Will Solomon get the much desired TIGER PRAWN?
For newbies
Q2 Conference Call
"Right now someone is scooping up everything at 0.35"
:)
Solomon never explained what went
sour with his previous reverse split.
Similar scenario? No way.
Earnings per share at SIAF would be huge for 2013 and 2014 with a reverse split . That alone would put us on the radar.
We would not need to TELL the story of Sino....institutional buyers would eat up the forecasted earnings ....$4 $8 $10
You want VISIBILITY? Then show some numbers.
Then a 2 for 1 stock split every two years afterward.
Awesome.
$2 stock price
.32 cents 2013 dividend
$4.32 earnings per share in 2013
P/E 8 stock price $34.56
Fidelity loves this
$2 stock $4 earnings
Reverse split Treit? 1 for 4
$2 stock price
.32 cents 2013 dividend
$4.32 earnings per share in 2013
P/E 8 stock price $34.56
Joe who?
Prawn farm # 1 has permission to import prawn fingerlings now.
Will Solomon bring in the TIGER PRAWN the ULTIMATE SHRIMP?
Good..
I called Fidelity this morning and got a No response after one hour on hold.
RD Treit
Does a share distribution have anything to do with a normal dividend policy ?
I'm am truly amazed at the analysis
here ....you guys are good.
I spent the past weekend bringing new investors (co-workers) to SIAF as we have yet another chance to get them in at a low pre-construction price. It usually requires two weeks to get the
required paperwork completed at Fidelity and shares purchased.
Jan4 your share count?
At the 12:20 mark Treit.
Our last bump above a Dollar was the result of a 4 million share purchase over roughly 4 weeks
TREIT OR RD
Solomon says that he will give us an 8 week notice before up-listing takes
place, "THEN the stock will move up to the minimum listing required price."
Does this mean that fund managers can purchase shares once a date has been set to uplist ?
That is a 300+ percent gain from here ...talk about a green light.
Ha
My FSII stock just accepted a buyout offer
50% premium. Rolling the proceeds to Siaf.
They will
Solomon slated additional six restaurants for construction in 2012?
Ten newbies on Sunday coming into SIAF, however this process requires two weeks via Fidelity retirement services and snail mail for their paperwork to complete.
Watching todays volume as our group may get a bit frisky.
All at pre-construction prices Sly.
Next question is, when will the NTA reach $1 Billion??
Treit?
About $500 million year end 2014?
Our group is expanding however the Newbies are fixated on the share price rather than the current and future company value even though they invest right away in SIAF.
We are roughly 10% of the daily trading volume via Fidelity.
SINO AGRO FOOD
THE ULTIMATE HOLDING COMPANY
Hate to say it guys but your reverse split will wind up costing
you roughly 50% of what you're now worth shortly after that transaction takes place. Longer term you will be ok.
What if someone gave Solomon an offer...? What do you think that a fair price would be?
I think that SIAF could be regarded as a very attractive company for a major food player in China. The trick would be to give Solomon an offer he can't resist.
.."......."............"......".."........".............".........."..
That's a good question for Treit.....would Solomon need to speak to the largest shareholder in this instance?
Soon the book value will be $3 and increasing nicely ...why sell shares at .55? Makes no sense.
Treit...
I usually have to tell newbies to
"Buy SIAF at pre-construction prices" then they get the picture.
Yes JF...
That's my plan Andrew....we have purchased many shares
In the US the past few weeks with many newbies coming on.
Time was of the essence while in the 30's and 40's.
We have made it back to the Jan 1 price of .59 with the added dilution.
I was beginning to wonder if we would have a $300 million NTA
before we qualified for the Amex. Jeez
Lee did say that one day we would be in the drivers seat.
Sino Agro Food
Silver Spoon
10 year idea for retirement which is really fantastic.
$6000 up front purchasing 15k shares at .40 cents
$600 average cost per year or $50 per month
Perhaps $4 min per year in share price appreciation
Return $60,000 cash per year for a mere $600
Now that's retirement insurance
Recapture initial $6000 investment as the stock
price reaches 80 cents
Now, dividends for ten years perhaps $12,000
First spinoff $6,000 payout
Proceeds from the next 9 spinoffs to be determined
at a later date
Retirement enhancement
Numbers vary
This individuals company retirement plan pays $10,000
to her per year ......some of her co-workers are without
a plan. So, for the price of a cell phone contract my friends
can create a nice future cash flow for themselves courtesy
Solomon.
Torque ratio for one investor
Buy in cost was .40
$6000
Shares 15,000
Dividend $600 then $900 2013
Share price $8 end of 2013
Total gain $121,500
$20 returned per $1 invested.
Torque
Nice find indeed ....plus or minus
Then add in 2014 with the spinoff.
The opening bell will tell the story of the day.
Internet financial boiler rooms will perhaps toss SIAF
around ......they did at $1 months back.
Orderly ascension would keep the hair strands at a minimum in
your comb.
Just walk it up.
Our stock trades as if less than a million shares are available in the free trading float.
$65,000 dollars of money flow today moved SIAF up 14%.
What did L2 look like today?
Can you imagine what Fidelity will bring to the table?
At the 3:30 point spinoffs are discussed
Well, the spinoffs for the next ten years brought that number into the
computations.
Treit has a good wag on the spun off shares which I did not include.
It was Jan4's idea Vike as we tried to determine where the shares were a few weeks back. One other group here that wishes anonymity also.
We are a just a group of friends making new friends.
I am concerned about the economy/buddies and co-workers, so I spend the time
sending them toward SIAF to enhance their retirement.
We purchased another 100k last week.
Three groups 3.2 million including Jan4 but the numbers are changing upward as I speak to people I have not heard from over the past year.
Vike the $600 is a ten year average outlay used to match the dividend of $600 for ease of explanation. We are not using any
monthly investment routine.
15,000 shares for $6000 bucks right up front before its too late is what I advised them.
28 months into Siaf $284,700
