Re: "she might be earmarking corporate shares to sweeten the deal for her clients."
First of all; lets get the nomenclature straight. She has potential customers. Doctors and Lawyers are professionals and have Clients. She is just a possible supplier.
Also: possible, not probable.
Just wait 'till she tries to distribute in the U.S. She will have to contend with the FDA and FTC. There are serious warnings that should be printed on the label. This is not an, "eat all you want". snack. The label Super food is an advertising catch phrase. It is not a nutritional label.
I previously printed a medical warning list. I will try to find it and reprint.
This doesn't take into account that super food will become super dilution . She has no money to produce or distribute this stuff.
One of a several possibilities.
Beginning to think my PM was accurate. If they have agreed to a nondisclosure, and are PC, then the OTC warning will (?) apply.
I agree with bid sitting. However, we don't know what, if anything is holding back full disclosure. My guess is they have been requested not to post anything until absolutely necessary i.e., the deal is finalized.
OK...Maybe that's it.
Ever wonder why she always meets outside?..She:.
needs to take a shower
ate too many seeds causing gas
holding something rotten in Denmark
when she speaks, her breath smells like something fishy
Or; is just full of sh*t.
.
Couldn't hurt.
I have 38 million shares. The reference to pink referred to last week; not exactly ancient history. More like current events. And there has been more than one changing of the guard here.
There's a history here. I think they are waiting for more than getting pink (again).
Re:"...met with Juan Valdez to discuss the possibility..." Who's this; the gardener? Why don't they ever let her in the buildings?
Got out in the .003s. Watching for a possible .002 range. If drops to anywhere in the .002s I'll get back in when it runs back up to somewhere in the 3s. Don't want to get cut on a falling knife.
Every statement this bimbo makes should be parsed and analyzed. What the hell does “works with” mean; she took a cup of coffee and poured her stuff in the coffee? Why is the blue and white container strategically placed so as not to show her company label?
This photo could have been taken at a JV store. It could have been taken at her home. No one knows. Nothing this con artist does is ever a straight forward, unambiguous clear cut statement.
She has a better understanding of the English language than most people reading her stuff.
Unbelievable
I just placed orders with Fi,TD, and ET. They don't tell you until you place the order. Fi and ET orders got placed, TD did not.
They don't notify you until you have actually hit the Order button.
ETrade and Fidelity are taking Buy orders (Sunday 9/11/2022)
TD is not taking Buy orders. (what a surprise) I don't know if ThinkOrSwim is taking orders they don't always follow TDA ,.
I'd have to see the stats on how often this situation happens to come down one way or the other. Anything's possible on the OTC.
It's a theory. Anything is possible.
The OTC receives documentation purported to be true and accurate.
For expediency and benefit to all, OTC announces, "Everything is here".
OTC then does complete detailed review
If everything OK then things continue as usual
If errors are found then the Yield sign returns until things are fixed
If OTC held off on removing yield sign until final inspection of everything, traders would be pissed at the delays.
Just a thought from a... you know...Lunatic:
Maybe the CUBV powers that be, don't want information released just yet. This would be the best way to protect the information and still exhibit their intent to go forward.
Just a thought
In the overall scheme of things, the cost difference between Bid and Ask is insignificant. Take the Ask and get some fresh air. Go play golf or something.
Unless someone has a reason I don't see, I think it's a good thing that it is hanging around 9. It is giving all who were prohibited from buying cheap shares a chance to get (back) in.
GLTA
Would..could..should..have...Talk about..what they have..right..now...NOTHING.
There we go; misleading again. Putting the logo above the world wide totals, . none of which is GM's
Oakhurst didn't think so. lol
Not defending the OTCMarket, But: One misplaced comma in an employment contract cost Oakhurst Dairy $5,000,000. Actual Federal Court case, in State of Maine. There were no other issues; just one comma.
N.B.: The comma was not the comma in the dollar amount.
It's gotta be right.
Apparently no thumb twiddling going on. It affirms that we don't know what we don't know. Lot of hard work, retracing and correcting. This was a tedious process, done without a lot of publicized fluff.
The new group deserves a lot of credit and thanks.
This starts a new era.
That's a softer version of what I was formulating. Accurate; but gentler.
Total litigation screw-up; start to finish. . Attorney should be hung by his watchamacallits. (Legal term).
It's what I'd do...in a heartbeat.Effective_and a real hoot!

Smoke screen till they get things settled and are actually ready to go.?????
Thank you for the overview. I'll admit it. I'm just too damn lazy (also it gives me a headache) to go through the financials in depth.
Thanks for the verification.I never was good at research. I'm more of a gimme the information; point me in the direction; pull the trigger.
You probably already noticed

Norward, "agent" for CUBV has a mail drop in the fancy part of town.
The Company we are (thinking about) merge with is a Canadian Company that actually doesn't exist....But wait...
While it doesn't exist, one of it's subsidiaries does exist, and that's who or what we are looking to merge with.
Is any of the above accurate, and if so; plausible?
