Authorized Shares: 2,000,000,000

The new AS will be the current float. You can see the difference between the OS & Float is exactly 300M. This will leave us with an SS with no possibility of dilution.
The shares were simply canceled & did not require a buy back or any funds to complete the retirement of these shares.
