A worker would have as much of a clue as you or me. It's all up to Seamus to find a partnership and the Government to assist with CMS
All we can do is wait until we hear something from the Company
Not sure why anyone would ridicule? Any actual shareholders here are sincere and obviously want to see some action from the Government and Company to find a way to get the gets these forever struggling, not so financially friendly (understatement) hospitals off the ground soon.
I do hope any upcoming moves in the next few weeks between the Government and Company can gives these extremely challenged hospitals a fighting chance going forward.
Thank you for the update.
Best of luck to you, your family and your community
No guarantees in life, but often the best opportunities in a market come when fear is at the highest level. As we both agree, something is about to give very soon.
I'd also say the fear mongering with posters creating multiple accounts and making a daily routine of provoking shareholders to coincide with the negative opinion is quite extreme as well.
Witnessing that nonsense alone makes me look forward to the coming weeks.
First, it wasn't a knock on the workers in anyway. Its the reality of healthcare in the area they live. Opportunities within the field are simply not there, nor are there many outside opportunities to do something else. It's called stating the obvious, really no need to twist it into something else.
Second, if the Company is a horrific as you and others come here to share daily for so long then why haven't these workers all left? You seem to imply with your post that they can or should? Care to explain or just wanted to sling mud?
And third, please try to make an effort to rebut with something of substance instead of using personal attacks. It's more then cool to disagree, but post the reasons why and your opinions on the companys issues without the baiting nonsense.
There is no need for this type of post in a healthy discussion
This is not a reasonable solution for anyone including the Senator.
You don't force the sale of the company trying to make things work where all others have failed
That process you speculate on would be lengthy, costly and the Senator doesn't have that kind of time nor did they stick their face Into this picture right now for that reason. That's not how politics work, moreso in a Presidential election year. They ain't got time for that chit
The residents and employees would lose further because of this process and likely lose long term as the bigger issue with these hospitals has never been Rennova
The Senator is here to look tough and show a big win for Trump with the recent Republican changes, cut the ribbon and move on
I'm pretty sure were about to see a win for everyone except those only wanting to see Rennova fail
Then slowly the cycle of false hopes and opportunistic politics starts over again.
This opportunity with Rennova is as good as it gets for any realistic, sustainable, opportunity for these hospitals anytime soon. Yet we see no shortage of political figures taking advantage of this current challenges by selling vulnerable residents of a false dream of a beautiful future outside Rennova.
More importantly, i dont see it falling apart here.
Rennova is in talks for a financial deal to stabilize matters, they also have a broader plan and clearly have a diverse product pipeline to integrate rural healthcare better then any other company once up and running, and we now have a pro rural health Senator is at the front doors of these hospitals. You really couldnt ask for a better opportunity to move forward then this.
But mudslingers need throw mud. Given the history, this may really be as good as it gets
I wonder what the pay period was for all the companies that folded on these hospitals before Rennova?
If Rennova pulls off a financial partnership, these workers who clearly have little other career options should be extremely thankful for this companys efforts.
The pressure is building towards a breaking point from all politically & financially...
Action time is inevitable now, somethings about to give
GL
Financial partnership.
Until then it's 0.0001 and slow paychecks
Would this addition have any ties with the trip to Africa?

George likely cursed any hope for a run next week
Pressure building :)
All I can guarantee is there won't be a drop to the downside
I see a bigger pattern in play that if true could be optimal to resolve to the upside around that area mid to late next week.
We'll see
As Seamus implied the past is the past. This company was moving forward with the plan no matter what speed bumps came along
Current shareholders will end up doing very well if the Co. finalizes a financing deal or merger shortly. Which may or may not have been part of the plan from day one. I have my own thoughts here, but whatever :)
Anyhow, now it's almost time to resolve all that accumulation that occurred during this past year of bad news. That is all that matters. Tick-tock.
GL
Shares maxed, Company in talks for a financing deal, no split approved and a pro rural health Senator at the table with markets about to explode higher
Looks better then ever to me.
Also my comment wasn't directed at you at all. You come off as a sincere shareholder
GL
Dumpers coming in for their last dance this weekend.
Have a great weekend all.
LOL. In his own special way, he is correct.
The data supports that by mid-March we will peak on the virus. Just like the common flu strains, and even just like the more severe viruses in the past like Sars.
And by next year we'll likely have vaccines.
Also rural Tennessee wouldn't be a hotbed for the Wuhan coronavirus anyway. Likely the last place to get hit if it spread
Seems they will gladly sell your shares before the others.
Kinda supports my theory those putting up big sell orders likely dont want to sell
For my own charting reasons, I have the 19th-20th also as important dates of interest. Which i've stuck my neck out a but in front of the dumpers over the past month. So nice to hear you see something there as well.
Always prepared to be humbled in the stock market, and if im wrong I know it wont be for long. But I do remain very interested with those dates from recent events and my charts.
GL
Exactly my thoughts
They know, no retail buyer is going to consider buying a fraction of what they put up right now and add more doubt
A bigger the amount grows the closer we inch closer to a real news event
Tick tock.
Enjoy the weekend all!
I dont believe the enlarged wall is retail. IMO its means its extra important to keep it from running right now.
If they are trying to tell retail to really back off right now its working
Tick Tock
I dont believe that's mostly retail whatsoever.
1. most know based on volume they'll never get out unless this runs
2. this was a 0.0001 stock or worse when they bought (most likely with an approved RS over their heads last year, and the hospitals in disarray.
3.what good is the sale at this point when tax write off season is 10 months away?
4.Those fear mongering retail the past few months likely dont actually own stock in the Company they hate as they claim. They are the ones who hate it the most and would have got out when there was volume month ago.
This was always a lotto for most retail down here
Another possibility:
We are maxed and this could be bigger holders putting up a very small percentage of their own shares to scare retail and suppress a run until they release significant news. It seems fishy all the sudden and we certainly dont have a RS proposed. Just my thought.
I really think we see are a few trading days away from a trend change
Enjoy the long weekend & GL
My crystal ball says it should run once you land a girlfriend
JK.
But in all seriousness go have some sexy fun this weekend to stay relaxed while we wait
The loss of JRMC guaranteed Rennovas trifecta will be top priorities
Previous leadership may be to blame to some extent, but i wouldnt paint them as negligent by any means. These rural hospitals are beyond challenging financially in general. Rural healthcare has had little meaningful support to level the playing field with urban units until the recent changes to CMS.
Rennova should not be taking this extreme full blame during the attempt to integrate their labs and software to provide greater efficiency. Im mean this is just to give these left for dead hospitals a fighting chance. If anything the locals should be cheering for them to succeed with this left for dead hospitals
Those pointing sole blame at Rennova for the hospitals still working to stay afloat all seem very suspicious in their own right
Pickey, is that all you read?
Even if you ignore the rest of the response which should the Company moving forward, Ill add context to your taking points
'mistakes were made in the past' -
You left out "That said, we cannot change the history and can only endeavor to finish up ongoing discussions that we believe will realize significant and adequate capital for Rennova in the near future."
So basically whatever happened in the past, happened. And they have continued to move forward to the goal.
'he didn’t know if they would make it or not and they were in talks trying to get funding'
That is basically a disclaimer with nothing signed, as he went on to say "...but we are in discussions with a number of parties and remain hopeful that we can successfully close an adequate funding arrangement in the near future to secure the future success of these hospitals."
Sure sounds promising, even moreso when your add the rest of what was written in response
They all have to be out campaigning for the fearless leader.
Holding rural areas is key to Republicans
All journalists twist for their political owners, sadly its the only way they stay employed these days.
It's all Political
The Republicans are likely about to take some optical wins on rural health shorty and the Left needs to make as much noise and produce as much negativity to counter it, as they have been doing for some time, knowing what was coming with the CMS changes and economic improvement. If these hospitals get off the ground, which i fully believe,i expect even more negative spin. Most local voters wont care if they have their forever troubled hospitals up and running
The good news for us is the campaigning Senator looking for immediate rural health wins has shown up to Rennovas doorstep during an election campaign. This is BIG
LA, my take is she is coming in for the ribbon cutting. Nothing more, nothing less.
The Feds likely bring the powers to grant expedited CMS approval for Rennova and in return the Senator gets her lovely face in pictures of the 3 hospitals after JRMC opens.
Economy strong like bull, Trump polling well, rural Tennessee votes her back in
Win-Win written all over this one.
The CMS changes already implemented by this admin should really help Rennova as well.
Almost ribbon cutting time..... Tickedy tock
Yes, but that doesn't mean they dont have some serious tricks on the horizon that will benefit the company.
If you look closer they have been taking the existing pool of funding and shifting the usage towards their rural base.
Look at the recent CMS changes that went in fiscal year 2020.
The shell game going on will be very helpful to this Company and I think were about to see that very soon
Abbas, don't ever take up a career in politics. Also its 9:30am its time to wake up from dreamland
Youll just get a canned poltical message from the office. I'm would expect something similar to this:
The Senator is still deeply concerned but appreciates the response and better understands some of the specific challenges at hand. The Senator looks forward to further engagement with the Company and Communities to ensure the success of healthcare for our rural hospitals and we can begin to put our great communities first again
I should open a poltical communication company lol
Inevitably i belive the Government already knew the situation at Rennova and will time their repsonse appropriately for maximum optical gain
Love the comments in the tweet. Pretty obvious Rennova is very important right now
.@ruralhealth awarded me with the National Rural Health Association Legislative Award for my dedication to rural health. My bipartisan Rural Health Agenda will expand rural health clinics & rural health departments, bring more doctors to rural areas, & jumpstart telemedicine. pic.twitter.com/aReDEv8qnK
— Sen. Marsha Blackburn (@MarshaBlackburn) February 12, 2020
As i said earlier I fully expect a win-win to come out of this back and forth with the Senator.
1. Seamus seems to want CMS for JRMC
2. Senator likely wants to look strong and show the rural base it is working to get hospitals open in an election year
I do believe having Rennova getting these hospitals all off the ground and being a face in a more positive situation is likely very important to this Senator right now.
Pretty much.
Seamus was directly hammering on CMS to the Senator. Im not sure how quick the Feds can help, but seemed obvious what the Company wants from this discussion
The wild card is how far are they along in their talks with other parties.
I still say by the end of next week we hear something significant.
What stuck out in the letter is the Company really emphasizing the importance of JRMC and that's likely where the Fed's can help regaining CMS.
Also it seems clear the Company is in talks with other parties and can't say anything right now.
*mentioned the past efforts to regain compliance
*mentioned the Co. intends to keep the other hospitals up and running
You mean always next week for that reverse split that never came?
I do expect we running near the end of next week. Thats been my call since the Senator spoke up.
Hit me up next Friday and tell me how well your facts are doing?
Seriously.
I think there is a very good chance your BK shtick is going to quickly dissapear.
