Solomon says that he will give us an 8 week notice before up-listing takes
place, "THEN the stock will move up to the minimum listing required price."
Does this mean that fund managers can purchase shares once a date has been set to uplist ?
That is a 300+ percent gain from here ...talk about a green light.
