SH -- OM .0032
Looks very good to me. Not saying that there could not be a pullback, but I would see that as a adding opportunity.
BI -- GG .0095 Jury still out for me. Could be setting up nicely... I am on a wait and see with this one at these levels. IF it sets up nicely though, it could spring quickly IMO.
IT -- EN .0065/ .0075 WOW. Looking very strong for the long term. Should surpass the last high (.014) area in near future IMO.
I am all ears to what you have to say. I hope you do not consider these 'loaded' questions, just probing questions to understand more. Please feel free to elaborate as you see fit on the following.
Reverse Merger:
Why would a reverse merger supply such a potential pop in the stock price?
Why would companies decide to do a reverse merger?
Is there any good way that you know of to go about 'searching' with what ever tools are available for them?
I could not agree with you more that it is best to get in before everyone else... and get out when everyone else want in.
Thanks for your response... again this is not a 'sprint' conversation so when you get the chance to respond that is great. Looking for all the help one is willing to offer.
I will not be around to much longer today, but will check back in later.
Thanks again,
SM

IT -- EN .007 Now. Pullback happened on schedule... takeoff underway. No stopping this one. Hope you got some of the .003's and .004's
Of course you can reply... I am hoping that those that do this' for a living' will add things that they see fit to help others out. I appreciate the examples and will look them over for the timing and volume on certain dates. I was in EWSI avg @ .0085 area and got out just over .03. Yea little early. Back in it again... hoping that it will have a 50% bounce to the .04 level. This is one that I would like help on in reading their financial and filings. Does it seem to make sense that a company is worth .09 a few months ago and it is in the .00's now? The company might not have been worth anything to start with... the MM's COULD have just monitored the 'chatter' and decided to take this up to .09 to get some good shorts. They made a bucket load!
This is a good example of a stock to evaluate. Are they going to have a RS? Are the MM's just keeping down to load their coffers up for the next run? Are they going out of business.
Financial + filings + share structure +... ??
If it was @ .09 and now @ .0011.... could be a dead cat bounce that would be good.
I put about 25% of my profits back into this one so far. Would be good to see what others think of the Fundamentals on this one.
Again, thanks for the reply and I do encourage all of the pros to start getting deeper. Putting all of our skills together could pay of handsomely.

I have a limited number of posts per day so I do not always just reply unless I think I have something of value to offer. Just keep that in the back of your mind... not being rude if I do not reply right away.
Good luck today.

'THE 10 BAGGERS'
This post of mine is intended to encourage more meaningful conversations on this board to help all of the Pro Traders become better traders and ultimately produce more profits with 'less work'...by maximizing the potential of the good trades and reducing the number of the bad trades.
In the other post gumzsa you shared that you had probably had the most '10 baggers' in the last 12 months than anyone you knew. This is the area that I want to concentrate on. I think that is what all of us here in Pennyland are trying to spot... but I would go one step further, by saying that I am looking for those 10 baggers that reach a 'leveling' of price and not just a 'blip' of a few days or weeks and then it is back down where it was before... or below.
In order to do this I think it is important to decide what a '10 bagger really is. Is it 10 times the lowest price that is marked as a trade? Is it 10 times the profit of a persons avg price? Is it some other definition?
The reason that definition is so important is that there are many 'alerts' given to companies that have a 'great, new, patented product' with a 'great CEO' and a 'great share structure' that never turns out to be a 10 bagger PROFIT for the trader... for many different reasons.
Example: Someone might alert a 10 avg vol of a stock at say .02 with a great 'DD story', but the price (after a brief 'blip' ...depending on the number of 'followers' or the 'chatter' on IHUB) will continue to fall for weeks or even months to the .00's or the .000's level before a leveling off or the bounce back up. Maybe it never comes back up... they RS because they do not know how to use their resources correctly and fly through money like water. Whatever the reasons, most of the alerts just keep falling for quite some time. So no matter HOW a person defines '10 bagger', you would have to agree ( would think) that THE MOST IMPORTANT thing involved in a trade (besides finding the right trade(s), is the TIMING of entering and exiting the trade. Am I correct in assuming we agree on this? This is what I concentrate a lot of my time on. But, I need help in other areas of trading... especially in Pennyland, where I have chosen to 'practice my trade'.
So this is where I am at now. I am looking for help... and there is no better way to learn than from those that are successful in doing what they do. I know this might be asking a lot from you and I know this is not going to be a 'sprint' conversation, but one that develops over time; so as you can fit it in to your schedule, please post what you can.
There are two things that I am going to ask of you to start out with. There might be a third, but I have not seen you comment on that areas before, so it might be someone else that would be able to help in that area.
First, I would like to ask you to post a list of the last five '10 baggers' that you had. I would like for you to discuss a few things about each so that I can go back and research them and try to 'see' what you were seeing at those times. If you would, please post the trading symbol, the date that you 'alerted' the stock (either just to yourself as you decided do your DD or when you posted it to a forum for others to benefit from). Next, I would like for you to discuss what 'filters' (I do not know what to really call them) you used or 'flagged' your attention. And then when you started to trade them. If you want you can include any times that you 'added' to your position, but that is not really important for my purposes with what I am trying to accomplish for me.
Secondly, in another post I would like for you to go through a list of the 'filters' that you use and how you use them. Maybe give some insight into how they come together to give you the '6th sense' you were speaking about.
I would like to go back to the last 5 '10 baggers' ( and it does not have to be the last 5 if you think others in the past are better in teaching your points). I would like to go through the filters and try to be able to see what you saw so that I might be able to recognize the same things in the future.
This one would be helpful, but completely optional... though very much appreciated. Would you list your top five candidates for the next 10 baggers and discuss what filters you used and what triggered the 6th sense for these? Have you 'alerted' on them and if so when?
The last area (3rd) has to do with reading the financials that are posted. I have not heard you comment on this area in your postings, so I do not know if it is one of your strong points or not. I know the x's and o's, but it is not one of my strong points.
Is there anyone reading this that does do a good job with the financials? I am looking for someone that would be willing to evaluate the financials of a company that I might be researching and post what they see. Again, gumzsa... this might not be your strong point...but again maybe it is.
I know to do this right, it will take a little time and effort on your part, so I do not expect a quick response. But as you have the time, I would appreciate all your willing to give in the above areas.
Oh, by the way, my definition for me of a '10 bagger' is my avg price. It does no good to me if I am in at .02 and it goes to .002 then back up to .02. The stock technically was a 10 bagger, but I just broke even. Someone made some money though.
Thanks for your time. I look forward to where this could lead. Also, if you ever want a technical opinion on a stock, or want me to put one on my watch list for you and say : 'NOW is the time I think this one is ready', feel free I would love to help in any way I can.

Positive if closes the hour (3:30) @ or above .0009. Very positive if closes above .0010. I believe there would be good follow through from the daily charts.
Would not be a negative if closes @ .0008 though. It would be getting some more momentum IMO.

I am not saying that there is anything 'broke' with what you are doing. What I am saying is that we all have room for improvement... and if you are not using technicals in your trading, then I think you are leaving some on the table.... that is all.
Here is the heart of the matter though... looking at the ratio of '10 baggers' to the 'do nothings' and the 'reverse splits' you are holding... how do we limit those numbers and maximize the other? (rhetorical)
The 10 day avg.vol. alert is only a start and really does not mean much by itself. Actually it can be quite a problem because of sooooo many 10 day alerts that happen everyday and go nowhere but straight down. There used to be a lot of 10 day alerts on this sight (not so much anymore) with a DD 'disclosure'. I would like for those on this forum to really discuss certain stocks (all aspects, what ever that really entails) to find those '10 baggers' without the constant pitfall of the 'do nothings...RS...etc.'s) My only point of THIS conversation (and I hope there are others and deeper conversations in the future), is that technicals should be PART of the equation. If you are spending your time on other things, I am sure it is time well spent, but that does not mean you can not get help from others (maybe me if you wish) on the technicals of those stocks you are looking to invest in.
I would like know more about the bounce filters, filing filters, watch feeds, etc, and the other things that you rely on to be successful so that I can take advantage of those avenues to narrow down ( or pinpoint) the actual BOOOOOOM-- ers ( as you call it) compared to holding pages of 'nothings'.
You talk about a 6th sense. I do agree that there is a 6th sense to many aspects of trading. In looking at the technicals, there is also a 6th sense to knowing when something is going to go, or is not ready yet, or a fake out by the MM's. There is hardly a trade that I put on that does not 'take off' 70-400%. But, that is not what I am really looking for. That is just the timing of the trade. It is just important or even more important to find those that are not going to be back down where they started in a short amount of time. Do not get me wrong though... I enjoy being able to spot when a rally is getting ready to start and being able get in without a loss or at least a breakeven if it turns back down, but that is not my ultimate goal in trading. Finding the '10 baggers', using my technical skills to time it and to trade it to it maximum ( as the example I gave in the last post). If I can help others with this aspect I am willing to do so.
You say that you have patience... and I do also. If you notice, I only post on this Pro Traders Forum. I have been trying to 'encourage' real meaningful discussions on this forum to attract 'Pros' that will share their 'talents' while others share theirs.
Also, patience... SM -- KY. Been holding this one for quite some time. I accumulated 580,000 shares with average price of @.0032. They are not even current on their filings yet and it has gone to .04. I hope my 'patience does not come back to bite me though. I has come back to .02. But, yes I have taken my money out with a little bit of profit so far.
Anyways, long enough for this post. I am going to post another thread and I will call '10 bagger'... I hope we can pick parts of this conversation up there and continue.
Thanks for your input and experience.
SM
I do understand what you are saying, but it does not really bother me. I would think that it would 'bother' those that use the search aspect to IHUB... it just 'levels the playing field' for those do not have that capability.
I know you do not put too much stock in technical trading, but it is my conviction that is the way that the MM's 'speak to other' MM's.
And yes, I do understand that they 'fake' the levels to induce different things to happen... public buying or selling; and it is difficult sometimes to tell the difference. I am hoping to learn (and get better) at other aspects of trading that will help me identify some opportunities and avoid some pit falls.
I would hope you will keep an open mind on using technicals, I think they would be able to better help in establishing positions and exiting (or at least shedding) positions at the right times to maximize opportunities.
I will give one example. I buy 100,000 shares of AAAA stock @ .001. The stock then rises to say the .004 area and I see that there is 'strong resistance' close. I am watching the time and sales (for you it might be L2) for weakening. Also I look at the short term charts ( 1 minute and tics) to see if it is going to 'turn'. If it looks like it is, then I can get out close to the short term top.
In that scenario, I turned $100 to $400. If I am correct and it comes back (say 50%), I can either put the 100,000 shares back on trading on their money and pocketing 100% or I can double down and have 200,000 shares for the same money of $400. That means a lot if it was just the start of a major move.
So, most of my post are technical in nature and if I am correct, I want those on the board to be able to benefit from that. Also, if I am correct and the MM's monitor the chatter, I do not want them to be able to 'change the story' too quickly before others are able to get in at the right price, or take profits at the right price.
There is not really a need for you to respond to this if you do not want to, but I am looking to learn other things from others on the board that will help me with my selections. Areas such as filings, L2, reinstatements, mergers... and anything else others want to share to help me better my trading.
Anyways, I get some good information from your posts, even though at this time you might not see too much value in what I post.
Have a great evening. 'See you tomorrow'
SM
PT -- AH .0007 Nice finish for the day.
I do not think they are watching me... per se. I think they scan the 'chatter' of the symbols they are assigned to make the market. If they do a search on a specific symbol, then my posts will not come up. Also, others on IHUB will not read my posts unless they are on Pro Traders Forum or 'follow me'.
I do not think it is any different than others that put the $ in front a symbol if they do not want their posts to come up on a search.
Sorry if it is distracting.

I hope when you say 'loaded question' you are not meaning a negative question.
It was customary on this board to post a 'volume' reason or a 'DD' reason or a 'outstanding share' reason or a 'Float' reason.
That has really gone by the way side as of lately. I am just trying to go back to your original 'alert' or post to bring myself up to speed to see if it warrants more DD by me.
As for the raise the bid option... I have done that many times, but if the MM's are loading they will usually just raise it above mine or just fill $100 or so and then raise it. If it turns out be a stock I would not want to be in, they will make sure they fill it all... but may take a couple of days to make sure they get paid a couple of times before they take it lower.
Anyways, no ill will meant by my 'loaded' questions.
SM
CE -- OS .01 Can I ask you a couple of questions to get me up to speed on this one that you are posting on?
When did you first post on CE -- OS?
At what price did you decide to get in?
Do you have a target price that you think this might go to?
I see that it is very thin, but if someone is not in yet, then my options are to put in a higher bid and hope they fill me, or take their ASK which is higher than the price in the last year and a half.
Just trying to get a feel of your take on this.
Also, I have noticed that a lot of your posts have some serious spreads. How do you enter these positions?
Thanks,

I am not sure if you are wanting a comment from me on this one or not, but you 'replyed' from a previous post of mine.
There is not enough trading history for me to do much of an evaluation on this one. Why would the MM's not move a Bid/ Ask after a trade? It could be that they are still shorting the stock. They could be loading at a certain price, but if that is the case it only makes sense to let it drop for them to get a better price. The lower it goes the more selling pressure from those above to 'salvage' anything out of the trade.
I would point out that the price is below ALL technical indicators, which USUALLY does not bode well for the price...but again, there is not much trading history on this one.
If I would look back to similar times in stock trading, there could be a rally (especially at these levels), but it has been my experience that those are just 'loading the coffers' with shorts, since 99% of the penny traders do not have the ability to short a stock without significant assets put up against those positions.
I personally would wait and watch for this one, but again if it is another 'Google' fundamentals I would want to know.
Hope it helps.

PS. Still looking at the other conversation/stocks we were talking about. Do not have much to add at this point but... Out of the 3 stocks that were mentioned, which one or all 3 do I concentrate on trading? Still have them logged and watching.
IT -- EN .0045 Pullback underway. Looking for the .004 area or under.

You might have got a PM regarding this... I do not know.
Here are my Public Reply thoughts... technically speaking only though.
Back in 12/13 you had a low of .008 area.... then a rally to the .09 areas in 3/14. It IMMEDIATLEY took another nose dive to the .009 area... just above the prior low and 'treaded water'. There was a 'Fake Rally' that brought in 'Joe Public' followed by another nose dive. It treaded water again for only 3 days and has now made new lows for consecutive days.
My assumption is that the MM's have used both of those rally's to pack their coffers full and they intend to see it in single .000's in the near future.
What to do? Depends on how much you have, what price you got in at, and how much you like the fundamentals.
Write off the loss, hang on for a bounce ( major one not likely soon) or avg price it.
Had my share of those 'fake out rallies'
SM
IT -- EN .0057 On watch for pullback to add. Technically looks very constructive for further advancement in near future IMO.
