Gotta run for awhile. Might be able to pick up some funds. If so, will return to take out another million or two.
Must not be much available. Did you see they matched my 42,000 at .0055 with one at .0054? That's a whopping $4.2 profit!
I've had one in for .0053 all morning and no fill. I'm going to send a 42,000 share trade through on a friend's account at the ask. He's been slowly raising his share count. This will give him the 1 million mark.
I sent 50,000 at just a few seconds to go but missed the last hit.
Or just for fun, maybe we should all put in 3 separate orders at .0055 for just 10,000 shares so they stack up during the last 2 minutes.
Come on. Someone just put in a GTC for 25 million at .0055 and let's see where we are.
When at least 20 of us have over a million $$$ in ETIM, we should plan a party in Vegas. One or two are almost there already, and several of us will not be that far behind them. At .05 a share, we should have at least 20 people, don't you think? At 10 million, I'm gonna get a license plate with something like URNEDIT or ETERNAL -- if Clint and company don't beat me to it.
I agree. Creede, can you ask Dexter if there is a way to get those shares declared void? Surely there was a contract, and I can't imagine they held up even 10% of their side of it.
I can tell you from personal experience, I was buying a company at near .25 for a long time. Now, this is not less than a penny, but still, a low-priced company. I sat on it and watched it run to something like .75 and watched it correct several times. Finally, after holding it for something like 1-2 years, I sold on one of those corrections when everyone was negative and saying they had no chance. In my head, I had examined the facts and thought what the company had put together would be of great value someday, but my inexperience and worry on one particularly dramatic correction made me sell -- "I'm not letting a good gain turn into a loss!"
Fast forward about 5 years. I did not look at that company for about 5 years. Completely forgot about it. They had a symbol change and then an up listing, so I lost track. I actually did almost nothing in the markets during that time -- couldn't have told you where the DOW was on any day for a million bucks. Sitting watching CNBC one day, the guy says, "largest mover on the AMEX today was MYOLDCOMPANY." What I bought at .25, held to .75, and sold at .35 was streaming by at over $50 a share. My first thought was they must be a new company, or they had a huge reverse split at some point, or something weird had happened. What had happened was, the value I saw early on was finally realized by others. Their projections for revenue finally started to happen. Growth exploded. The stock had not had a reverse split, but a FORWARD split. I had a sick feeling about going back through old statements to verify how many shares I actually owned. That $20,000 would now be worth $8 million!
I have one other story, not quite so dramatic, but same scenario and enough money to buy a nice house tossed away because I let other's negative comments and my worry scare me out of a position.
Not since that time have I had the same initial feelings about a company. Not until ETIM. The circumstances are different because of the "tinyness" of the company, but everything else is set up the same for me. This time, I will see it through.
I might add, that in between these episodes, I went full bore into another investment based NOT on my own DD and intuition, but that of someone else who convinced me, despite occasional protests, that I would make out like a bandit. That cost me almost everything I owned. Won't make that mistake again either!
I'm sure a quick scan could reveal many companies going from pennies to dollars. It has to be a real company with real products and real demand. I believe we have found such a company.
I can't wait until ETIM reaches the point of being a profitable COMPANY first and a stock second. At that point, all the "chartists" and "technicians" and "traders" can leave for good and be replaced with long-term investors. That is also the point at which those who were long-sighted enough to stick around will all retire in unison.
How many contracts currently reported in these financial statements are newer ones? Newer contracts would have higher startup costs and thus, they would lower the net, yet raise the revenues. I still say Dexter Morris will land more and more contracts as time goes on, the net will rise proportionately, and solid investors will see that this is not a fly-by-night company, but one poised for long-term growth and worthy of long-term investment.
If I had any advice for Mr. Morris, it would be to put an answering machine on the investor relations number with relevant information and simply update that information with what he could anticipate current investors wanting to know. Since he does not put out "fluff" PRs, there is no need to hire or pay a PR firm. I think he thinks current investors expect an investor's relation firm, but, for me, I would much rather see no shares being spent on what has been proven over the past year to be a complete waste. Wait until everything comes together when you actually need a firm, but make sure it is one that works on a billable and verifiable time frame for specific functions WHEN they occur. Perhaps pay one for answering investor calls ONE day per week, so they get paid for only 8 hours of work weekly -- even ONE day every 2 weeks might be sufficient.
Many will use the impatience of others to position for long-term gains, I suspect in here because typical sellers here seem to think a PE ratio is a bad thing. They'd much rather keep throwing money at companies who will NEVER turn the corner.
The thing 90% still don't get is ETIM is not a trading stock. Most just lump it in with all the other junk out there. They refuse to believe it is a company in its infancy with a corner on a brand new and growing market niche that will be huge. They refuse to believe that the guys running the company are not the equal of the SLJBs and CYKSs and PLNIs and on and on and on . . .
But they will wake up at some point, and the rest of the world will also, probably around .10 and after a few more national TV and magazine articles. Then, later, the story will be, "Can you believe you could have bought this stock for almost an entire year at under a penny a share, and now they are selling out to ABC FUNERAL at $15?"
Clint is a go-getter. I suspect he won't settle for .01 or .10 or $1.00 If they keep their eye on the prize and heading the direction they are, retirement or running a huge corporation, if that's their fancy, will come in the not-too-distant future. Why settle for a million dollars when 100 million is completely doable and not that far off?
Well, since he had a whole $105 in it, I'd guess he's probably a guy with about 100 positions of less than $500 each, all of which were down, and he's just sick of the market and selling off everything he owns. LBWR sure has been quiet. Dexter needs to pull a rabbit out of his hat or something.
Not true. Discussion is fine either way, but that last section was more like children arguing and loaded with implied "personal attacks" which are TOU violations. Please just keep it on topic and civil, and there will be no problem.
Same here.
As per my siggy, looks like June will be when we are all multi-millionaires, eh? At $1.00 a share, maybe my house will be a little more Gothic, just for fun.
This chit chat is distracting. My siggy changed on its own, so I'd say these guys DO NOT want to get me irritated!
I just sold 3 stocks that have been down for over 3 months and continue to drop. Moved it all into ETIM for another 2.5 million shares. Wonder what would happen if everybody sold all their losers and did the same? How many shares to lose all the flippers near .003-.004?
Don't forget to turn on your sound. Appreciate the kind words, but Superbee is doing a great job. She keeps everyone happy, and the board out of trouble with the "law."
On topic --- IMO, tell your "fire guys" they might just be retiring sooner than they think if the initial funeral industry excitement over ETIM and their "one of a kind" dominating monopoly in this space continues to build and generates the massive profits we all can see happening and coming true in the very near future. I hope everyone has some patience and focuses on the REALITY of the business and not only the very short-term stock trading potential. When a new business, which is going to be very successful develops, it tends to grow semi-exponentially. That is, what may look like a small start, or at least a start that isn't the INSTANT millionaire-making some people dream about, they sell, pocket some quick change, move on, and then miss the real potential that comes with exponential growth. $100,000 looks small, but then it's $200,000, then $400,000, then $800,000, then 1.6 million, then 3.2 million, then 6.4 million, then 12.8 million -- you get the picture. I've watched companies, that became successful in their prospective industries, get ignored for the first year or two, and then, initial investors with little patience look back and their jaw hits the floor as they calculate what they would have had if they had just held on. Sometimes, and I've experienced this personally, we're talking a few thousand in profits that would have been several million dollars only a few short years later. The key is, will a company become successful or not. If you believe it will, then your profits will expand exponentially if you just have a little patience. What might be a brand new car can easily become two homes, a six-car garage, a maid, and enough interest to maintain it all in comfort. It happens more often than you might realize when you find a company in the early stages, and this one can't get much earlier, can it?

OT -- just for you
"A Ray Of Sunshine"
Move it move it, baby
Can't you see I'm ready to dance?
And I can't stop this rhythm in my heart.
Move it move it baby,
Can't you see I'm ready to dance?
Without this beat my life would fall apart.
Shuffle on your feet till the floor is hot,
Gonna make a lot of money,
Gonna break your heart.
Watch out boy, (watch out boy)
Shuffle on your feet till the floor is hot,
Gonna make a lot of money,
Gonna break your heart.
But I'm the only one with a key.
And that's me.
Sometimes,
You wake up in the morning with the bass line,
A Ray of Sunshine,
Sometimes,
You know today you're gonna have a good time,
And you're ready to go.
Move it move it baby
Can't you see I'm ready to dance?
And I can't keep my rhythm in my heart.
Move it move it baby,
Can't you see I'm ready to dance?
Without this beat my life would fall apart.
Shuffle to the beat,
Gonna take a cut,
There's money in your feet,
Gimme what you got.
Watch out boy, (watch out boy)
Suffle to the beat,
Gonna take a cut,
There's money in your feet,
Gonna stitch you up.
Any other boy that you see,
But not me.
Sometimes,
You wake up in the morning with the bass line,
A Ray of Sunshine,
Sometimes,
You know today you're gonna have a good time,
And you're ready to go.
Turn the music up,
Turn the music up, turn it up,
because it's all I've-
All that I've got.
Shuffle to the beat
Gonna take a cut,
There's money in your feet,
Gimme what you got.
Watch out boy, (watch out boy)
Suffle to the beat,
Gonna take a cut,
There's money in your feet,
Gonna stitch you up.
Sometimes,
You wake up in the morning with the bass line,
A Ray of Sunshine,
Sometimes,
You know today you're gonna have a good time,
And you're ready to go.
Thanks. I'm a much mellower person -- and moderator. Amazing how nothing a basher can say will bother you much when everything is firing on all cylinders.
When we hit .02, I've got a few of them to send Hallmark e-cards to! If I had their addresses, I'd include a bottle of champagne with it.

Excellent post!

I'll post every once in a while just to get the party going again with my sig and music! Turn up your volume and reload this message.
I remain,

ps What was in that drink you gave me, Superbee?
Well. I can't wait for some Russian --- ANY Russian -- to get this thing moving up for good and make me some extra cash to roll into a bigger chunk of Eternal Image (see my sig for another "eternal image"), the funeral home stock of the future!
OT -- turn your sound on -- just put a little noise with my "Eternal Image" signature. This is what you'll be hearing a lot of once we pass .01
I thought I read somewhere that pre-orders might be closer to 2000. Did anyone else see that? I can't find it now.
I'm really not trying to be negative, but in all the years I've watched pinks, I've never seen one ask for this "certificate" thing that became a legit company.
Does this mean anything? It sounds negative, but may just be a timing thing?
http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/quote.jsp?symbol=rxpc
That's an easy slip up. Some guy doing a graphic banner did it. Probably just hit the wrong key. They spelled it right in the copy. Since it's on a banner, it won't be an instant correction tonight probably.
Just asking, but would the fact that they put that huge number in year two actually make it a red flag based on what other pinks have put out? That is, can anyone point out a company that put out such aggressive numbers that did NOT turn out to be a fabrication? Or, the other side of that, can anyone point out a company in the pinks that put out such aggressive pro forma that did indeed come anywhere close to achieving them? I might be inclined to feel more comfortable with much lower numbers and then have them over-deliver. Just a thought.
Bee and me are the only night owls. Last time I got the final post of the night, was Thursday, so here I am again.
I remain,

NIKKI NIKKI NIKKI,
You are a PENNY STOCK TRADER. Nothing more. Nothing less. You use any method you deem necessary to pump and move people into wherever you have the most money so you can unload at a higher price and move on to your next target. Your target is not ETIM because, as I said before, it's just possible that ETIM will turn out to be the 1 in 100 that investors are looking for and not the 99 in 100 that PENNY STOCK TRADERS look for, don't care about, and feed off of.
If anyone doubts why you are here, they can read it in your own words. You only follow the crowd and try to misdirect them to something you can make money on at their expense. That is the way of the PENNY STOCK TRADER. Don't give a R.I.P. (etim humor) about the company, the stockholders, or anyone here -- just try to get them to buy your latest 99 in 100 stock that you already believe is a scam, but will tell them it is the best thing going. Here's your own words, which should make everyone here put you on ignore of at least not respond to anything you say here. Then we will know who you brought with you here by who IS responding to you (have a little ICE with your tea, Nikki?).
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=17145139
And here's one of your brethren who came here early on also to do the same thing you do. Soon, I hope ETIM's actions and revenue will make them totally unattractive to every PENNY STOCK TRADER:
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=17129627
All the old and current bashers and all the brand new ones who show up with their "first" post and "analysis" are just too funny and obvious. What NONE of them understand and surely do not BELIEVE, is that ETIM just MIGHT be what they appear -- a REAL COMPANY, in a REALLY GOOD business space, at the RIGHT time, with REAL GOOD licenses and partnerships with SOLID companies. ETIM JUST MIGHT be the real deal, and that is why they are so upset and yell still louder. These people are ALL nothing but PENNY STOCK TRADERS! That's what they do, and they REFUSE to believe that every once in awhile, a REAL company shows up. It may be 1 in 100, but it DOES happen. When it does, these PENNY TRADERS ALWAYS MISS IT!!! And when they get even a tiny tingle that they might be missing one, they come out in droves to tell everyone else why this time is no different than what they are used to seeing. They DO NOT WANT anyone else to make more on a stock than they do. They are callous and selfish and rude. They are in a business which makes used car salesmen look like hospital volunteers! You can feel the venom in their words. Does this guarantee that ETIM IS DIFFERENT? Of course not, but there are at least a few of us here who are NOT PENNY STOCK TRADERS. There are a few here who spend lots of time searching for those 1 in 100 companies that ARE the exception to the PENNY TRADER'S WORLD. Notice they only focus on those aspects that they can compare to other scam companies they have traded in the past. They don't even contemplate that ETIM earnings might grow at a fast rate and make all their arguments mute. If ETIM is different, there will be things happen that will make it obvious as we go along, and at each one, these PENNY STOCK TRADERS will drop off one by one until there will be none because there will be no interest for them. How many of these people start new boards on real companies with good earnings and try to tell everyone that they are scams?
I let some of them get to me and deleted their multiple and duplicate words, but I see that is not the way to deal with them. ETIM will or will not put them to rest with each new step taken. Let them poke fun at those of us who spend time looking for INVESTMENTS in what they call a SCAM WORLD. Let them try and convince everyone that they KNOW exactly what will happen and exactly what ETIM will do because they have been through it before with scam companies. As each week passes, ETIM can see out a little bit clearer to make better predictions about what the business will develop into. These PENNY TRADERS cannot. They can only tell you what they EXPECT based on comparisons with scams they have traded previously. They miss every real company because they have blinders on. This is THEIR world! But guess what? I want NO PART of THEIR WORLD. They speak like they believe everyone here wants to be like them! I DO NOT. I have no desire to trade scam companies. I want to find the real thing and find it before 99.9% of the INVESTING PUBLIC discover it. They can laugh at the few of us who have these motives. They can make up garbage at will. ETIM will or will not shut them up and make them disperse back to their comfortable PENNY TRADING WORLD. I've been close enough to it to know I want NOTHING to do with that world. Let them post whatever they want. They cannot change what is going to happen and neither can I.
"The battle of wits has begun. It ends when you decide and we both drink, and find out who is right... and who is dead."
"But it's so simple. All I have to do is divine from what I know of you: are you the sort of man who would put the poison into his own goblet or his enemy's? Now, a clever man would put the poison into his own goblet, because he would know that only a great fool would reach for what he was given. I am not a great fool, so I can clearly not choose the wine in front of you. But you must have known I was not a great fool, you would have counted on it, so I can clearly not choose the wine in front of me."
Choose your wine, PENNY STOCK TRADERS. I've chosen mine and look forward to the day when I can drink only with a few like-minded friends here without being hounded and lectured by you.
"You are using Bonetti's Defense against me, ah?"
"I thought it fitting considering the rocky terrain."
"Naturally, you must suspect me to attack with Capa Ferro?"
"Naturally... but I find that Thibault cancels out Capa Ferro. Don't you?"
"Unless the enemy has studied his Agrippa... which I have."
I remain,
SOROS
When this company really turns the corner, and other major licenses come in (and they will) because ETIM will be respected in the funeral realm (because they are not one of the hundreds of "gimmick" companies out there), and sales reach a few million a quarter (it will happen), and we get off this exchange (it will happen), and can be valued at a decent PE ratio, then, these under a penny shares will look insane.
I remain,
SOROS
You and your "several thousand dollars worth of this stock" have a good night.
I remain,
SOROS
Why does that not surprise me? I'd give you some sites you really should check out for your betterment, but everyone would cry personal attack, so I'll just wish you the best in life you are able to attain.
OT -- but not really
You just aren't too big on anything where ETIM is concerned are you? I mean, really Suzee. You remind me of the movie, "O Brother, Where Art Thou." You ever see that one? Heck, this whole board reminds me of that movie!
Here's pfrenz and me and SuperBee:
"You seek a great fortune, you three who are now in chains. You will find a fortune, though it will not be the fortune you seek. But first-- first you must travel a long and difficult road, a road fraught with peril. You shall see thangs wonderful to tell."
"I cannot tell you how long this road shall be, but fear not the obstacles in your path, for fate has... vouchsafed your reward. Though the road may wind, yea, your hearts grow weary, still shall ye follow them, even unto your salvation."
Then in steps you and several FREE account holders:
Pete (Suzee): Wait a minute. Who elected you leader of this outfit?
Everett (SOROS): Well Pete, I figured it should be the one with the capacity for abstract thought. But if that ain't the consensus view, then hell, let's put it to a vote.
Pete (Suzee): Suits me. I'm voting for yours truly.
Everett (SOROS): Well I'm voting for yours truly too.
[Pause]
Delmar (FREE holders): Okay... I'm with you fellas.
So now, who's taken over the board?
Everett (SOROS): Well, there are all manner of lesser imps and demons, Pete, but the great Satan hisself is red and scaly with a bifurcated tail, and he carries a hay fork.
Clerk (Suzee #2): As a former practicing Catholic, my opinion is that the Vatican Library sales won't be too high. We'll have those Vatican products in two weeks, but until then, I think these Three Stooges Caskets are wonderful!
Everett (SOROS): Two weeks? That don't do me no good. Hold on, now. I don't want Three Stooges. I want the Vatican products, like most PRACTICING Catholics WILL.
Clerk (Suzee #2): I don't carry quality Vatican products. I carry Fop and Three Stooges.
Everett (SOROS): Well, I don't want Fop, goddammit. I'm a Dapper Dan man and a PRACTICING Catholic.
Clerk (Suzee #2): You watch your language, young fella. This is a public market. If you want Dapper Dan or those Vatican products that millions of PRACTICING Catholics want, I can order it for you, have it in about two weeks.
Everett (SOROS): Well ain't this place a geographical oddity! Two weeks from everywhere!
And then, once ETIM turns the corner and everyone looks back, this will be the theme song for Pete (Suzee) and Delmar (Free account holders):
I am a Man of Constant Sorrow
I've seen trouble all my days
In this world I'm bound to ramble
I have no friends to help me now.
And SOROS, pfrenz, and SuperBee's:
Keep on the sunny side, always on the sunny side
Keep on the sunny side of life
It will help us every day, it will brighten all the way
If we'll keep on the sunny side of life
I remain,
SOROS
You've been on that for over a month now. Opportunities come up quickly, and sometimes you have to move quickly. Have you ever had an intention of doing something one way, and then circumstances change, so you do almost a 360 to accomplish something? Give it a rest. You said you sold. Everyone knows the facts and what has happened. You should have no reason to be here except to disrupt and cause trouble. You have been warned.
OT -- That's what we don't want on the board. Here's an idea. For everyone who just wants to talk about BS, or be frustrated, or yell at everyone, or just trash a company because they want someone to listen, here's a board for you:
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/board.asp?board_id=6034
Lets' see. By your reasoning, every time they do something positive for the company, that does not count toward anything positive for the shareholders down the line. Getting "discovered" all of a sudden, and moving quickly to capitalize on that press by getting money, unfortunately, the only way possible at that point, they have geared up on several products, got production moving, ad campaigns set in motion on several fronts, established sales partnerships with major pet stores and several funeral homes in many states, hired a CFO with experience, been written up again, and always in a positive manner, been working on a new web site that will be out soon, working on final approvals from MLB for site, forging ahead to develop more relationships for selling product, and, even though we don't know exactly what, you can be sure they are constantly in talks with other high-profile entities about licensing agreements.
No, you are right freeIHUB account USF11 -- they have been doing nothing for anyone, the lazy bums.
