Like I said in my last post ( not being of legal background ) things have to run their course. After reading Mordi's posts and other legalese backrounds posts I've come to the conclusion (right or wrong) that EC is letting things run their course until no recourse can be made except for equity taking over and proving their case without a shadow of a doubt.IMO

The only problem is everything we thought the court recognized in this case hasn't really been recognized in this case or it would have been over by now. That is not to say that it has run it's full legal course yet but time is running out and if history repeats itself another POR will bite the dust and the timing will be right for equity to take charge.IMO
