NTEK close RED again?
Aghhhh, tough break, right?
If the brief had any merit, why wait till the last minute to file it?
Looks like delay is the main objective instead of resolving the problem...
468,936 whacks vs 219,800 slaps, the market is dumping NTEK.

Only 3-4 full time employees working on a daily basis, right?
How many employees work at the NTEK San Jose facility on a daily basis?
Hmmm, PTAH's CEO Leonard J. Lewensohn is a practicing attorney in Wisconsin but the firm he is working for/in "Business Resource Associates" isn't listed with the Wisconsin Secretary Of State, right?

Interesting, NO CORPORATE ANNUAL REPORT and NO CORPORATE INCOME TAXES paid in Arizona, right?
http://www.azdor.gov/LinkClick.aspx?fileticket=BPeFIxQ09vY%3d&tabid=60
PTAH still has to be listed in ARIZONA as a foreign corporation.
Arizona isn't entitled to taxes on revenues produced in the State Of Arizona?
Looks like PTAH is evading taxes in Arizona, right?
Lets see what the Arizona Department Of Revenue has to say about that.
PTAH NOT LISTED in the Arizona Business entity filings, right?

Simple question, one can draw their own conclusion...the end...
NTEK still in the 5's with Ingram mention today...
Pathetic...
Did Aaron Taylor contact NTEK shareholders prior to the meeting to inform them in advance it wouldn't be an official shareholder meeting?
