I am very pleased to be able to communicate with our loyal shareholders directly and to give you an update on our impressive progress to date as well as the direction our company is going.
Elev8 Brands, Inc. a holding company focused on the commercial development and marketing of hemp and CBD-based products including hemp coffee, hemp tea, CBD tinctures, lotion, and salve which target the health and wellness markets. The company is founded on the basis of creating high-quality, sustainable, products for health-conscious consumers.
Elev8 Hemp hit record sales to date in the month of February. We have continued to expand Elev8 Hemp into new brick and mortar locations as well as increasing our online sales. All though this was our highest revenue month so far, it wasn’t just from one area. Both website and Amazon sales hit a new high as well as brick and mortar sales.
We have executed several different strategies to help us progress in new brick and mortar locations as well as increase the productivity inside each location. With our implementation of an end cap display in the Orlando Lucky’s Market, we have drastically increased our sales. It has proven to be a great move and we are working on getting them approved at other Lucky’s locations as well. We have also seen great success in the Marketing team we have been using for promotions and will continue to have monthly sampling at all Lucky’s Markets that are selling our product.
Elev8 Hemp is excited to announce its new location at Lucky’s Market in Oakland Park, FL. This is now the 6th Lucky’s Market Store where Elev8 Hemp is available in Florida. There are 4 more stores in the Orlando area set to open by the end of the year, which will provide us an opportunity to get into additional locations on a local level. In addition to this new location our Ohio customer, The Old Country Store, has sold out of their inventory and has placed their first reorder as well as took receipt of Elev8 Hemp Tea samples.
As we continue to expand our team must expand as well. We have recently added a new sales and distributions specialist, Todd Rzepka, who will be working out of Illinois. His network extends across Illinois with some key contacts in different brick and mortar locations. With his sales background and contacts, he proves to be an asset to Elev8’s team.
We have big plans for the online expansion of Elev8 Hemp. To help us out we have brought on an SEO marketing company that specializes in Amazon to handle key word product description, marketing, advertising and professional photo shoots. In addition, we have hired an attorney to start the process of obtaining a Trademark. This will allow us to expand our sales online through Amazon into the Canadian market.
Zoe CBD was an exciting launch for Elev8 Brands in the 4th quarter of 2017. We had been working with a company for over six months while we were developing the Zoe CBD brand of products. During this process is when we started obtaining sales from 1 Oak Wholesaler. Now that we have finalized our brand and officially launch our products, we are pleased to have received and fulfilled our first 1 Oak Wholesale order of Zoe CBD, which will help increase Elev8’s monthly revenue. 1 Oak Wholesale sells to over 400 vape shops throughout the Chicago area. This relationship will allow us to get our brand into the market quickly.
Elev8 Brands recently announced the retirement of over Two Hundred Million (200,000,000) shares of common stock by the Company’s Management Team. We worked hard to obtain an attractive share structure and will do everything we can to make sure it remains as tight as possible.
