Once every seven years I get a little "randy."

It's not uncommon for court dates to start late or to drag a little bit through dry formalities before they get to the salient moments. I have no worries especially since the judge is in favor of all of this happening and we have the quorum and all the votes we need by proxy. Honestly I don't think there's a better position we could be in.
Spock...
I've already picked out my new Audi.
ZEPAK...OUR man with eyes on and boots on the ground. Dude, we'll be hanging on your every word. Thank you.
Spock.. deep space scanners on FULL.
At $50/share I'll be....better off. Yup.
This is a board full of very fine people. I enjoy being among you. I can't even find the right words that describe how much I want good fortune for all of you. I'm excited this morning.
I do hope that maybe one day we have a small convention somewhere. I'll come. We'll meet and have great conversations while we consume better beverages.
Spock.... I'll even show you all some very cool transporter room practical jokes.
SPORTY NORTY always brings focus right back when we need it. His list of upcoming catalysts would be the envy of any young OTC company. There are plays out there today that offer more excitement but very few that offer this much upside potential.
I will freely admit that I don't add as many new additional shares as I certainly could here, but my primary reason for that, honestly, when things get slow, I get bored. Yet, i watch this stock every ten to twenty minutes and I have more alerts and lookouts monitoring this stock than any other I have..
When it starts it's true run, you'll know it because the Earth will shake.
Spock.. I'll even feel it in space.
Have a seat. Yes, several million shairs. Adding all the time. Something of an obsession with me. Now , if yer want illogical, MY *FT might be an illogical thing to see as the A/D line is beautiful but the company does not seem to have a whole lot going for it except the very possibility of a merger coming, albeit very very quietly.
Regarding the chairs, every one of them is a custom made Lazy-Boy.
Spock
P&D? Ha, ha. NO .
if memory serves we were at 003, two sessions ago maybe three. You want to win here? Formula is very simple. It is a given that a major change is coming for this company, a very positive one. By small chunks regularly around this price plus or minus 40% and when the run comes, profit you will, bigly.
Within the past month I have acquired several million chairs and I will continue acquiring. This is too easy. Patience always wins in the OTC It even happens on P&ds.
Spock
Thank you, Porteño.

Just as an aside, there have been times early on when I thought I had a decent number of shares. Then I see that there are others here who have many times what I hold. It's so fascinating how playing in the sandbox can make you feel like a king in one second and like a pauper in the next.
Regardless, the stock has done some really nice things for my bottom line. and I can't say also as another aside that holding something for a half year makes a person " a long". I think there are some shareholders who've been here a lot longer. To all of us though I say congratulations even if it seems a bit early. As an investment goes we've done very very well even before the judges ruling.
Now let's have a great, great, great day so that we can have a monster weekend.
Spock..... I'm going to have my space shuttle repainted so that the TDS logo is prominently visible from every possible angle.
Thanks to you and Mrs. chevdawg. I find myself in the strange position of being nearly giddy myself and jealous. Greed knows few bounds. The two of you may soon enjoy a different sort of life from the one to which you have become accustomed. How very cool.
This opportunity may put me in a place where I can make investments in a more significant way, better positions.
Well done.
Spock
So, what is their strategy then?
Wow, Belgium must be a spectacular place. I know very little about it.
I'd buy some more but honestly the amount of powder I have on hand is not enough to get very excited about I don't think it'll make much of a difference at these prices. Some of you pros around here have been really helping out and I wish I had more cash to throw at this but it seems like it's finally really getting the legs we thought it should get prior to this hearing. It's really exciting now.
Spock...
Mr Berry notified me that my proxy has arrived. This is exciting. I'm really pumped to see how things evolve after Friday.
To be honest I thought f o m o would be exerting a greater upward force than it is right now but I think a lot of people have blown this off and they're not paying attention. And for those who haven't been paying attention say for a few weeks and who are tuning back in to check things out are experiencing maybe a little bit of sticker shock.
Panzer, thanks for rocking at the way you are. Well done. Anyone who is still got to get your proxy in just do it It takes no time at all and it is so worth the effort.
Spock
I've been all about GRST since June. It's a great company. Covid hung it up the same way it hu g nearly everyone up.
The CEO knows his business and his market. The debt reduction is excellent. Great deal all the way around. Buy and hold...or do what I do: Buy and buy.
Spock....I love this stock.
Then BUY it is. I have increased my position by just under 10% in the past four sessions.
By my read, the company did not sit on their hands while the BK was getting resolved. If anything they moved up their timeline to keep things moving faster.
Many pseudo-clairvoyant investors made spectacular predictions about runs that many investors expected within days of court hearings . When they naturally did not occur lots of buyers tossed any common sense right out the window about how long it could take to get the big machine up and running full-tilt again.
Some smart folks are looking at the real world and letting everything grow as it had before, organically. Of course this company's shares are going to appreciate..
If you have some other play you'd rather be in, consider selling of just a percentage of your holdings here then buying back in. Or play the spread. Playing the spread gives you freebie sharesand lowers your cost per share of you doi it well.
If anything, the prospects for the company (it's potential--- the thing we all buy) is much, much better than it was even 2 months ago.
Patience wins in the OTC.
Spock.....there, I feel much better.
I'm starting to do a deep dive on this company. I noticed it's AD line is very healthy but practically nothing is known about the company. Good bit of the information on OTC markets is very old. I tried the website displayed in OTC markets and it was defunct. Bad sign.
I called the company. Phone was answered by Mary. Mary was option menu number one. This is a good sign she asked me if I wanted to talk to someone in sales. I said I wanted to talk to investor relations and she said I should talk with a Mr Mike chalfant at 913-905-5252. I will do this . Yeah in the meantime I have sent an email to the contact portal wherein I asked who the appropriate contact person was for investor relations and I will report back what I find.
Why the AD line has been going up and up for months in what appears to be a desert of information is mysterious to me so I would like to learn more. And of course I will share.
Spock
I had sent my proxy in by snail mail the Monday before Thanksgiving. as of last night it still had not arrived in the hands of Mr Berry. I'm sending the email one in very shortly like within the hour. I can't believe it's not in his hands,
Spock
Once upon a time I was very into this stock. I had done a fair bit of DD on it and was convinced it was going to rock. Then it turned into a rock and it floated on water the same way rocks do. So I left with a minor loss. I really didn't care.
Today even before having any understanding of why this is moving in a positive direction at all I'm buying a few million shares. In the OTC strange things happen for reasons I can never elucidate and maybe that's going to happen here I don't know but if we're going to go on a ride I've got my tickets.
Spock.. Even trying to fly my shuttle through a corkscrewed double black hole while smashed out of my brain on Sorian Brandy (thank you so much Mr Scott)... The OTC remains a stranger place by far.
Looks like we've lost some ground over the last 30 days. The average daily price is dropped a good chunk but I do agree it's probable that you've hit bottom at this point.
What I would like to know is what would be providing any catalyst for this to turn around in your opinion. You've been very loyal to it and you've been watching it very closely and I assume that's because you have some expectation that this is going to start running at some point. So my question to you is, in your view, which of the usual catalysts do you expect is going to arrive first and approximately when?
Spock.. to be honest I haven't done serious DD on this yet but if I come up with enough reason to think that internally things are moving in a positive way, then I may become inclined to invest here, possibly in a very big way.
This is a dip really worth exploiting. Grab everything you can. When companies get a chance to change their dead load into something less insidious it is always a good thing.
Spock... Don't you just love the word insidious? It's a perfect example of intellectual onomatopoeia. It both sounds and feels as nasty as it usually is.
Anydebt reduction is Always a positive change for a business. I love this .
S.
Big Mamma, I hope you are truly what you say you are. We need many more here who are "class acts." I have little experience with you. I will be so happy on that day I learn first hand your word is golden and your intentions are of the very best kind.
You've been around awhile, so I expect you may well be a trusted and a learned soul out here in the OTC. Now we are in the same stock together. Strut your stuff, Big Mamma.
Spock....
Zardiw is a class act. Take a y post he makes as gospel. Keep him in you favorites list.
Spock
Cuppy raised what I thought was an interesting question: is there even a plausible reason to be not in favor of the merger.
Though I cannot imagine such a reason, one may exist nonetheless.
Regardless, my expectation is quite in line with everyone else's. It'll be approved. I would imagine it is killing everyone involved to watch the competition being active and moving forward in the sector while our merger chews up time.
Friday will be a turnaround day here, no doubt.
Spock.....Lt. Uhuru had an informal chat with the judge on a quiet subspace frequency but she cannot disclose the subject matter of that chat. Darn.
I am happy to do it that way. To you knowledge was there an issue sending hard copy via snail mail ( as I had last week?)
s.
I grabbed a small slice for myself at $0.24 a share, and I'm sure by Friday my position will be somewhere between 7% and 12% higher than it was at the time I sent my proxy. I seriously doubt that it's the kind of amount that's going to have any bearing on anything but if I feel I have to send Mr Berry an updated proxy by fax as late as Thursday afternoon I'll do it.
Spock... The OTC is on fire today, isn't it. Vulcans tend to find it fascinating.
CJ, you're singing my song. I've had a bundle sitting on this for a while now since the first run. Most people have chosen to move on to other things and I can't blame them, there have been some pretty hot fires out there lately. But this is a good company, it's a good company with a fantastic plan and it's executing that plan. I have absolutely zero doubt about the reality of another very serious run coming.
The OTC has been very very good to me this year but it would appear that the giving is not even close to ending. I know there's a few other TPTW longs out there with me.
I think we just going to rock on.
Spock.... My taxman is going to be so happy next year. Damn it.
... and from out of nowhere, the chart, suddenly she changes.
Fascinating.
Spock
Smiling.... Enjoyed this post of yours.
I wish to add that it is almost more than certain that it has been no coincidence that this unusual market activity Wednesday and yesterday occurred on days when retail market activity (think Black Friday, small shop Saturday) launch major movements in the economy, an economy in need of some support thanks to covid.
Many folks in the OTC market are now flush with cash at the beginning of the holiday season and will be inclined to be more generous with gift giving.
I fully expect some to sit back and declare hogwash on my post. I don't mind. I am secure in my knowledge of a certain group which possesses control over some astronomical purse strings. These would be the sorts of strings that sink small nations or builds them.i feel the effects of this group in this past weeks market oscillations.
There are several such groups, mostly of European origin. I know next to nothing of their inner workings.
Anyway, this is anecdotal. I expect this support to continue sporadically into the next year and we wrestle covid to the ground and get not just the US economy a bit better off but a number of other economies ad well.
Spock...
Now, wasn't all that pretty boring? Let's just keep playing in our messy little OTC sandbox.
I will likely be boosting my position between now and the vote as well. Your vote raises an interesting point. If we change our positions from what we signed off on in the proxy it seems to me then that we would have to ascend a revised proxy with a new and current figure for our position.
Actually today has been really decent for me, significantly better than I thought it would be so I am in a position now to seize the next opportunity CLHI presents to me and I intend to fully exploit it.
Spock.... Have a grand weekend everybody. And I really hope you all had a wonderful holiday.
To think, I was going to sell off/ take profit between .0006 and .0007 a couple of hours ago.
Have double my position here instead.
What rhymes with PUGE?
WAIT... it'll come to me.
S.
Go,Panzer, GO!! Warp factor 10, with afterburners and antigrav exotic enhancements.
Spock... I'll help push.
Between this and TSN* I'm freaking out a little.
Covid may have trashed 2020 in a number of ways but the OTC has removed some of this pain.
Damn. Land of opportunity.
Spock
I hope everybody has had a grand Thanksgiving, compromised though it may have been. We still have plenty of things to be thankful for without a doubt. The vote will come and go the judge will be satisfied and approximately 60 shareholders are going to deserve some serious accolades for holding very long, longer than was originally thought necessary.
Of course the very best is yet to come and finally it really is just around the corner, finally...
Spock
How is it that nobody wants our late September prices here in late November? These are a freaking steal. The A/D line has been nothing but a work of art, our potential is practically unheard of, what in the world am I missing here? I think I might even buy some more.
By the way I forgot, was somebody on the board keeping an informal list of shareholders? Seems to me there was, I cruised over the last week or so of posts but I can't seem to find anything about it so I may be mistaken.
Spock... Being mistaken does not come easily to Vulcans.
Anton, I like your post. Some of us May remember what happened to the price the day after news was released last Tuesday. Anybody remember? and what about the news that was released last Thursday?
Look here's the thing, I'm not trying to be a basher, not by a long shot. I made a small fortune just today. But it is entirely possible that tomorrow, like Anton says, this may take a dip. Might be a big one, be ready for it That's all I'm saying, just be ready for it. Of course it will rebound but don't freak out. Be ready to buy big on the dip and carry on. Every big run is always followed by a dip.
Spock......
That may be the battle between those who'd want retail prices to go on as driven Only by retail forces and those who keep prices lower than that and with what, at times, seems like an endless supply of shares.
This would be a perception shared among some investors. This includes me a good percentage of the time, right or wrong.
S.
I must say that I had thought that once a plausible explanation for why our progress had been delayed was in hand that the market for the few shares left in the float would be fought over pretty aggressively.
Since such a battle has not yet come to pass, either retailers already have all they want or the battle lines are being redrawn to some extent.
Seems so quiet, even with the holiday at hand.
Spock.....perhaps deeper analysis is required along with pensive sips of adult beverages.
Jinkies! We did good, kids.
Spocktacular!!!
Mercy!
...said Spock, again.
Just seeing if I could get a rise out of anyone. It's a social experiment more than anything else, really.
