One off display cars??? WRONG!
More then one time proof has been provided both by pictures AND video of multiple 2015 Saleen Mustangs in all THREE trim levels have been produced.
Not true at all.
Well it's made up anyways so it should be removed.
Like I said, that specific car was already in production for the ones that own it.
Its just someone wanting to say something negative about Saleen again.
Well a link or something would be nice because I can't seem to locate it. I would like to read it myself.
I know that whole story is NOT true because that said car was already in production before this person supposedly was there at the Saleen facility. I personally know the owners of that car and it was unveiled at the Knott's show April 2013.
Hmmm... Misinformation anyone? Lol
Let me see here:
My point is that this particular so called "email" is not true and completely inaccurate.
But I would still like to know where this so called email came from which is why I requested the proof behind it.
That so called "email" is not true. I'm just waiting for the "proof" behind this before I clear this up.
What's interesting is there has been no response to my request for that info.
But like I said, this is not true and completely made up.
Oh ya. Just the start. Many more to come I'm sure.
Lol. OK
Just like I said what, LAST YEAR that they would still be open. And guess what, they are and there revenue will also be up in the next filing with the 2015 Saleen Mustang being in full production.
And yes, what happened to the new funding that was suppose to happen in March or April? That never happened.
Weren't they suppose to be closed at the end of march? Or was it April? Maybe May? On no, that's tight that was may 2014. Lol
After reading this so called "email" I have to laugh a bit.
The grammar used is ridiculous. Something else that's interesting is back when this person supposedly put a deposit down it wasn't "too much" even though he had 2 Saleen already. But then all of the sudden now its "too much"? Lol
I want to know where this was found as I am very VERY cautious as too this so called " email" being legit, 100% made up and not true one bit.
Yep and will see it again.
How about the zero price or them being closed? Remember them days?
Oh, that's right that never happened so we can't remember that lol
Up up and away!!!
No no... He is a troll.
Claims made are not "valid" and emails with blacked out address and names proves he is a joke.
Warranty cannot be voided that is clear. Regardless of what "he" says. Lol
How about today's gain there huh???
Hmmm... Just the start of a positive return!
That's exactly what I have said. Look at the sticky post at the top to see what I said. Lol
Its a bunch of opened ended opinions and such. Blacked out names and email addresses. It is clear these were put up to cast a black cloud over Saleen.
Again, he sells doors and is NOT in the automotive sector or in the financial sector. Very VERY far from an expert.
And look at today's trading. Very easy to double your investment.
Great things to come!!!!!
Where did this come from? Please post link to this. Thanks!
Yes and half the year or TWO QUARTERS with NO Mustang sales. Now that the 2015 is in full production in all the trim levels watch for a major increase in revenue this year!
Incorrect!!!
SMI is setup to distribute Saleen vehicles in China, nothing more.
This is not a new company to manufactured and do away with the other.
Read all about it on the website if you don't believe me. Pretty clear what it is and NOT the speculation being stated.
Very far from a take over but OK lol
Completely incorrect!
The conversion is to only 25 million shares at a price of $0.02. Not lower then that!
Depending on what you want to contact them about you can use pr@saleen.com
Or go to www.Saleen.com and there is a contact form on there.
Go for it!
You will love the car no doubt about it. ALL of the Saleen vehicles I have owned/own are great!
Please post pics once you get it. I would love to see it.
Yes I have/do.
They answer the phone and emails.
Thanks!
I can most certainly say I have much more knowledge then him based on the fact he knew NOTHING about Saleen until the announced Saleen Tesla.
I have been around the Saleen brand for almost 20 years.
So let's see who would have more knowledge then the other huh? Someone brand new to the brand or someone with almost 20 years experience with the brand???
My point about the occupation is that he isn't a financial investor or in the financial sector so this doesn't make him an "expert" by any means as he portrays in his so called "article"
My opinion is this:
He drives the stock down as low as he can get it with these articles just to buy in and laugh all the way to the bank. So far its working for him.
Maybe the notes ate paid off?
No filing to know if they are or not BUT if they are then there wouldn't be any conversion to shares.
This is a wait and see. Till then everything else is just speculation.
Lol... Doesn't respond?
Please provide emails that were never responded to please thanks!
Someone that has no automotive knowledge... Or how about knowing absolutely NOTHING about Saleen as a company?
Sure, he has no hope about something he has no knowledge about. That's someone I'm gonna trust lol.
If it was about doors that is something he has complete knowledge about. That is something he should be writing articles about... Not automotive companies!
No filings have been posted recently so to say the debt is $x.xx means nothing. Going off an old filing that is old doesn't prove anything. Just wait till the next one is posted to have accurate numbers. Thanks!
Both "opinions" are are just that opinions. Nothing more and mean absolutely nothing at all.
Repeating myself again.
I am not going to provide anything that is personal information.
If it wasn't something that was personal I would provide it.
Just like I have requested tonight or other times.
Hmmm. Interesting but not correct at all.
Nope, not what I asked for at all... Not even close.
Please supply the link to what I requested. Thanks!
Hmmm...
Well please provide all of us the link the the press release stating slnn is done with the OTC. Thanks!
Written in text by ford:
I already stated I don't have to disclose personal information and I won't.
Unlike when I have asked for non personal information/proof and we never saw it.
Submitting a warranty claim on a "saleen" mustang is nothing odd or weird for a dealership to do. Again, the statements made are 100% incorrect.
Regards :)
My point is that the statement made is NOT accurate.
I personally had a Supercharged Saleen Mustang and NEVER had an issue taking my vehicle in for service. They never said oh no, you have a supercharged car and we are not going to touch it or that I would have to pay for it.
Well, that is odd because that is not how I have been taken care of with the several Saleen vehicles I have owned.
NEVER have they looked at it and said, oh its a Saleen you gonna have to pay $x.xx for us to look at it. Because you do know that I could go and purchase a Saleen Banner for my F150 right now and put it on. Does that mean it is a Saleen? Heck no!
So everything stated is 100% WRONG. If a dealership did that they would open themselves to a big issue for sure.
Another thing, off the shelf parts... Ok, sure LOL
Again, I'm one that has OWNED Saleens and know that is not the case with EVERY part on the cars. But gl to you.
Let me put it in more simple to understand words.
Firstly, the warranty would be covered by the manufacture (like ford, Tesla etc) just like it has for the 30 years with ford on the Saleen Mustang. I am speaking of the base car itself.
IF the modification that was done caused the issue then either the customer OR manufacture (Saleen) would cover it if the vehicle is still under warranty with the company (Saleen).
So like I have said, a manufacture cannot just void a warranty because a modification(s) was/were made.
Another thing when I say "cover warranty" I mean pay it. Meaning saleen covers the cost of the repair under warranty. That's pretty simple to understand I thought... But I guess not!
Lol. OK so let's see here:
So now we are talking about them not being able to sell there cars in all states because they are company owned dealerships?
I thought this was about warranty?
The "running past some very good attorneys" only takes another very "good attorney" to beat them.
Huh?
Please provide proof, that would be a pr release or article from a reliable source that states Saleen doesn't cover there own warranty thanks!
Yep, exactly what I have been saying all along and I'm not an attorney either. Lol
Its pretty cut and dry.
I have posted a similar article from sema that goes into the same detail. But still the continued misinformation that dealers/manufactures can just simply VOID the warranty continue to be completely incorrect every time.
I graduated from high school a long time ago and I feel like I'm back at school right now!
I have stated and will state it once again. Tesla or ANY OTHER manufactured cannot just void the warranty. They must prove that the modification caused the issue which in that case they can deny to cover it under warranty. I'm sorry if you feel differently about this but that is the LAW!
Using Tesla as the example again, they cannot just void a warranty because you put let's say mud guards on your car and then not warranty the wheels or tires.
I have been very clear with my comments and how manufactures are not able to just void warranties. The law clearly states that.
