May I add too that by reporting that the Hawk 4 flew to San Francisco area some years ago for an award ceremony to Mr. Hiller, The Helicopter Giant. Had a chance to meet the Groen 'family',and see the Hawk 4 up close- all a class act. Hang in there !!!!
That is NOT wrong at all. But my recollection is that the "new Company' was composed entirely of Preferred and Bond holders of GNBA.GNBA stockholders, as your post indirectly says in the last sentence,retained something in the 5% range of the new company. Me remembers that David and his family own about one third of the GNBA stock and if you tuned into his speech in Spain[?] some years ago, they all put in lots of cash and sweat. My guess is that he would like to reopen trading in GNBA by reporting finances to the SEC,thus achieving that end when the barn door opens soon.

Tex- What is the slowest operating speed for a Gyro and what is the probable lift capacity for fuel of the Hawk 4 ? That as it applies the max time aloft along the border as a Drone.

Looks a lot like OUR time has arrived. The world of aviation is moving in our direction, and even with our interests reduced, its better to have 5% of the next Ford Motor company, than nothing. Ill settle for that !!!!!!

Unable to do so as they in essence referred me back to Groen. Would think they would have that in mind, but it would not hurt if we reminded Groen of that.

A hedge fund, funded GNBA and when GNBA then could not pay the dividends on the preferred or interest on the bonds, the fund exercised their rights and took it over, allowing 5% remaining ownership by the common GNBA holders. It went on for a long ,long time giving David every opportunity to make it work. Yours truly last week talked to one of the ex-officers,but forgot to ask the fund name.

Hedge fund owns Groen Aviation after the reorg. David still 'working' for them according to my source. Anyone who can, should contact the fund and advise. Am looking though my books- but you get a big prize if you can contact them and report back and what is the name of the fund ?

97 pages and did not see anything on Gyrocopters.Would think the Electric mode would speak well for Groen. Cant believe that SOMEONE cant throw in a few million in GNBA and go gangbusters on development.Further,there sits the public stock structure for another million or two.Where am I wrong ??
