That's absolutely right. It's easy to focus on past failures that have nothing to do with Chris and the new team. Exciting times are now ahead!
Let's get all the facts. Carl McCutcheon resigned from Enron 4 years prior to bankruptcy (1997).
There it is. Anyone who doubts it could contact Bill Gaskin.
Treaty Energy Corporation
July 16 · Edited
Treaty Energy Corporation received word that the Damon Mound seismic survey of almost five miles in total length is now complete!
The data set is finally ready for processing, and should only take about a week to ten days. The processing/analysis is being performed by geophysicist Bill Gaskin in Houston.
The task of completing this seismic survey was complicated by incessant rains, practically every other day. As many investors may be aware, surface leases normally have "no wet work" clauses, the Aquinas leases were no exception and contained such clauses. Had weather permitted, the project would have taken about two weeks to complete the survey and two weeks to process. In addition, the seismic crew encountered leases that had farmers with crops of maize while others had herds of cattle, add in a period of haying as well! All presented problematic situations for completing the project on a timely basis. With the delays the project has extended to almost eight weeks. We wish to apologize to our investors for this delay despite circumstances being beyond our control. We want to thank you for your patience.
Today, due to the delays incurred for the seismic survey, Treaty requested and received an extension for the timeline required to initiate the drilling on our Four Well Farmout program with Aquinas. Chris Tesarski, Exec Chairman of Treaty will now schedule a meeting within 10 days with Bill Gaskin to make a final determination for the first well site in the program. In addition, he will have an opportunity to see and review other important data that may be available. August 15th is now the timeline to have selected the first well site, completed the well site survey, run a complete title check and file for a permit with the TRRC. From that time, Treaty will have until October 15th to begin drilling. We believe this now to be a prudent timeline that should allow the five to six weeks for the TRRC to issue a permit, and for the well site to be developed and rig set for drilling.
Now, it's time to get down to business!
Nope, that's speculation. Fresh new seismic with reports coming very soon!
That's speculation (and funny). Seismic is done. Report will be released very soon.
You're right, a choir and bible thumping won't help to find commercial oil, but seismic like what was just done on the Belle Wisdom will. New management going in the right direction!
I heard the same thing. No wonder no part of the decision was posted. Just rumors!
So the quote was:
"Ain't much use in getting excited about teco price or volume. Too many capable folks still wanting to put the gumbo dumbos on a state menu plan."
And the interpretation is:
"Yeah, that has been Treaty's problem all along. Bull-Tards."
Well okay then!
Don't worry, the market manipulators will take some of those bids to bring the price down.
There are bids out there. Can't blame people for wanting to get their best deal below the ask.
No, investors don't care about the 29 questions. They care about the new management with Chris and are pleased with the new direction. Anxiously waiting on the seismic results of the Belle Wisdom.
Investors don't care in the least about your infamous 29 questions. Treaty is moving forward with much potential.
So the fake BK was a total waste of time and the only people that made out were the attorneys. It happens that way all the time. No one else got any money and Treaty is still standing and moving forward.
Interesting the decision that makes people feel so giddy hasn't been posted.
Mack, what happened at the hearing?
Yeah that's interesting. Makes you wonder who the interfering parties are.
Well I guess that settles it, an accusation with no proof.
Uhm, you made the accusation, so you prove it.
That was directed to SCHNAUSER and besides, you have shown no pump & dump reports. So, nothing was proven. Investors are looking towards the future with Chris and not the past.
No they are, and never have been on any pump & dump reports. So, they are not a pump & dump scam until you can prove otherwise without speculation.
You said:
"Unlike the actions they have been taking that portray Treaty as a stock selling scam."
Well I'll be darned. Treaty used to be a stock selling scam. Now they only "portray" themselves as one. We're really making progress!
Perhaps you should contact him and let us know what he says.
With Chris at the helm, Treaty is going about things the right way. I think I'll buy some more cheap shares!
Okay, you know the answers to the 29 questions (and I never said you asked me about them), investors don't care about them, and Chris won't tell the truth, so thankfully that's the end of the discussion about the 29 questions!
From what I'm hearing, real good!
You never asked me any questions? Let me refresh your memory. You said:
"Do you have the lease numbers? Doubtful they exist but they could as Tesarski has other trash leases that don't produce also. Same old pump and dump scam company as before?"
You asked me questions. I suggested you call Chris. Why pose the questions if you don't want them answered? And I doubt any investors are interested in your 29 questions. We're looking forward. Can't do anything about the past.
No need for questions then, although it was directed at someone else.
If you want to know (like many of us already do), contact Chris and he will fill you in. While you're at it you can ask your 29 questions. LOL!
Keep watching.
You could be right. Probably no seismic and no Belle Wisdom lease. LOL!
So it's not over yet.
Please provide a link that states the case was dismissed.
I wonder how this case is coming along:
On November 6, 2013, Mack Maxcey was sued by Treaty Energy in Coleman County for deliberately interfering with operations in Tuscola, Texas.
These actions taken by Mr. Maxcey resulted in significant setbacks to Company operations. Mr. Maxcey went online and distributed untrue information, which was then disseminated by additional parties that Treaty Energy has warned investors about which spurned undue investor concern regarding operations on the Mitchell and Stockton leases.
As of January 17, 2014, Mr. Maxcey has not yet responded to our suit, despite claiming to have retained legal counsel.

Two completely different people. Mike was IR and Chris is Executive Chairman.
And anyone that has talked to Chris knows there are reasons to be optimistic.
With seismic being completed on the Belle Wisdom, we will be drilling in the fall. It just might be a home run!

LOL! Drugs, guns, illegal immigrants, etc. are not generally going through customs. They are smuggled across the border. Nice try though. A rig couldn't easily be smuggled into a foreign country and this one wasn't. His beef is with Adcadia Drilling, not Treaty.
