So you're saying if we get 1 business gentleman to take the reigns here... To da moon???
If only the profit margins on these types of events could grow at the same pace as attendance!! Have a good weekend
Wall Street must be a great place when you're the one making the rules.
I don't think so, but I don't know all that much. How much do you think the EDM live performance market in Texas is worth? Divide that by 3 and you might be in the ballpark of what NGHT should be worth.... All disco Donnie presents/NGHT produced events are split (usually 50/50 but some are 75/25) except in San Antonio where NGHT has more market share. They made close to 6 million in revenue last year. Not sure about profit. They have Stereolive in Houston as their home base for shows in Houston. It's constantly selling out shows. They have a weekly show in Dallas all summer via disco Donnie and Full Access. One true competitor in TX is highland entertainment which produces lights all night.
Welcome back ;)
Between the transparency of NGHTs financial reports, the way they bought full access in 2012, and their synergistic partnership with DD, NGHT is on a mission to capture their piece of the EDM pie... How much is that worth???
Literally nobody knows! NGHT has lead the reports on the value of the industry as a whole, but whom owns how much of that market share is just a guess as the corporate capital gets established.
What I do know is a single EDM based night club venue in Houston TX managed to record 5.5 million in revenue by capitalizing on this emerging market... So let the bashers bash and the pumpers pump. I'll keep some skin in the game just to see what happens!
I completely agree with what you're saying, but I think what I'm getting at is more about Sillerman's having to learn about how to execute the (party) plan while DD and Nightculture learn about where the $ is. I truly hope the founding team is doing well. I believe that their mission is to grow the industry, which I only assume would be good for shareholders.
Here's an article on Disco Donnie that kind of lays the foundation of how EDM went from being an underground scene to a burgeoning genre within the music industry. With the market valuation of the EDM scene being spearheaded by Nightculture, I'm starting to think of this company as less of a buyout candidate and more of a competitor to Sillerman's operation.

Thank you for explaining this so clearly. It may be too early to tell, but it seems we may have reached an informative middle ground on this board. Great opportunity for risky investors to learn about what makes a stock tick.
I think your apology could prove unnecessary. You brought much needed attention to the pioneer company of this field. Stand by your analysis! Houston is one of maybe 3 cities in America that can turn profit off a venue in this sector. They're a young company and this is still early in the game. How the hell do you think Stereolive got HARDWELL to play an exclusive show... He could have easily sold out reliant, minute maid park, or any of Houston's biggest venues, but he agreed to play exclusively for Nightculture. They are well connected and better managed then any OTC stock I've seen. It might not have worked out for in and out traders, but that's a different game from what's going on here. I, for one, bought in at 8, then 6, then 4 and now I'm comfortably watching profits in actions...
Valuations from everybody I've seen on this board range from .05 to .6. The pps is still very strong where it's at. And the bottom line, as long as there are warrants to be converted, and the company continues to grow their brand, there is HUGE potential for investors. Don't give up because your followers entered and the price went down. Realize that the real opportunity remains, and the ability to double your stake for half the price is a strategy that can make for a nice supplemental income. Best wishes to everyone involved. When you invest in chaos, it has a surprisingly rational result.
Be patient and grab a Snickers...
You ever heard the expression: fast, good, or cheap... Choose 2. The way I read JC's post was simply more funding could speed up the process. I'll take good and affordable over fast and cheap.
But still, I don't think the board gives you enough credit for keeping the buzz going here through the quiet times. When this does get going, I hope you and the other heartbeats on this board make out with a nice chunk of change in your pocket.
Enjoy your nap. We we'll wake you up when the excitement starts ;)
The website looks great JC! Very professional indeed. I think any negative sentiment on the board is just a challenge, and your response to it has been exemplary! Long and strong baby
Hanging around the dumpster in the rich part of town isn't exactly the worst strategy... Happy belated bday, btw :)

Is 340 shareholders a lot for a company with such little liquidity as we have seen so far in 2014?
This is a beautiful situation, our CEO is a successful business Owner, and has passed all character background checks on this board and apparently in his business endeavors as well... Follow the money, f*** the hype. NXCP summer 2014!!! LoL
Dude... Yes!!!
Let's put it this way... If you know for a FACT how and when this is being manipulated, you are just as guilty of insider trading as the MMs you are accusing. Enjoy your profits while they last.
This isn't the run up most of us are expecting. I for one am an investor on Palatin, not worried about day-trading.
Lol. $25.00 Tickets. Sold Out probably before the announcement was made. No need to check this board anymore, clearly the company is not strapped for cash. Kudos to Nightculture for bringing in the BEST talent... Yet again!!!
Looks like someone shorted 500k at .05 this morning and now covering through the .04s. Does anyone else see it that way?
Are there govt incentives for big businesses that are energy star certified? Ie is there a way to quantify the latest pr?
I like to think of electronic noise being to the music industry what pornography is to the motion picture industry.
I may not be in a band, but I can still rock out.
I don't know who it was, but I'd like to thank them. Time to let her rip.
Go baby, go! $NGHT
I think that comes down to the size and growth of their flagship festivals, and this year was a major step in the right direction. I don't think the single venue/night club industry is highly sought after by publicly held companies, but if they can make enough on that venture to secure more profit from the festivals, they should be good as gold.
Thank you and the others on this board. There's a lot of real finance knowledge being shared here. As I am still learning the fundamentals of this type of market, it is a worthwhile investment just to receive the knowledge you and others have shared. Since this is the first OTC stock I have been in that actually has revenue and a real business model, the potential to learn from their financial reports is a real value.
Maybe, but Stubbs, Emos, and Lizard Lounge have a similar number of FB likes... I suppose they could easily buy likes, too. The only headlining EDM promo business in TX that doesn't have 10,000+ likes is Highland Concerts in Dallas, but they're also a much smaller group without a venue.
Some background research on "Not-Manhattan's" electronic music scene from 1993.

Point being, this isn't some fly-by-night operation.
I see positive reviews written by the beautiful people of Houston, TX. We're still in a trendsetting stage here. I bought now so I'll already have it when EDM really catches on. Best wishes.
There is one past moderator missing here since the volume ran out...
Don't get me wrong, I have no intent to bash or demote this stock or board. NXCP presents the same opportunity as it always has with the share structure and history of gains. She's like a wild horse that is yet to be broken. By this time next year we could see that .20+ run we all are hoping for. GL Gary and anyone who is with you. Patience will be rewarded, but the newbies might be better off making money the old-fashioned way while we wait.
Peace and quiet is something to dread in this kind of market. I'd be much happier with volatility and conviction.
Yep... Credit is due to you Mr. Ace. I'm holding 10% of my original position. Waiting for the .004s again. I really thought they might at least carry the momo from the summer/fall. Appears I was wrong.
Oh wow... Nostalgia for $54/share!
Jury is out for new CEO... Anybody find anything on Mr. Kelly Dearth yet?
