Gedi, Capt, wouldn't it be better to loosen the screws and get it over with? This time of year is a downer in the OTC anyway, so a little more blood isn't that important.
$RXMD
I don't think he has that level of control on Zoom. He mutes all and within a second three or four bozos are unmuted. Zoom simply is not the right forum to use.
$HPIL
Nope.
$RXMD
I disagree.

Endurance International (NASDAQ: EIGI) is an IT services company. While they would not be our buyer it does indicate something is happening.
$TGRR
Bull
Can you tell me what the domain name is? I missed it if you already said. THX
Of course. Most retail buyers are cut off. Significantly reduced demand means significantly reduced SP. You are seeing it all over the OTC. Those that are not current are dragging down the current stocks. All red.
$FTWS
I don't understand your question. The new rules require each issuer to be current to remain on the OTC. A business that declares that it is a shell seeking an RM is granted an extension of up to 18 months to become current beyond September 28, 2021.
$TGRR
That is exactly the situation.
$BLUU
If you read through the new rules I'm told the exception for declared shells is on the next to last page. A shell seeking a merger is granted an exception of up to 18 months beyond September 28.
That being said, if there are no buyers how can this run? The OTC is almost exclusively retail buyers. I use Etrade and I can not buy this stock.
$BLUU
They are already done for. Etrade & Shwab are already sell-only. TDA will be after the COB Friday. Next Tuesday there will be no buyers at any price.
I understand the extension these shells will get but the brokers are not taking that into account.
$BLUU
A hostile takeover is not possible. That is the real reason for Armen's 51 shares. He has the voting power to prevent such an action.
$RXMD
Which is why Star Capital can advertise that they have 1.1 Trillion available to invest (per their web site).
$RXMD
I wondered if there wasn't a short-cut like that. NOW it makes perfect sense.
$RXMD
Can't do PMs but I monitor this thread daily.
$TGRR
I'm in at 20M and will also wait it out. GLTY
$TGRR
The SP is going down because most people will not be able to buy in a few days. Expect the SP to go to no bid, it will. However, $TGRR won't go to the grey sheets in Sep. because it is a declared shell. Up to 18 mo. extension. And I can't see I/C and Kovac walking away from all of the money they have invested, so I do expect an RM. Just don't know when. If you can wait it out, you will make a lot of money.
All IMO.
$TGRR
Before it was Blue Water Bar & Grill it was Stream Flow. Sitra helped them get set up as a public company and then ended up with it.
$TGRR never sold or made any rum. He was going to buy it from a distiller in Jamaica but it never got off the ground. He did have a whizzy bottle designed.
$TGRR
Agreed.
One small mistake in your otherwise stellar DD presentation. Check the date when the S-1 was filed. It's off a year.
$RXMD
You are right about the patent. The idea becomes public knowledge once the patent is granted, and even SB doesn't have deep enough pockets to protect it.
Another area they need to consider protecting against is a hostile take-over. If this is proved to work they will be bombarded.
$HPIL
With regard to the alternator, you just said the same thing I did. My turn to laugh.
$HPIL
I agree with Cerberus. Also IMO it is the honorable thing to do. Keep them to yourself.
$BLUU
You are talking capacity versus actual usage. At my house I rarely go over 20% of my available capacity. Most times it is much less. If all of those 60 houses suddenly used 50% of their capacity they would blow one of the fuses in the supply line (they are up on the pole at certain intervals).
I have had the fuse just north of my house blow twice in the 25 years I've lived there, altho I think it was fried squirrel that caused it rather than my neighbors' usage.
$HPIL
Wrong again. The alternator converts some of the energy the engine gets from the stored chemical energy in the fuel to recharge the battery. It is about 97% efficient.
$HPIL
A BSME and 40 years of practical experience. Read any beginning text book on Physics or Statics & Dynamics. Friction converts some of the energy to heat which dissipates to the surroundings. Electronics also converts energy to heat via resistance in the circuitry.
$HPIL
I do not agree with Homebrew very often, but he is correct in this case. Engineering 101.
$HPIL
You are not accounting for the losses that occur in every process. Nothing is 100% efficient.
$HPIL
That, sir, is impossible. Links please.
$HPIL
Per NETE's latest 8k the payment processing business is going, via RBL, to Argus. Progressive Care is not in that picture.
Hopefully, $RXMD has something else lined up.
I doubt it. That is not the business they are in. My guess is another empty shell. They are easy to get.
$HPIL
There are more than one potential set of requirements depending on how the company wants to play it.
NASDAQ's Initial Listing Guide details the possibilities:

$HPIL
Acknowledged. You clearly have better info than I do.
If there is any more light you can shed on the current situation, please share.
$BLUU
Read the attachment to the 8k. It is not one creditor it is about two dozen. Total principal is just under $1.8 million.
$BLUU
Same here unfortunately.
