Yes. We still have flippers. Now the 61k is on the ask at $.574 that was bought at $.53
Excellent!
Yes they are.
CareClix is signing deals left and right.
I can't wait to see the revenue #'s for Q1 & Q2.
CoreChoice combines the talents and expertise of medical, technology, and insurance industry professionals to provide a new level of radiology, neurodiagnostic, and interventional pain management network service. Most importantly, CoreChoice is not a broker. We do not “up charge” on any of the charges for medical services.shutterstock_197786495
Our philosophy is to provide the largest specialty network in the United States for radiology, neurodiagnostics, and interventional pain management with fair and equitable pricing, as well as a prompt payment mechanism for our participating network facilities.
At CoreChoice, we believe that patients should have free selection to be treated at the facility of their choice. And with a network in excess of 22,000 radiology providers and facilities in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico, we can accommodate this. Our neurodiagnostic network and interventional pain management division will also service all 50 states and include both treating doctors, as well as treatment facilities.
The CoreChoice model allows for the physicians and the facilities to devote time and efforts to the practice of medicine and be comfortable that their services will be paid at rates that they have contractually agreed to and done so in a timely manner. CoreChoice is not a “middle man.” In all cases the facility is paid by the insurance carrier directly.

You are the one making statements about 100 million shares for 110k in debt relief, not me.
I didn't say anything about how the OS went up.
If I remember, EdF suggested you contact IR. Did you ?
You said, and I quote
"And a hundred million common shares doled out for 110K in debt relief.
Insiders and promoters enrichment scheme at the expense of retail marks."

The filing in this post is just SOLI raising money.
Where do you see " a hundred million common shares doled out for 110K'?
Who is this:
"The explanation supposedly originating from the IR mouthpiece is that the insiders participated in their own Form D offering."
that you refer to?
Also, I asked you earlier about your statement regarding the shares for debt but you haven't replied?

Please show the board where you find that "a hundred million common shares doled out for 100k in debt relief"?
What PR or filing do you show that?
I have never suggested that SOLI's stock price should be high because of TDO*Cs price.
Also, CareClix's platform and service has been rated in the top 5 telemedicine companies, and continues to get very high ratings in article after article.
We all know that SOLI needed to raise money last March to acquire CareClix and SOLI has paid some of their employees/management in shares, if that is what you mean by "selling shares".
I will be more than happy to compare financials ( CareClix to TDO*C ) when the Q2 and Q3 come out. I am not saying CareClix will have more revenue than TDO*C but their revenue growth and ratios will be fantastic.
We were talking about financials...NOT the platform.
Let's be fair about staying on the subject.
We all know that when SOLI acquired CareClix, SOLI/CareClix started from ground zero regarding revenue.
SOLI acquired: "In April 2019, the Company acquired the proprietary CareClix® operating software, and pending patent for that software, the domain name and trademark for the software and certain related incidental tangible assets of KB Medical Systems, LLC, an unrelated company and the developer of the CareClix® operating systems for telemedicine providers."
TDO*C has been around since 2002.
SOLI acquired CareClix in 4/2019.
SOLI will become profitable before TDO*C IMHO.
I am glad that error was corrected.
That is what I thought the cash on hand was.
Where do you see SOLI has $2k in cash?
Yes Running Q! There is a lot of noise. But the facts are the facts. We will see the audited 10K shortly and we will get more facts. And it's the Q1 due May 15, 2020 that will be most telling regarding revenue growth.
Please show the board where you find that "a hundred million common shares doled out for 100k in debt relief"?
What PR or filing do you show that?
No! The MAXIS deal and many other deals that CareClix is engaging in are "white label" deals where healthcare providers use the CareClix Platform and CareClix gets a fee each time a telemedicine contact is made.
Read the Q's ( it is called SaaS revenue in the filings).
Opinions vary!!
Kindo,
I couldn't agree more.

This truly will be a life changer and it’s getting closer everyday. The annual report due out shortly probably won’t show huge increases in revenues however they will be positive. I think the name change and up list will get us more noticed and our daily volume should spike up around that. First and second quarter reports should really show the ramp up in revenues.
We are all lucky to be here in the company at this time.
EdF, here you go.
Very interesting comparison!
I like it.
It appears that management is executing on growing the revenue based on the recent huge deals and all the recent postings that show healthcare providers teaming up with CareClix. Exactly how much revenue? Only time will tell as we wait for Q1, Q2, etc.
With the announcement of the name and symbol change, applying to the OTCQB, hiring of a larger audit firm, completion of SOC 2 Type 1 Audit Certification, etc., management is executing on business side.
Overall, we have lots of items getting completed.
SOLI for the Win!
Yes. Looking forward to the upcoming 10K ( I still believe that management will limit the details of these deals so not to inform the competition...competitive advantage).
Another important point is these huge deals ( MAXIS, Chile ) only strengthen the legitimacy of CareClix as a telemedicine company and will led to more deals.
Our global coverage is amazing ( especially given the MAXIS and Chile deals). And only getting stronger.
Yeah now I remember that.
It figures that EdF knows the language! LOL
If I remember, around last summer we saw some international CareClix job postings ( I believe it was a middle eastern country).
It is great to see the video but I am not surprised.
Good Sunday Morning SOLI!
It is amazing how many people have posted recent reports of CareClix being used by Healthcare providers to help them with telemedicine.
The growth of CareClix as a service provider is amazing and will continue to get more and more partners day by day.
Management's focus to grow the revenue is showing results almost daily.
I can't wait for the Q1 report, due May 15, 2020.
Yes that would be great., CNBC
AWESOME!
I don't understand, you recently said you don't believe the filings.
What is it?
You are definitely wrong.
Yeah. SOLI management has done everything by the book and is setting things up for a higher exchange.
But some try to spin things to scare and confuse.
We have a great core group of people here that post facts, do DD so no one is misled.
Facts do matter.
I also think it is setup this way for liability.
Companies like Amazon setup a separate company for trucking goods.
Keep up the great DD Hatter.
CareClix is everywhere.
CareClix is showing up everywhere!!
I do give the author credit for taking a stab at estimating the number of users for MAXIS but I believe the number to be much more than the authors estimate.
MAXIS website currently states that they are a "Network of almost 140 insurance companies in over 120 markets". And when you look at their network map it covers every major city in the world.
