Further differentiating themselves from the competition, Zipmark never charges merchants any other fees, including application fees, setup fees, and minimum fees, all of which can be a huge burden for businesses that are just trying to get off the ground."
I believe it was an email where Ed mentioned ZipMark still using us for all backend processing.
MYEC
Still here, Holding & Adding every opportunity!
There's so much going on behind the scenes that we don't know about, hence the current PPS; Which is a STEAL by the way.

Just this year Ed mentioned that ZipMark uses MyECheck for back end processing.
It's definitely us :)
Washington becomes Recreationally Legal next week! Stores open July 8th. This is only the 2nd state to jump on the bandwagon so MJ-Pay has a very high likelihood of becoming the industries preferred Mobile Payment Method. The more flawless the app launch goes, the quicker the media campaign starts advertising, the better for MJ-Pay in the long run & it all starts with the perfect app so patience is required.

"We have adjusted some of our timelines slightly, we work with partners and banks and have to wait for them and occasionally they miss their stated deadlines. Probably another week before we start uploading to google."
MyECheck posted June 20th on FB
We should be getting an update within the next 48 hours, even if MJ-Pay is delayed another week, Ed will at least inform us of the current status.
Buying back shares & retiring shares are 2 completely different processes. If the CEO wanted to retire an additional 300M shares (on top of todays 300M) he would have to buy them back on the open market 1st, at today's price that's $5.7M; GRCU does not have that amount of cash to do so yet.
The SS will work fine for now until we start to see great revenue numbers then we can expect to see shares purchased back by Green Cures.
Shares Outstanding: 1,933,695,597
Float: 1,633,695,385
Authorized Shares: 2,000,000,000
The new AS will be the current float. You can see the difference between the OS & Float is exactly 300M. This will leave us with an SS with no possibility of dilution.
The shares were simply canceled & did not require a buy back or any funds to complete the retirement of these shares.
GRCU
Looks like the Pathetic CEO is dumping this back to NO BID. Clarke dumped on the bid for 3's & now the 2's, the 1's will be dumped on shortly- 12B shares to go then an RS.

Gov-Pay would not be considered a competitor as they deal mainly with Credit Card processing as a Bill Pay/Payments vendor. They deal with paper checks sent from customers along with checks/cards over the phone via an automated Interactive Voice Response. Payment vendors are a "Dime a Dozen" They do no back end processing & most are using ACH for all transactions including checks.
G-Pay from MyECheck is 100% electronic from start to finish, from one bank account to another using Check 21 technology.
Gov-Pay could greatly benefit by partnering with MYEC so they can accept eChecks for higher efficiency & way less fees, then upgrade later to allow mobile payments from customers with the MyECheck Apps.

Does a website need to be registered to Ed Starrs or MyECheck for MYEC to be the Back End Processor?
"Over the last month we have been working one-on-one with VX Gateway regarding MAP withdrawals for our International Customer Base. And it has paid off! New banking relationships have been created in several locations in Europe, which will make withdrawals through VX quick and cheap! As soon as VX is 100% good-to-go on their side (I’m told 1-2 weeks from now), we will flip the ‘on’ switch and everyone will be happy for all of the work that has went into lowering costs and making it as easy as possible for MAP members."

I'm very interested in knowing how many shares of GRCU Mr. Calkin owns.
The company you are referring to is not competition nor is it the Answer to the Medical Marijuana Cash Dilemma as they are also waiting for the Federal Laws to change allow Dispensaries to work directly with banks before they can move in as a Vendor for Payments.
This is what Singlepoint offers the industry as of right now: "We are currently able to do a CASH TRANSACTION with a DEBIT CARD"
http://vimeo.com/98946285
Watch this MoneyTV episode posted 6 days ago & you will agree SING is not competition, in fact they should look into partnering with us since they plan to be a Payments Vendor offering Credit, Debit, & Mobile payment options to all dispensaries. I have not completely researched this topic but it sounds like their revenue stream is also quite different from ours since it is based off of the number of account holders they can attract rather than just a flat fee per transaction nor can they process the mobile purchase of items using only a customers bank account numbers.
MYEC
There should be some free news coverage after MJ-Pay launches. We are offering the 1st mobile payment solution to marijuana dispensaries & local news in Colorado will be all over it once launched.
I don't suppose Ed would yet pay for advertising until both P2P & MJPAY are avail on both Apple & Android.
You are correct, there's plenty to go around ($44T to be exact) for all to profit from & there will be no "1 Way" to send money or pay for items.
Even if MyECheck only captured 1% of 1% of the ACH market our annual revenue would be $44M from transaction fees alone.
Ed is going after much more than just 1/10,000th of market penetration & that's where the National Media Campaign comes in to help.
MYEC
The intriguing part here is this:
What are they using, it's not ACH & it's not a Wire so it could be Check 21 (possible MyECheck licensee?), at a mere 5 cents per transaction or free if under $10.
The only other option I know of is a direct debit transaction which works like a debit card.
"How is SoPayMe different than an ACH or a wire transfer? ACH Payments take multiple days to complete and can cost over 25 cents each. A wire transfer can cost over $30 each."
"How fast is the money moved? Instantly, or real-time."
http://sopayme.com/faq.php
I'm no patent expert, what I've taken from reading the patent is:
It covers Mobile Point of Sales where the user must have an account with the merchant so when the account holder enters user identification (telephone number or just the electronic device alone) it automatically recognizes the users funding method which may be a bank account or credit card.
The patent is unrelated to much of what MyECheck does including a few things like processing eChecks, Check 21, check processing, fully electronic transfers from Government owned bank accounts or something as simple as paying for an item online using only your routing & account #. Your bank institution & sopayme account must be manually integrated by visiting your bank & having them link your account.
Great thing with MYEC is everything can be electronically setup by the user or merchant by using only your bank account numbers.
When you search Google for SoPayMe it does not bring up anything relevant for the company, not even its website www.sopayme.com (went through 5 pages) The address was registered with GoDaddy & has not been updated since 5/20/13:
Expires On June 21, 2016
Registered On June 21, 2011
Updated On May 20, 2013
Out of curiosity I searched Google for MyECheck & you will be glad to hear that http://www.myecheck.com/ is the 1st result.
I'm assuming this $64B/Year isn't one mass transaction but sent multiple times throughout the year from different families within the community.
As soon as the bank gets integrated which could be within the week, this should immediately start adding to our revenue for 3Q.
MYEC
1% of $64B is $640M, that is the potential revenue for MyECheck from the USA Jewish Community to Israel.
This is just one community & its already hard to fathom the future growth of MyECheck.
