You better read this then, because you are also wrong...
From the last 10-Q...
In March of 2008, the Company entered into an asset purchase agreement to purchase certain tangible and intangible assets for $65,000 in STLK common stock. As of June 30, 2014 and December 31, 2013, a liability totaling $0 and $43,333 respectively, exists related to these unissued shares. This liability was acquired in the merger. In coordination with Section 3(a)(10) of the Securities Act of 1933, stated by the Circuit Court of the Second Judicial Circuit in Florida, the Company agreed to pay for this debt and therefore moved this debt from the Liability to be Settled in Stock to a Settlement Liability (see Note 7)
There are your so called new notes.

There are your so called new notes. As I said, better reread the Q.
Cemented facts, right there for ya!!
The Company executed various promissory notes to related parties since inception. No new notes were issued for the period ending June 30, 2014
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1569055/000149315214002670/form10qa.htm
They were listed as promissory notes that they have had SINCE INCEPTION!!
You're COMPLETELY wrong!!!
EOM
Notes that have been around since INCEPTION are considered new notes? In what school?
They're not new, they had them since inception. Did you read that? Since inception. Focus.
You haven't answered the question either. How many notes?
You failed to read "The Company executed various promissory notes to related parties since inception."
I guess they shouldn't pay the bills either? Who runs a company like that?
The filings say "NO NEW NOTES". How many notes were added?
How many notes were added last quarter? How many the quarter before?
Company says no new notes were added, you say two. I'll believe the company over an anonymous poster.
Notes Payable – Related Parties

Yes. Tried to edit it but, was too late.
www.gcsinc.net doesn't exist anymore.
New Jersey shows CSG Staffing, Inc. is associated with Cape Systems, Inc. due to a name change...

No website or Key Executives.
FWIW... Danaher has been known to sell some of it's companies. Albeit, in billions of dollars. From what I've been reading, the company isn't doing as well as expected lately. It's not doing bad, just not as well as expected. They currently hold over 40 different companies. They acquired 14 more in the first 6 months of this year.
It still may be possible, imo. Reaching, I know.
I wonder.
Do you have the ship's manifest? That's the only way to be 100% positive those shipments were made.
Mekonza Corp. engages in the import, process, and supply of fresh and frozen seafood products. Not a broker. It's a fraud. Unregulated info on those sites. Founded by Nhue Le, HESG scammer.
Mekonza is a fraud. Period. Importing shrimp for hundreds of dollars a pound is unrealistic.
With Jose's past experience with CETIS, it makes perfect why he got involved with CMP.
$19M in NJ NOLs still floatin around. Where'd it go?
Target company?
Listen, or rather read this... I am gonna let this topic go, for now, because there's a lack of due diligence. Unless you want me to do it for you.
Did you go back to 2013 when this scam began?
Did you look into HESG and Thu Le's involvement?
You see, in order for what you're saying to be true, EVERY Bill of Lading for the last year would be a lie.
Yep, that's what I'm saying. What you're missing is the fact that there is zero proof that anything was actually shipped. Unless you have the ship's manifest, you cannot be 100% sure those B/Ls are accurate. Just because these ridiculous sites get their listings from US Customs doesn't mean anything was actually shipped and/or arrived.
Call the Port Examiner and ask some questions.
Still having a hard time believing that because it doesn't show up on Stapimex's Bill of Ladings list... http://portexaminer.com/search.php?sf=shipper&st=STAPIMEX
That and the fact that Mekonza isn't showing up in their database... http://portexaminer.com/search.php?sf=shipper&st=mekonza
Yep! Sure missed that. However, does that make any sense? The telephone number is "Mekonza Corporation"? Probably why I missed it. Who'd a thunk the telephone number would be a corporation name instead of numbers? My bad, I guess.
Something sure ain't right about all that. Perhaps it's fraudulent?
Mekonza does business with Chicken of the Sea
You sure? The link you provided earlier ( http://portexaminer.com/trade-data/stapimex-chicken-of-the-sea-frozen-foods/aplu074853993/ ) is for a different company, Stapimex. Mekonza isn't listed anywhere on that page.
So, how did you come up with this revelation?
Esko.
Mekonza is a bunch of bullshit. Better dig into that a little more.
Peyton, CO isn't any better. Do you realize how many websites LATF has created? They're all bogus. Folks assume because it has a website that it's real. I highly suggest you call IR and ask for the address of this new farm. There's no reason for it to be undisclosed.
That was supposed to be the catalyst back in January of last year. LATF has never had any MJ, regardless of what they have PRed. They never will.
Still don't believe in STLK and Quiros?
MSN and Yahoo are wrong.
Because they can't.
Is it possible Geneva Investment Management of Chicago, LLC locked the old DE share structure and filed the proper papers in 2009?
No
What a joke... http://mentorcapital.com/cannabis/
Thu Le hijacked LATF the same way Tom Gaffney hijacked HESG. Thu Le was listed as HESG's President on OTC Markets about two years ago and you can't deny that.
Enough with the bullshit.
Nobody. LATF was hijacked in the same way that HESG was, just different CEOs.
Seriously? Are you sure you want to debate this?
