As Seamus implied the past is the past. This company was moving forward with the plan no matter what speed bumps came along

Current shareholders will end up doing very well if the Co. finalizes a financing deal or merger shortly. Which may or may not have been part of the plan from day one. I have my own thoughts here, but whatever :)

Anyhow, now it's almost time to resolve all that accumulation that occurred during this past year of bad news. That is all that matters. Tick-tock.
