.12 is a great place to reload, but like you, I doubt it makes it there. I haven't looked at the daily yet, but this .15 support looks like it may break based off L2. Nothing below it so hard to gauge. I'm a buyer at .135.
Up 7.7% on 245K volume. Super thin. other mmj plays being diluted in the red on millions of volume.
I think you are 100% correct when you say that the tier has an effect on the trading. I understand his viewpoint that it makes sense to just uplist at the end of this fiscal year, which ends in september for the co, instead of filing redundant paperwork to get current right now and then at the end of the month uplisting. I completely agree with you that it has an effect on the trading. Looking at it from another way, we are fortunate to have the opportunity to get in before the co does uplist.
Can't argue with you there. Not by any means.
No problem! There is money to be made throughout the sector, but it takes a combination of many factors to breakout and run like some of these plays did last year. Many tend to forget that MJNA only ran to .50 last year after they released a pr saying they brought in $35,000,000 of revenue in the previous quarter, which they had to take back after alan called them out on including cannavest shares in the calculation. Not saying another run like that is impossible, but what are the chances MJ releases their Q3 and revenue is in that range?
Wow. I cant believe it. Whoever sold those .23s, a tip of the hat to you. Whoever bought them, good luck to you.
Yea, but we are close to it. Medicinal MJ passed the last vote and has just one more before it goes into effect, i believe. EDXC
From speaking with Todd about this issue, it sounds like he's trying to skip past simply removing the yield sign and uplist to QB at the end of the fiscal year (September). He definitely assured that this would be taken care of, but at the same time, most of those companies who take the time and money to make sure they are current are the ones who unload millions of shares to stall any breakout runs.
Hell yea. Just wait for it. News is coming. And a float of less than 100,000,000. Moves on air.
Obviously, there is a marketplace for all different forms of thc. But what I think that guy is getting at, and I tend to agree, is that more customers will still choose the actual herb over edibles and oils. Last time I was in Denver and went to a dispensary, I purchased 2 dessert edibles, a handful of cheeba chews, and an ounce of marijuana. So I can see the truth in what he is saying. Of course that doesn't mean that there isn't room for those companies. But like Alan has been saying, the barriers to entry for edibles are not many now that the DOJ has issued a stance.
Doesn't mean that an investment into MJNA isn't a good idea. Just that the ticket to seriously profiting off this sector is getting into one of those plays that will provide the infrastructure to allow the producers and the states to work together and achieve the goals of both parties: oversight of the market and maximization of profits. I made that same realization a while ago.
I just saw a mini-article of uruguay's new marijuana laws that only allow the government to produce and sell it and punishes anyone who grows or sells it. Such bullshit. I'm waiting for the first few southern states who legalize to try to do something like this. Just another example of government stealing from the people.

Mentions that the real winners will be the companies providing infrastructure for the sector. Kind of like m3 Hub! EDXC

EDXC – US Government’s Cannabis patent!
Yes, Medical marijuana is still illegal on a federal level, which is why the smart money is looking at the less risky ancillary type Cannavestments like EDXC before they admit the medicinal use of cannabis..
And they will.. Because they already have!..
..According to a patent they already hold on this insanely profitable plant!
It`s True!
The same government officials that have consistently denied that marijuana has ANY medical benefits obtained a patent on the plant in 10/2003 says that it does!
Unbelievable, but VERY TRUE! Check it out…
US Patent 6630507 titled “Cannabinoids as antioxidants
and neuroprotectants”
Now they just need to publicly admit it, and at some point much sooner then later it looks like they will!
The white house recently stated that “Obama Does Not Support Changes To Medical Marijuana Laws ‘At This Point,’
“At some point” Very interesting…
If we were talking about the any other drug that shares the same schedule as cannabis (Heroin, LSD, Etc.), Do you think they would entertain the conversation even for a second?
Think about that.. And think about all the money that will be made with or without YOU.

A move by the Securities and Exchange Commission this opens up huge new doors for ancillary cannabis startups seeking money while also making it easier for investors to find opportunities in the marijuana industry.
The SEC essentially agreed to let entrepreneurs use advertising as a way to raise financing in certain circumstances, lifting a ban that had been in place for decades.
Translation: Startup companies and even hedge funds will soon be able to pitch wealthy investors via everything from billboards to television and radio ads.
A company that provides software to marijuana dispensaries, for instance, will be able to run an ad saying that it is looking for a $100,000 investment in exchange for a 30% stake in the business. Continue reading at mmjbusinessdaily.com.

A Statement That REEKS of Medical Marijuana REFORM?
Eric Holder to Announce Major Criminal Law Reforms on Monday. It’s About Time this Administration Caught Up with the States.
MARIJUANA LAW REFORM
As we observed earlier this year, this is one of the strongest trends in criminal justice reform. The public, policy makers, and opinion makers are growing increasingly averse to senselessly punitive enforcement of marijuana laws.
CNN’s Dr. Sanjay Gupta’s recent reversal of his previously hostile stance against marijuana is the most recent high-profile about-face in this arena. State lawmakers are taking cues: marijuana reform bills were introduced in 30 states this session.
With Holder In The Lead, Medical Marijuana stocks and Sentencing Reform Gains Momentum!
“The war on drugs is now 30, 40 years old,” Holder said. “There have been a lot of unintended consequences. There’s been a decimation of certain communities, in particular communities of color.”
Impressive developments! Continue Reading…

Nice one, SJ. Yup, these should be coming out the woodwork. I believe I saw a facebook post from BigInvestmentsLLC about EDXC earlier this week.
So what do u suggest in the mmj sector?
I enjoyed that read. I happen to wholeheartedly agree with Lynch. I'm all in the mmj sector, but diversified among a couple companies. That's probably the best way to do it. What are you in other than mjna? You know I'm heavy in EDX*
Yea, the share structure alone and low volume should show you that this is nothing like the crap you mentioned. The stock went up over 40% last week on less than 5 million shares traded. For comparison, it takes MJN* 50 million shares to do 40%. The volume will come for this ticker, especially when the next update comes out which could be as soon as this week. EDXC will easily do 200% from here on a breakout.
Some of those posts seem to infer that Cheryl did not just take the money and run. Sector is heating up. Interesting.
Yea, it's a reasonable concern, but not one that is unique to NTEK. All products in this industry face the same challenges and NTEK should be able to handle it. Right now, this is my only play outside of the MMJ sector and I don't expect anything less than breakout returns here.
Good advice. To add to that, I would pick more than one player in the sector and slightly diversify. There are a few good ones here. Now is as good a time as any to play the mmj sector. That DOJ news from last week kind of came out of nowhere. September is looking good.
Can't argue with you there. That's all true. A lot of risk in these plays. The only way I managed to succeed was luck really. I realized that marijuana would be legalized years ago and invested in the only companies i could find in the sector. Now, it looks like round 2 is here.
In that case my best advice is to do your own DD. MMJ sector is heating up. Lots of opportunities there. Most of the tickers are just trades, but there may be one or two real investments there. Good luck to you.
That's a pretty thorough list. Anything stick out to anyone in any of these charts? I'm looking at EDXC for potential huge gains on news. Once they get the WA seed to sale contract, that is straight $2 million in revenues and the stock will soar. Even before then on sales news. Even MJNA's Dixie Elixirs want their products in these machines.
Amen to that. That Orange County Superior Court site is terrible. In NY, we use etrack, which provides a free pdf of everything available. From what I understand, medbox is just in stall mode. The jury trial is set for February 2014, but there is a good chance it settles before trial. I know that MJNA wanted autospense, but they went with EDXC for a reason. Looking at the requirements of the WA RFP seed to sale contract, it all starts to make sense because the M3 hub that endexx developed does everything required in that contract. Low float and no shares added. If you want, reach out to Todd and he will tell you himself. Ask lowman, i believe he spoke with todd.
Yea, last year's mjna run is what allowed me to start trading full-time so no complaints here. I don't know if it has what it takes to match last year's run though. too many shares out. EDXC on the other hand has a very low float and the potential to win the Washington RFP contract for a seed to sale tracking system, which is $2 million in revenue for the year. Long both, but banking on EDXC making the big run this year.
What ever happened with that cheryl shuman lady and her connection to the stock? I know that she was at hempfest last month and won some award. is she out?
They seem to be working on a new dry vape according to a pr from may.
any idea about how the testing is go for the new vape?
Yup looking good. getting ready to break out with the sector.
Yea, Todd is just an email or a phone call away. He is awesome to speak with and I advise any investors who are on the fence to reach out to him and get updated on the company.
