We are golden here SS
So... theres no point in saying they should have waited to announce days before the s1 was ready.. if we have no idea whether that is the case at the moment..
You said "It should have been announced days before an S1 being release" my question to you is how do you know it wasn't?
Perhaps it was announced days before an s1 release..
Weird flex but ok lol cya
ALPP can only keep improving its fundamentals for so long without the market fully appreciating them. Tick toc...
We are about to shoot north to high .20s/low .30s this will happen very soon now
More news early next week!! Jmo
GM ALPPers
The rush to uplist is,, investors on a major exchange are more likely to see the true value of their fundamentals than OTC traders
That makes no sense. The OS will never be anywhere near 300m. Saying "at least 1:10 RS" is also ridiculous. You have no real idea how much higher the pps may be in a few months
Appreciated bro same to you!
They are doing everything with their investors in mind
So would mine. And it doesnt really matter.
Now you're getting it. For most OTC companies that is the excuse, but not the reality. They just keep dumping on their shareholders. This wouldnt be the case for $ALPP because they have real, strong, proven fundamentals to continue building off of, with no toxic debt remaining. And that's the truth.
Spot on SS.
Yes, you are. Because the value of your shares would be the same, and since the entire share structure would be relatively smaller as well, the pps could double triple etc just as easily as before.
Not really. Value will be the same and liquidity will be good. There wont be toxic debt to dump the price down. It wouldnt hurt shareholders at all. Not even a little
Anyway... still months of growth to be witnessed before this topic would be truly relevant
Maybe not, but can certainly make a lot of progress. By the time any potential split were to be announced imo 1:10 or smaller,,, we will have a stronger higher pps chart and a company with zero toxic debt and millions of cash flow positive revenue.. there wont be any doom and gloom surrounding the thought by then. The majority of shareholders will understand and hold for higher ROI
Obviously as long as the pps remains below dollars.. an RS would be needed to get to minimum pps for uplist. Can we cut the crap please? Lol! The higher the pps is before uplist time, the smaller the split will need to be. If we can get to $3 - $4 then NO split will be needed! Let's stop talking in circles about this
Yes indeed.. it's all there in black and white. I'm sitting back and waiting for the volume to hit, its coming..
The charity owns the shares.
Either way, destined for a hefty increase to the market cap in the coming months
Great advice, I agree! Investorrelations@alpine4.com
I believe they helped secure the deal with LPC, and are on board for a variety of things.
Doesnt say anything about underwriting in the 8k.. I believe the sponsor and underwriter are still TBA

$ALPP's got plenty of goodies in the bag
They fund Alpine by buying the shares that are issued to them as common stock. Then based off of what they do with those shares, they (LCP) either make or lose money.
And if they see the true growth trajectory of $ALPP, which is becoming obvious in more ways than one.. they will hold for a large ROI
I believe because of MLK day its actually due Thursday. Just an fyi..
Massive? Lmao! It was 89,667 shares...less than 7% of the days volume...
We're not lol.
Institutional investor 8k coming within 2 business days yup
GM ALPPers
Ding ding ding fam
Email. I. R.
They wouldn't be investing in the stock if they thought there wasnt a very good chance of it going up. They will lose money if it goes down just like we will. It's as simple as that..
They are here because the company was pitched to them and they believe a long term investment is a wise choice
Sounds like you didnt read the PR thoroughly enough.
