Nice try? We're the liars now? I'm right here and unlike you trying to squeeze gold out of a lemon you paint as an orange I'm glad to give you an honest answer and did.
The reason it's taken so long is I fired one lawyer for not getting anything done on multiple fronts, BS&K, and hired a second. He wrote asking for 30 days to review it about two weeks ago. Last week I told him to offer exactly what I told you here.
I think it would be foolish to expect anything more than a write off. GLTY anyway
I agree with much of what you said about biodiesel. It will become a very large industry, very very large. I also agree about consolidations, shake outs, etc. It's natural selection, free market, all on parade. Aziz brings nothing to the equation while 1000's of others apply their talent, skill, and experience.
Nope; at one time I felt it was the other way around and put everything I had in to it. Biodiesel is growing as fast as it can and will. The laws of economics have taken over and it doesn't need me. I enjoy watching it unfold knowing our kids have an energy fix that won't kill them. I also like selling picks and shovels to the gold miners, looking for better mouse traps, and watching my kids try to save the planet for their kids. I really dislike the opportunists that are leaching it's resources with BS. At the same time I enjoy watcing Darwin take them out. glty
It's twice as big as it needs to be.
He hired Allen, who did something real, but it got torpedoe'd at the 90 yd line by the genius who couldn't raise 100k to make his 300k good. It does show he tried, and it also shows his incompetence.
Fair enough, glty
My lawyer bought time to put his stuff together, he's working on it. I'll likely offer refund less 25% restock charge when it sells to someone else or pony up the additional dough to complete it per original agreement, plus headache expenses.
I get a chuckle out of how far you'll go trying to defend this. There absolutlely has to be a better way for someone with your intelligence to make money. The fact they don't have a legitimate business operation puts them in a category with HP and Apple in your eyes?
Ain't that a MAN?...I spell "M", A child...,N..
Go Muddy
Not yet, lawyers are talking.
Denial is the key to happiness I always say.
Tex, I have explained why I'm here. Basically, I'm here to shine a light in the dark. I'm not afraid of too much truth gettin' around. My lawyers job is easy enough. I do the right thing and look forward to the consequences of my actions.
West Texas is about the nicest place on earth. I loved a bumper sticker from there, said "I'm not from Texas but I got here as fast as I could"
What if I bought 100 million shares and asked them to send the actual shares. I could heat my house for cheap, no?
You're right, my bad, sorry, missed a comma there.
It doesn't say amhd will have exclusive rights to it. They are likely trying their technology on Jatropha with amhd as a customer. If it's truly innovative, works, etc dynasep will be selling them to anyone, amhd doesn't "own" the technology. AMHD is likely just the guinea pig.
Dynasep "Cloning projects"..lmao
Aziz wanted to bring my processor back home (India?) and have it "cloned" too. He thinks that's ok, didn't understand how insulting or unethical that was. He's never PR'd a technology "deal" with Dynasep and I suspect he has none. I'm betting he plans on "cloning" their system too. They'll figure him out before he figures their technology out, IMO.
What does AMHD have other than a pinky atm machine?
Go to biodiesel.org, look at the biodiesel plant list, size, capacity, owners, etc. If you find one project that these guys had anything to do with let me know.
Not sure, need to call lawyer and check in, keep you posted.
laughter most likely
I'm not a trader, sorry. I'm long on old guitars, Gibson ES's. I think biodiesel demand will make yellow grease start to go up soon, peg to about a dollar under diesel eventually. I called soybean the same way in 2003 for the same reason, seems simple.
Past PR's were confirmed to be BS. Current PR's too. I'm surprised that people will spin this as they do. If you're going to deceive others to make money there are so many better ways to sell your soul I would think.
Yea, huge. They could fill a tanker truck per year.
What financing? He'd PR the death out of that, don't you think? He didn't have any when he hired me and signed the contract. I think an LOI is all he can do, also called a pipe dream. It's all based on future dilution potential which is based on future disillusion potential. Of which there seems to be an ample supply.
Aziz was making smoke and mirrors. He spun what was really going on.
Merc's Youtube links are dead, removed by user...??
Also, He and OA are banned till 4/27 here.
Ahhh
A rational polite person, very nice to meet you.
I was bundled in with them, my mistake, not yours. Thanks for giving me a chance to redeem myself.
You are far to logical to like this stock.
I thought the 20k was for the new equipment.
I realize you don't have to follow the codes there, it's also safety issue. You say it's safe "if done right". Sounds like famous last words to me. I use to not worry about the codes. Changed my mind at a funeral a bunch of years ago.
Yea, just build an ethanol plant to go with it, great idea. I don't think that 20k is going to cover it. I'm trying to figure out how many shares they'll need to throw that in and I don't seem to have enough zero's on my calculator.
Can they recover their methanol? You say yes, most of it, It's not rocket science. It's also not free. Getting it isn't that hard I agree, getting it dry enough to reuse is. Using ethanol in lieu of methanol isn't easy either.
You can make lots of stuff out of glycerol, if you can afford to. There was a guy in alabama that just went to jail as he thought the glycerol would make a good fertilizer too. Seems a few hundred fish downstream disagreed.
Yea, the methanol has to be 5 times as much due to the logistics.
You can't use a plastic tank for class 1 liquids per NFPA 30, look it up. The piping has to have a melting point higher than nodular iron. etc, etc, etc. It may be capable of being used as a commercial unit but it isn't legal or safe.
It is also like taking a go cart to the daytona 500. There isn't a component on it that will last more than a few months 24/7. If you don't believe me compare their cost to the industry standard. For a 10 M GPY processor Lurgi gets 10M or a dollar a gallon per year, as does Ballestra, Energea and are booked for years. Greenline, GSPI, Nextgen, BDI etc get .50/gallon. Your guys are 3 cents. Those other systems will be far more economical to run, that's the big number you're missing.
First, I'm the first to want to shake Handel's hand. Anyone doing anything for biodiesel is ok. I'm sure he's glad he can eat next week.
From a CFO perspective this is a joke. 100k in revenue less 99k in expense and hope you don't fry a 50k engine or get caught dumping waste. I know the pro forma's in this industry and this one doesn't work.
There are 100's if not 1,000's doing this in their garage at the same scale as the Barbados guy. They are great for the hobbyist or someone looking to save some money on fuel in trade for a great deal of their time. They are not commercial grade systems or economical. The systems are not code compliant, not even close. You can't process a class 1 liquid, methanol, in a plastic tank. You also need explosion proof pumps, piping with a melting point higher than nodular iron (plastic tubing doesn't cut it), etc. To boot; these systems do not recycle the excess methanol (10-20% of throughput) which kills their economics. And worse, it usually gets dumped on the ground with the glycerol and wash water. The quality of the fuel is not great but the liability is. To announce they have done a LOI for a merger with them is pure pump smoke IMO.
It is obvious he is producing attention, as always that's it. I recommend a new business start with a sound business plan, financing, and experienced management. AMHD has none of those.
I was saying we build those style systems, not death traps that ignore codes. The one you are refering to sits as a pile of parts as the client decided to spend money on bullshit PR's rather than meet their obligations.
You can buy a small processor like that for a thousand bucks on ebay or you can make your own. Odds of it burning down are pretty good. It uses twice the methanol which ends up dumped with the glycerol and water. We build high end continuous duty commercial systems with meth recovery, dry wash, exp pumps/controls, etc.
They make 100 gallons aweek. Amelot thinks they can increase that 5 fold. Wow, this could be a 25,000 gallon per year biodiesel plant with maybe a 100k/yr revenue before expenses.
