Actually, keep up the stuff you bring to this table so I can get the best price for my buck this week.
Funny how that very same rig ain't drillin oil anywhere else in any hurry ain't it.
My victrola keeps playing the same lines over and over again when it is hooked up to this EEGC board. Appearently some people don't understand that the drills are ready to hit the rock and blast through. Or maybe there are other reasons for the insipid redundancy of confusion spread about by certain non-shareholders. In any case, EEGC will stand tall on the many oil filled domes they found. GO EEGC. GO GO GO
Yeah....You are so lost on truth, EEGC is going to do just fine even though the banter prevails.
Yup...loading up the rest of this week for sure.
O good, enough exploring already and time get a drilling license...so I guess that means we will be drilling soon, yay.
Oh that thing, That is so old news my grandmother read it as a teenager. I'm sure things have been worked out since those days. Go EEGC.
Where exactly do I find these words?
So there is a dialogue on going with that is there? Do you have a link on that story?
Nah, I'm not at all concerned about any leases expiring, I know better then that.
Well, looks like this is about the time to start loading my boat with EEGC.
UM, That's GOOD NEWS!
35 MIL
I just called T.A. on SARO and the current A/S is still 4.5bil however, the O/S is now 2,188,388,516---- I double checked. IBOX updated.
Exactly, I completely agree, This is why we have a court system! Get rid of the rotten crooks and get our presidence set higher to a credible level to which capitalism and the markets earn trust and thrive! Again, GO JD! Go EXPH!
Slander is not protected by the right of free speech, neither is conspiracy, or fraudualant statements. GO EXPH!
lol momoore. There you go, great example of PT Barnumism. AVEW just following a proven set of salemenship.
LOL, I laugh at all this banter, I know what I have in EXPH and well glad I own shares in this company. All these price fluctuations mean nothing to me....whole undervalued at this point. lol
Generally, special dividends are declared after exceptionally strong company earnings results as a way to distribute the profits directly to shareholders. Special dividends can also occur when a company wishes to make changes to its financial structure or to spin off a subsidiary company to its shareholders.
Can't wait to se some financials. GO EXPH!

A very good thing for EXPH investors
The company hasn't returned my calls yet. I am waiting for COO to be in next week to do anything else.
LOL 4k you did a pro bono, thats great, I love it. GO EXPH! WOW that is redundant, EXPH is going to be a winner for sure.
Why are so many people concerned with the 12-14k order that was put in the PR much like a first dollar bill is put up on the wall of a new business. So-big-frickin-deal, it is just a statement of a start for the new ETC Product! I laugh at the ridiculousness of so much naysaying. EXPH is one heck of a company going places by innovating an industry with a product that is being built by an experienced expert in the field. The orders for this new product, will, IMO BLOW away all this negitivity. I find it suspicious that some people here aren't stating or discussing just exactly what this is they have. Truly a liquid gold fountain so very close to bursting out of the ground. Get em while they're cheap doomers you're doing a fine job for yourselves and dry powered longs.
EXPH, weeeee! I love all the naysaying going on here. So obvious people are picking up these great prices as they pound away with doomsday prediction. EXPH! REAL COMPANY! REAL REVS! REAL SHIPPING GOING ON! lol, gotta love the atmoshere here.
I completely agree, Now is a great time to catch a falling knife right as it hits the floor. WOW, what a good time, IMO.
I like that word "significant", I know what a truckload is worth and it is definately significant Lowes is a huge order IMO.
Craziness, I stand by my figures as lean and mean, conservative to plus, the whole idea of a discussion board is to throw out the ideas and speculate the possiblities. My figures on just one client has EXPH well started towards their 100 million dollar product worth. This company is so undervalued right now it nuts not to look for a position around these prices. EXPH will undoubtly be comming out with the revs soon and the quarterly results as stated through hooka's question and answer talk. I'm not trying to pump here, just figuring the rev possiblities using solid experience in the field and educated math; I like what EXPH offers at this time and am buying daily, All just my opinion.
The $12 to $14,000 order sounds to me to be an order filled to 1 client so I would consider that figure as a typical 1 store fill and it's not Lowes, if you take that figure times the total (1616) Lowes stores then we have a possible $19,392,000 MIL to $22,624,000 MIL Lowes contract IMO. Just running figures, thru to different angles and getting similar results. to my previous posts. Again this is just the Lowes account.
If you would consider the "2.5 truckloads per day" to Lowes "into 2010". At $25,000 per truckload gives $6.125 MIL for total contract<<<figured very very very low estimate!
The more likely figure should be between $50,000 and $75,000 per truckload giving the lowes order value at between $12,250,000 MIL and $18,750,000 MIL for just the rest of 2009. These are my estimates given my experience as a former truckdriver and shipping agent. The first est. is bare bones, extremely conservative.
LIST OF QUESTIONS ANSWERED---Just to repeat this since it was dropped off in the middle of the night for many folks:

These are the responses I got from JD:
1. How much is each truckload worth?
I cannot disclose that information until I am released to do so by NDA. It is significant.
2. Is there a conference call in the works anytime soon?
I do not have a CC planned at this time, but one towards the end of the year is tentative.
3. Has the OS changed at all?
The OS has increased slightly, you may confirm with the TA as they are not gagged. Aprox 2 million increase.
4. What is the gross or net profit of each truckload?
I cannot release the net profit of each truckload.
5. Is the $14,000 order a test run or to see if a store wants the inventory?
No it is not a test run.
6. Are there any companies on board with the new product?
As disclosed we ship the first ETC brand cabinets in a couple weeks.
7. When will 2nd Qtr. financials be released?
2nd quarter will be released soon.
8. Is EXPH employing anyone to promote the stock on any boards?
We employed Clay trader to provide contract video charts. Other than that we have no one “working” the boards.
9. Have you received feedback from home builders/contractors regarding the proprietary product? Can you share any of those comments with us?
We have received positive feedback regarding our product from those that matter. No. I cannot share their comments.
10. Is your "patent pending" for a design, utility, or provisional patent?
I do not have a patent number as we are only in a provisional patent pending state.
That PR is super great, it says a lot really that's a lot of product movement to just one client.
A very nice list on EXPH you have there, answering many of these questions within his NDA would be a great thing, I'm sure JD will be willing to fill those questions.
You're kidding right? 2mil in this sort of volume to pay off some debt "bravo" JD now that's running a business. It's all very good. And very minimal at best.
I figure fully diluted PPS estimates of .0228 to .0684 just with Lowes order alone for one year. OUTSTANDING!
Even if it was half as much $22.8 million is a huge contract and that would be a ridiculously low assumption.
Come on 1 mil a truckload get serious, I on the other hand can speculate from a position of experience in the field. $50,000 per truckload is well within a conservative range, plus I'm sure JD will put out numbers when he sees fit to do so.
@ $50,000 per truckload (conservative estimate) that's about $45,600,000 per year.
This last couple news looks good to me. I like the idea of the possible hotel contracts on this new product and on top of that it just seems to be a good move toward innovation in this industry. Plus 2.5 truckloads of shipments a day wow, Being a former truckdriver I know what this is worth, that is some serious movement of goods for a company being just one clients order.
lol, that would be funny. Go EXPH!
In any case 2.5 truckload shipment a day is a very good business for just one client LOWES! What does anyone think a truckload cost? And all the way thru 2010 52 weeks plus what is left in 2009, what about 14 weeks. Awesome revs IMO. Can't wait for other production disclosures. I'm sure they have plenty. EXPH is well on it's way.
