Yeah they do. There have been times recently, and in the past, when I've been idle and waiting in offices, etc., that I didn't have access to my laptop wifi. Started screwing around with my cell phone for entertainment to "pass the time" and I'm by no means a huge cell user. Younger generation members in our family live on the things and do absolutely everything.
