Hey Folks --Listen up
If you are a long term shareholder --this is for you--if you are a short term flipper , well it could be for you---but ,, it s not intended for you---
As you will see--- Check my profile--it will give you my creds--
About 40 yrs ago,, I spent some time with Dreyfus and also with Fidelity,, in their speculative fund areas--- my job was to assist in the selection of low priced ""sleeper"' type company's that had a marketable product---
We did not have private equity funds at the the time, nor banks, nor convertible "toxic" lenders---it was really tough for young struggling companies to make it--risk equity money was scarce in the 50s 60s & 70s--
Tsai was a magician at Fidelity-- the mutual fund industry had been given its start----he put Fidelity Trend on the World---
My job was selection---but, not for the immediate future---2 to 5 yrs was our incubator---!st was product,, 2nd was mgt---Who had control and how long did he have it--and what marketing contacts did he have ----How much money did he have at his disposal??? Could he advertise in color in LIFE and POST and TIME and NEWSWEEK and FORTUNE 500----
Does that sound archaic to you???? There was no Nasdaq or Internet--or god forbid,, social media------
So,, if you are concerned over your money here in ENZC,, let me ask,, are you happy with MGT??? are you happy with your product??? or products??? are you satisfied with the direction in which you see your investment headed??? Can you get your eyes off the day to day market gyrations and pps manipulations?????
If you can answer the above questions with an affirmative response,, you should be able to relax and add on dips ,,, enjoy a gin & tonic or a whiskey sour or old fashion and just wait for the ice cream and cherry on top---
cheers --and be sure and listen to Gypsy7----and if you get the opp , ask her what the 7 means
Ciao,,
an ole broker.trader who's seen to many busted penny flushes
PS:: Methinks our young and lovely "whale" has considerable knowledge of what I am referring to---
Your ""story"" has been pretty much right on,, as far as I can tell, including your .47 CALL early this morning- Cheers---art
OK ,, if you say so..,,
But if they are there tomorrow.. I will hit it with a 5 milly buy on the 10mil---lets see what happens--
I did that on DOLV when it was having trouble getting past .0025 and off we went intp pennies and nickles--
I also did it on Pixel---when it was SPCL and ,, off we went into the big profits--
I did it in KALI and got torched, killed and left for dead on the beaches of dead penny traders---it still hurts and it was 4 yrs ago--cost me 35 large
The last time I looked there were 10 million shares available at .002 and nobody was interested???????????????????????????????????///
I am holding 6 plus milly and trying to add for a 10 milly position---we will see a nickle ---in the future--- we also might see trips----again---briefly
He also put ENZC at .0002 in Spring of 2020 and it touched .98 cents --current is 50 cents or so
Somebody made a large purchase clear out around 2:30-----nice!!!! maybe we are setting up for a nice move next week____any thoughts on news leaking ???
Did someone say something about a little bitty block at .021????
MARKET MAKER SIGNALS
What Are Market Maker Signals?
While often considered to be trading folklore, many penny stock traders believe that Market Makers (MM's) signal their actions in advance by executing small buys or sells to signify their intentions to other Market Makers. These trade signals are always small amounts of shares often totaling no more than $5 or $10 leading many traders to believe that these trades were enacted by Market Makers because they do not believe that any common trader would willfully pay commission on such small share amounts, being that the commission for these supposed Market Maker Signals would in many cases cost more than the trade itself. The signals are believed to be communication from one Market Maker to another.
These so called signals have been DEBUNKED time and time again
If you notice,, there are NO FACTS in the signals statement----
Well, GF,, don't ever let anybody say you aren't a thinking man (((geeez, I hope I didn't screw up there,,, by assuming)))---you may just be on to something that I was pondering---
Funds are certainly forthcoming and making ENZC a viable , current and transparent entity---kudos, to those who are involved----
In all reality,, I don't want to to pursue this on this message board---if it is happening, I want it disclosed via 8K,,, not exposed here---
ciao, GF
Amen , TY
I agree--
In a buy out,, people are let go,, bosses etc are no longer the boss and in control---MOST OF THE TIME
Partnerships are a lot more enjoyable for all concerned---everybody continues in the same direction as before ,, only together
I have been thoroughly vetted by the insurance dudes---now I get a prepping angiogram and then,, if I pass, they will find a Cardiac/Thoracic surgeon who specializes in aortic valve replacement--I am all done losing sleep over this---Thanks---Art
Not really---I have been burned many times by using an AON order---the other side has to be either exact or above in size,, sometimes the MM will execute for himself--
Sure---
But if you are a buy out candidate,, you want to look and be as successful as possible,,you want to be a profitable "going concern"'----makes you more valuable---the audited fins are mandatory and moving up to better and strong exchange increases value--NASDAQ would be the most preferable and bring the most value--You never want to give even the appearance that you're looking to bought out--!!!!! Just an ole brokers opinion--
It is an all or none order---
It is used to prevent it from being shown on L2,, and to prevent BDs from breaking up your order ---where in some cases a BD will charge a fee for each part of the trade if it is a GTC order and filled over several days
Most flipper have a short atten span--or perhaps they work a day job at McDs
There is no advice there---just an opinion with some facts--ciao
I do Eterd---who is yours??
I put in 2 other trades requests at over a mil each and was filled with no sweat---why this one was reduced?????????????????
Sure seemed to be a lot of selling pressure from mid day thru the close--
Nice buys at the close--
I tried a mkt order just in front of the close for another milly and was denied-----changed it to a limit at .oo31 and they filled 999999 shares---wtf????
Trying to complete a 10mil position
Unless it is Pink--current---it's OK with Fidelity--
No STOPS or other RED flags
No, he won;t
In fact no one is going to do that---
When the toxic winds of the RS tingle my nostrils,, I hope to be well on my way towards bigger and better rabbits to ride
We could go sideways for a couple of days (Wed & THUR) with slight upward tilt---building a nice pennant and then bounce straight up into the high 6s or 7s-----IMHO
It could bobble sideways a day or two---
build a pennant and then take off upward--
Is your gut feeling about the same here---
give or take a few months of pps rise--
OUCH!!!!
One Mill????????????????????////
Thanks---One more question
The note bears interest at 9% per annum and may be converted into common shares of the Company's common stock at a conversion price equal to 70% of the lowest trading price of the Company's common stock during the 20 prior trading days.
How many shares can the note be converted into???
There are 2 notes---
Do we know if either has been paid off--??
Who is funding DPLS??????
Any of these you mentioned???
Yeah,, Thanks
Now, I can't get back in because o the CE--
Absolutely--
Until ENZC doesn't recover---
Do you think that is a possibility????
Hell yes--
More buyers than sellers
for the same quantity of shares--
Investments 101---in the library
What should I expect at harvest time???
A SQUEEZE--- ON THE SHORTS---RIGHT????
Anybody here ever seen one ---in action, I mean???
Man, it is brutal to the shorter---
Now, remember the real squeeze is applied by the brokerage house---
The short seller is given every,, and I mean EVERY chance, opportunity to cover---if he does not and it comes down to the wire--the house starts buying him in--at the market---no,, not limit orders---at the market!!! The house has absolutely no mercy---
Let's say the seller is short 10,500,000 If you think the MMs will have some mercy---think again-----can you imagine a mkt order for 10,500,000 shs to buy in??? at the mkt??? The MMs will short the schit out of that stock just to cover his short---then drop it like a bowling ball in the swimming pool---and cover their own short--been there,, done that,, and I bet Whale has seen it too--
Well,, if that is truly what happened---
They will be back as buyers--
And then repeat what was a success the first time--
Remember that ole saying---RINSE & REPEAT
Agree--this has been a beautiful run---
It is certainly not over--
I have slipped some of the profit here to two other runners--
well ,, one is running but the other is still sorta in the blocks--
cheers
VERY,, VERY possible
But ,, difficult to prove--
Yes, it is illegal ,, but!!!????
Cool Slicknic
How about ENZC, DPLS and WCVC ?????
and guess who owns all three----
