Have you noticed that every time OTCX appears on the ask we start walking down again. Always has a goodly amount of shares and will sell below the ask ahead of him.
Anybody know who this is. I hope this isn't Clark raising monies.

The quarterly isn't due until the 15th of May. I'm pretty sure that they will follow that 45 day rule. Previous quarterly were released between 42-44 days from the end of the quarter.
So we still have close to a month to wait.
Evidently you didn't get all the info from whomever you talked too.
Re-call your broker and ask for someone who knows how to convert the vested shares, You have to fill out a request form before they will do anything.
With E-Trade I have filled out my request form, agreed to a $150.00 fee and am waiting to see what happens. Mailed my stuff last Monday and should hear or see something next week. Now it's between My broker and the Transfer Agent (he has to break my shares from the block and release)
Can't see any need for anytype of attorney or their fee.
The Great Sleekscapedu
I know by the letter recently that we added 2 new distributors 1 in North Florida and one in Carol Stream, Il.. My question is this about volume of order. According to the letter a 1 full pallet order is required to become a distributor.
Now the question is this in both instances multiple products are involved. 1 OAK DISTRIBUTORS in Carol Stream Il. Purchased Hyrdrateme Waters only. Are the 4 flavors evenly divided to make one full pallet or was it 4 pallets.
Same scenario with Jacksonville distr. To handle both KONA GOLD and Hydrate products. Mixed to make 1 pallet or multiple pallets.
Also would like to know how many cases are in a minimum order to become a wholesaler.
Added 12 wholesalers since 1st of the year!!
Could it be possible that you or someone else has knowledge about these numbers. (can't do good math without numbers)
THS SQUEEZER
some DING DONG dumping cheap shares
The dividends from kgkg for Vate shares are vested now and you have to contact your broker to get them converted from the TA.
Evidently you weren't in kgkg last year when they were allotted.
Those who have restricted shares have got to contact their respective brokers and fill out a request form for them to convert the shares from restricted to standard shares.
On the KGKG board fax reported he got his from Fidelity last Friday. I have filed my request with E-trade and they are suppose to get to as soon as they receive the forms and take their fees.
Best to get on it and call your broker and find out what their procedure is.
Squeezer
Don't know how you can honestly say that. Gone nowhere in 2 yrs.
I've only been here a little over a year and doubled my investment and received 52000 shrs of VATE which is of greater value. So PRETTY GOOD FROM WHERE I STAND!!!!
Thanks Fax.
I'll mention that to the E-Trade broker and see if it makes a difference. I use to get overpriced scams rom Merrill Lynch like a minimum trade cost of 75.00 and if you purchases hundreds of shares it was higher, and then the selling fees were also there.
As soon as electronic trading with E-trade was available I switched and began my learning process. LONG AND SLOW ONE hah hah!
Thanks again SQUEEZER
Skiast
That's on standard daily trading.
This is about a fee for converting restricted shares in to unrestricted shares. Different situation and involves the TA
TKS
Got a reply back from E-Trade yesterday and they said in message that a fee of $150.00 will be required to check with transfer agent and processing. Kind of high fee but cheap with getting 52000 shares of VATE in return.
Did Fidelity charge something similar???
I got e-trade so I guess I'll know more on Monday.
CAN'T WAIT!!!!!
That was the last quarter of 2017 sales were down but profit margins were up. Here is what is said about 1st quarter 2018.!!!
Quote
The Company has already seen an increase in revenue the first quarter of 2018 over the last quarter of 2017 and with the hiring of sales staff in the second quarter of 2018, we expect sales revenue to drastically jump.[/b]
Just want to thank whomever for letting me have 250,000 shares of cheap cheap stock in KGKG
thanks again!!!!!
Exactly Legatips!!!
I wonder why SIPC doesn't get some type of p/r out on locations and notify everyone that it is not only selling in Colorado but other places like Chicagoland area. And into a NATIONAL CHAIN!!!
OOOOOOOP>S wrong board for previous message, should have been on kgkg board \\\
SORRY
Have to agree 100%. Posted the following earlier on the wrong board. Been one of those days..
see we added another wholesaler today.
Now we are up to 13 since the 1st of the year. Should be quite a 1st quarter coming up. 12 in the 1st quarter. now the =1st in the 2nd quarter. Then lets not forget we added 2 distributors in the first quarter also.
I think the sell off today was a little foolish things are just getting started. We can only guess that establishments are growing by leaps and bounds since we don't get information on locations where this stuff is being sold individually. Only the larger wholesalers and distributors. Not who they are furnishing supplies for sales.
Hang tight for the ride!!!

FINANCIALS ARE OUT!!!!
FINANCIALS ARE OUT.!!!!!
I'm glad to see someone reads what is said. The bill is being introduced for hemp and will probably be added to the farm bill which doesn't have to be passed until October. So I hope the traders here will rely on basic growth and solidity which is present here.
Vate is growing steady and ready to boom , patience is needed here...
That's a good but not up to date site. Shows only Colorado and we know by their menu. Old Chicago pizza pub in Aurora Illinois is also selling MHBA. So I wonder how many more places are selling that we are not aware of????
Hey Mr. FoX!!!
Thanks for the DD and letting the Board know that we are selling MHBA in Illinois. Old Chicago Aurora is just one location and there are over l00 in many states through out the US.
Your post lets know and see on the Menu. We are starting to sell in Illinois and started in a National chain.
ILLINOIS BREAKTHRU !!!!
looks to me like most weak hands are gone and time to go back up!!
Just doing a little necessary back pedaling, but still climbing.
should finish quite nicely by end of day.!!!!

Sen. Mitch McConnell Pushes Bill To Legalize Hemp
The head of the U.S. Senate announced on Monday that he will soon be filing a bill to legalize industrial hemp.
"We all are so optimistic that industrial hemp can become sometime in the future what tobacco was in Kentucky's past," U.S. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) said at a press conference alongside the state's agriculture commissioner.
"I will be introducing when I go back to senate a week from today," he said, legislation to "finally legalize hemp as an agricultural commodity and remove it from the list of controlled substances."
McConnell has already successfully attached language to broader legislation, such as the 2014 Farm Bill and annual spending packages, that shield state industrial hemp research programs from federal interference.
But confusion over what counts as research as well as issues related to the interstate transportation of hemp seeds has caused confusion as the Drug Enforcement Administration has in some cases sought to enforce federal laws that do not distinguish between hemp and marijuana.
"Some challenges remain today between the federal government and farmers and producers in Kentucky," McConnell said, arguing that his new bipartisan legislation would "remove the roadblocks altogether" by "recognizing in federal statute the difference between hemp and its illicit cousin."
He added that he would soon be discussing the issue with U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions, an longtime vocal opponent of cannabis law reform who this year rescinded Obama-era guidance that has generally allowed state to implement their own marijuana legalization laws without federal interference.

WHY I LOVE VATE FOR 2018
There are many reasons why I believe VATE will be one of the top performers on a % gain basis in the MJ/Hemp sector this year
Management is stellar
Coffee and Tea are enormous markets and hemp versions of both are just starting to become popular
ELEV8 HEMP and ZOE CBD are fantastic brands with well-developed products that possess mainstream potential
Future products will include canned hemp beverages -- iced hemp coffee and iced hemp tea
Beverage stocks typically outperform other subsectors in the MJ/Hemp sector
Everybody has an online presence these days, but they also operate 2 brick and mortar stores with a 3rd on the way by the end of this month, where they can showcase their products
The share structure is excellent
But most important of all is that 2018 will be the year that Hemp becomes legal
---
WHY HEMP WILL BE LEGALIZED IN 2018
The political winds are currently shifting, as generic ballots are indicating that Congressional Republicans are trailing considerably behind Democrats in the 2018 polls, and Republicans will need to grab a big slice of the Independent vote that they are not currently winning in the polls, in order to maintain control over Congress
Independents often can be swung on social issues, and with each passing month, the legalization of marijuana -- particularly a state's right to legalize medical and recreational MJ without fear of federal interference -- is becoming a more important issue
If Republicans in Congress are not yet ready to back rescheduling of MJ this year (federal legalization of medical marijuana) primarily due to the big pharma lobby and social conservatism, they are still keenly aware that the majority of the electorate not only supports medical legalization to the tune of 90%, but is now also significantly in favor of legalizing recreational MJ
2018 is an election year, so the Republicans need to do something to win over these Independent pro-MJ voters and also turn out the MJ-loving Republican Libertarian vote, who may otherwise stay home on the couch in November instead of going to the polls
Legalizing hemp this summer is the answer to this political conundrum
The approval of Epidiolex (cannabis-derived CBD) by the FDA on 6/27/18 means that CBD will become unquestionably federally legal, because by law once the FDA approves a Schedule I Drug, it must be rescheduled to Schedule II or lower so it can be legally prescribed by a physician
If cannabis-derived CBD is legalized, and hemp is composed of predominantly CBD (by definition, cannot consider a plant "Hemp" unless it contains less than 0.3% THC), then hemp is in perfect position to be federally legalized as well
Think about it this way -- if a Republican-controlled Congress won't reschedule MJ in 2018, but they want to be viewed as pro-MJ before the 2018 elections because 60%-65% of the population believes MJ should be legalized for recreational purposes, then they can pass the federal legalization of hemp through THE 2017 HEMP INDUSTRIAL FARMING ACT, and steal the pro-cannabis mantle from the Democrats
Powerful Republicans McConnell and Goodlatte are the largest backers of the federal Hemp legalization bill and 2018 is the year where the timing is right for it to pass due to the legalization of cannabis-derived CBD in June, coupled with wanting to be on the right side of the cannabis issue before the 2018 elections -- right now the Democrats own the MJ issue, but the Republicans can steal it away by taking credit for legalizing hemp

Here is an excerpt from the above link:
Ultimately, though, the potential for a hemp industry is constrained by those federal drug laws. That’s what Goodlatte would change. Once a hemp skeptic, he’s now convinced there’s a real economic opportunity here. Just because hemp looks like marijuana is “not sufficient to stop a whole industry from going forward,” he says. Goodlatte, significantly, is chairman of the House Judiciary Committee. Presumably, his sponsorship of the Industrial Hemp Farming Act of 2017 might allay any concerns from law-and-order legislators. Goodlatte is not exactly some back-to-the-land hippie; he’s as mainstream a Republican as there is. If the ever-cautious Goodlatte is for hemp farming, the politics of hemp really have changed.
There’s even a Trumpian “America First” argument to be made for hemp. The United States imports upwards of $600 million worth of hemp-based products each year — so American law allows hemp products, it just doesn’t make it easy for American companies to make them. Our hemp laws have the same effect as one of those “bad trade deals” that Trump likes to complain about; it stifles job creation, especially in rural areas. “That didn’t sit well with me,” Goodlatte says. He thinks it’s possible Congress could pass his bill before the 2018 mid-terms.

THE 2018 HEMP BEVERAGE SUPERMANIA IS COMING
Everybody will be looking to invest in hemp products once hemp is federally legalized later this Summer
But even before the day it is legalized, as we move through the Spring and draw closer to its legalization, media attention will continue to increase and many new investors will discover that hemp is investable
But similar to MJ stocks (aside from a handful of pharmaceutical plays on the Nasdaq), the only way to gain investment exposure to hemp is on the OTC
There are a huge number of MJ stocks -- over 250 in fact
Yet despite this abundance of cannabis stocks, whenever there is a mania, a large majority of these stocks go on tears, and a smaller minority experience epic runups
There are less than a dozen legitimate hemp stocks with products, and on closer examination, only a handful are even worthy of potential investment -- so due to the much smaller sample size, in a Hemp Mania the gains have the potential to be truly astronomical
I looked very closely at all of the hemp stocks last year, and VATE was the best one when taking into account predictive factors that determine the extent of % gains inside of a mania
The masses will pour into VATE the day after hemp is legalized, and for weeks and months afterwards -- I like to get in before the crowd
Check out my track record in the last mania we saw in the MJ sector during 2016
I strongly believe the SUPERMANIA in 2018 will be in Hemp/CBD beverages
VATE is the best stock in this subsector, for reasons I have outlined in many of my posts on this board, as well as the other one
As an aside, hemp and CBD stocks are technically cannabis stocks and therefore considered part of the MJ sector -- so they also participate in any MJ sector manias as well
The same cannot necessarily be said for MJ stocks during a Hemp mania -- we haven't had one yet so we don't know for sure, but it is certainly preferable to own a hemp stock during a hemp mania
Either way, I like the idea of owning a stock that has the potential to participate in both an MJ Mania and a Hemp Mania in 2018

To Our Shareholders:
I am very pleased to be able to communicate with our loyal shareholders directly and to give you an update on our impressive progress to date as well as the direction our company is going.
Elev8 Brands, Inc. a holding company focused on the commercial development and marketing of hemp and CBD-based products including hemp coffee, hemp tea, CBD tinctures, lotion, and salve which target the health and wellness markets. The company is founded on the basis of creating high-quality, sustainable, products for health-conscious consumers.
Elev8 Hemp hit record sales to date in the month of February. We have continued to expand Elev8 Hemp into new brick and mortar locations as well as increasing our online sales. All though this was our highest revenue month so far, it wasn’t just from one area. Both website and Amazon sales hit a new high as well as brick and mortar sales.
We have executed several different strategies to help us progress in new brick and mortar locations as well as increase the productivity inside each location. With our implementation of an end cap display in the Orlando Lucky’s Market, we have drastically increased our sales. It has proven to be a great move and we are working on getting them approved at other Lucky’s locations as well. We have also seen great success in the Marketing team we have been using for promotions and will continue to have monthly sampling at all Lucky’s Markets that are selling our product.
Elev8 Hemp is excited to announce its new location at Lucky’s Market in Oakland Park, FL. This is now the 6th Lucky’s Market Store where Elev8 Hemp is available in Florida. There are 4 more stores in the Orlando area set to open by the end of the year, which will provide us an opportunity to get into additional locations on a local level. In addition to this new location our Ohio customer, The Old Country Store, has sold out of their inventory and has placed their first reorder as well as took receipt of Elev8 Hemp Tea samples.
As we continue to expand our team must expand as well. We have recently added a new sales and distributions specialist, Todd Rzepka, who will be working out of Illinois. His network extends across Illinois with some key contacts in different brick and mortar locations. With his sales background and contacts, he proves to be an asset to Elev8’s team.
We have big plans for the online expansion of Elev8 Hemp. To help us out we have brought on an SEO marketing company that specializes in Amazon to handle key word product description, marketing, advertising and professional photo shoots. In addition, we have hired an attorney to start the process of obtaining a Trademark. This will allow us to expand our sales online through Amazon into the Canadian market.
Zoe CBD was an exciting launch for Elev8 Brands in the 4th quarter of 2017. We had been working with a company for over six months while we were developing the Zoe CBD brand of products. During this process is when we started obtaining sales from 1 Oak Wholesaler. Now that we have finalized our brand and officially launch our products, we are pleased to have received and fulfilled our first 1 Oak Wholesale order of Zoe CBD, which will help increase Elev8’s monthly revenue. 1 Oak Wholesale sells to over 400 vape shops throughout the Chicago area. This relationship will allow us to get our brand into the market quickly.
Elev8 Brands recently announced the retirement of over Two Hundred Million (200,000,000) shares of common stock by the Company’s Management Team. We worked hard to obtain an attractive share structure and will do everything we can to make sure it remains as tight as possible.
In closing, I want to thank each of you for your interest and continued support of Elev8 Brands, Inc. I encourage you to contact our investor relations email at ir@elev8hemp.com regarding any questions you may have about the Company.

Herr Panzer!!!
Remember not so long ago we were all wondering who the brewer was going to be in Colorado. Then how well the beer would be received.
Things got started and Last month alone tripled the order and tripled the establishments.
Now only 30 days later NEWS of running short, California almost here, negotiations with purchase order in Illinois and now talks with an Indianapolis brewer and distributor.
THE EXPLOSION HAS ALREADY BEGUN!!!!!!
so much for that 2 milly at .0449 he got taken out HIT THAT ASK
Just all remember this is just around the corner early March is here.!!!!
Sipp Industries has made significant progress with a multi-state distributor that covers five additional states outside of Colorado. Ted Jorgensen, President of wholly-owned subsidiary Major Hemp, had visited the facility and is currently discussing marketing plans with management. Jorgensen commented, "There is a great story to tell with the successes of Major Hemp Brown Ale and it is taking notice. We are committed to expanding this brand nationally and excited about the partners we plan to take this journey with."
The Company has also been working with its partner, Wanderport Corporation (OTC:WDRP), to make Major Hemp Brown Ale available throughout the state of California. The companies have successfully completed a trial production with a Southern California craft brewery and an actual production is expected to commence this month pending fulfillment of the TTB requirements.
Through Wanderport's beverage affiliates, the companies have also identified distributors who stand ready to market and sell the beer once available. Additional details of the joint venture and expansion plans to California and other states will be provided once certain matters are finalized.
"We are pleased with the success of Major Hemp Brown Ale in Colorado and expect to have similar and greater successes as we expand to California and beyond," commented Syman Vong, Chief Executive Officer. "This is an exciting time for Sipp Industries and our partners. We are eager to start production in California and to share this unique beer with consumers nationwide," added Vong
Don't be fooled by that big ask @.0449 (2 milly) typical wall scheme to get lower bids and suck them up. He'll fold when the pps gets into striking rangejmho.
Green by end of day!!!!
