FWIW: Found this just posted on another board on ihub.
Keating Investments, finally found it...they're the ones who initially had BHUB for merger with Aerogrow (thus the Florida name change) but it ended up having another stock I think cause the merger was rescinded....Aerogrow is now listed as one of their portfolio companies
Yes someone could own it now but that's the document that I stated had "InternetReit" on it............connection Bob Martin. Right?
If memory serves me correctly on one of the filing that was posted here "internetreit" is listed in a couple of places on the filing. Wish I had boardmarked the post but I didn't.
Oh shut up MMK
Oh pooh on your PMs!! Listen to those can tell you openly on this board for everyone to read. YOU ARE WANTED AND APPRECIATED!
(I admit I was scared of the stategy, but hey I've been in this stock almost a year what's another few years. :) )
TPL you did a comendable stategy. The greatest generals in the world have used unorthodox strageties. Some worked some didn't but it didn't change the fact that they are still in history as the greatest generals. Your work here has be an example to leadership and this board would not be the same if you were not here. Please reconsider and stay!
Kapone I have watched you here and another board and have great admiration and respect for your post and learned alot from them. Both of you had different approaches and that is what sometimes makes things work outside the box.
In your opposing views I learned more.
(Dang I broke my lurker silence again)
Correction - sorry it ran as high as .0015 6/05/06 not .015. Left out a zero. (so much for my proof reading skills)
Forgot the best part that makes the pot even SWEETER...MOASS!!!
FWIW: I've been a holder in BHUB since 6/05/06 run up. No I've never posted on this board (I'm just a lurker) I'm bringing this up because of the constant questioning of the O/S being in the billions when all DD shows millions. I believe the answers may lie in the stock charts of 6/05/06 if the stock chart techies here care to dissect it. On that day this stock moved very very fast so fast when it hit radars at .0005 within minutes you couldn't even get filled at .0009 even when the bid was .0006 and the ask .0007. And I should know I was right there trying finally moved my bid up (so I thought but accidentally put in a market order in a rush) and had to leave the office for a few hours when I returned it had reached a high of .015. (And this is from memory so I'm thinking this was all same day it was moving fast very fast that day and with billions of shares it would not have moved like a rocket in price).
So why did it fall? Quite simple no news no anything, some speculated accumulation was going on. In retrospect that was exactly what was happening since the 6/05/06 date fell between the 3/06 filing and 9/06 rescinded filing. There was no basis to give it legs to continue, flippers, profit takers and then panic selling ensured. And it fell to were it was until it awoke again. Since all stocks sooner or later cycle I held and researched shell companies and found uncovered gems to tuck away just like BHUB until there time to move.
I'm bringing this up because I think if you look at the chart that day volume versus price and perhaps approx. the share structure and then compared to current volume see the same approx. share structure. However, I am not a dissector of the charts and don't have that ability so perhaps those that do may be able to find the answer to once and for stop the constant "it's a billion share" comments and confirmed through another avenue the DD for the O/S.
Because I for one believe it's actually in the low millions and the MM's are just waiting for another 6/05/06 fall BUT this time is different it has legs, core support, and the rumor of a reverse merger AND that all adds up to a very sweet pot. imo
Any more news on the Mueller divies from last year? Sorry to ask but I just don't follow the board much anymore. I think my stock is better fertilizer for my flowers than money in my bank :( TIA
Thank you for your reply. I will continue my reseach as I have ample stock of the other company. Please let me know if you find any connection between the two.
Are you sure that the shell that was purchased wasn't BigHub.com, Inc.? Here's a link to the FL business entities showing BigHub name changed to this company:

Just looking for clarification between the 2 companies.
Hmmmmmmm looking Ken's details it says "Single". Wonder if his wife knows that.............lol
IPRE just plays with my emotions............lol
I believe that IPRE actually owns 58.65% of the SIIR movie.
Great post and response wweeaazz! I have watched the board and the debate between "for the company and against".....done my own dd, believed in what the company stated, etc. etc.
Now definetly after reading James immature response posted by Florida. I have to agree with Joro..the only way this company can move up is with intelligent competent management. So if James was smart (really questioning that ability) he would put a muzzle on his remarks. His responses only shows how unprofessional this company is being ran. I am in long on IPRE, were I once believed I can no longer. So why not sell? Well because it's my money that I'd lose, since I'm averaged in at .0022 and do not wish to average down any further...would be like throwing away money even more. imo
Can someone post the website where IPRE post there letters to shareholders again? I'd like to see if they posted it there since that's were they posted the first r/s.
The info is already being spread on other message boards....so the info of the r/s is out.
I noticed Cindy's email address listed in one of the post was cindy @ imperiaentertainment . com very good sign and brings IPRE's presense more openly to the mma fans there.
lowtrades.com is one of the penson financial group and they are not restricting trading on IPRE.
Hmmmmmmmm "Reorganization"? Do they think that the R/S is still on and don't want to over sell on your account pending the final change in your shares? What is really going on here....I just placed a bid through my Lowtrades account and it accepted it online without a problem.
Wow, you've been a loyal shareholder. Always sending pleasant emails to James, and always looking on the brighter side of the picture. Looks like you're seeing the company in a different light. Your frustration is really evident in your post. Has someone hacked into your computer and posted under your name (raised brow).hmmmmmmmmm
My opinion of what's really happening with IPRE, MUME, and whatever company they may or may not be is irrelevant........I just care about hoping to one day find my broker account at least to the break even point on IPRE so I can get out of James and Ken's hades.
Here is a link to free l2's. You may have to put symbol in more than once to get accurate numbers if the amounts look bogus. It is only as delayed as it takes for you to input the symbol and it to load page.

Yea, but he never told me how I could buy units. If I owned units you think he'd give me better answers to questions?....lol
The main thing I got from his response is that IPRE will never own the films only come up with the funds to pay for them and a % of the revenue (I hope anyway) while someone else will own them and reap the bigger benefits. So here comes "Never Submit, LLC" and "Brothers, LLC"
RESPONSE FROM JAMES - Well finally got a response to my email (I won't say an answer to it but a response.) No real answers to questions, but his email was extremely defensive (why take that tone unless you have something to hide from the questions asked)..........don't understand where his tone is coming from as my email was cordial and business related only (correct me if I'm wrong) Now I'm seriously considering cutting losses now. Down 65% already, but would rather be down 65% than 100%.
>>>Dear LB,
I am not going to get into the specifics of every single percentage.
Here is the bottom line:
-For every movie there is always a LLC created. This is for
accounting as well as security purposes. Each project is has a finite
time and hires many different people for a limited time. Most of the
people who work on the project are just for a limited time so it is a
complicated parole system. It would be legally and financially
irresponsible to not have a separate financial structure for each
project.
-We have made it clear many times that we found our projects through
sale of units of restricted convertible shares and a small percentage
of the movie. This is for the investors who FUND the movies that we
can all benefit from. The only reason we opened a REG D is because of
going over budget on SIIR. I also know that Ken himself even
contributed financially to that movie because it went over budget.
-So let me get this straight? Investors don't want us to sell shares
on the open market. They don't want us to sell restricted shares.
They don't want us to give away a percentage of the movie. They don't
want us to pay for anything with stock. They don't want us to take
out a loan that would require interest. So how exactly do they expect
us to fund our initial movies till we get a steady stream of income
from our projects?
-If investors think that it is so easy to raise money, why don't they
invest in our movies for restricted shares and a percentage? Anyone
who thinks that we are giving away too much is welcome to take
advantage of us and buy one of our units. Welcome to capitalism.
All the best,
James
Sorry I had a thought provoking moment there.........lol
Thanks unlucky for your indepth reply, I've posted an email that I sent James regarding my questions.
Since no one answer my questions, I've addressed them directly to James. I have pasted a copy of my email below and will post the response as soon as it's received.
>>>>Greetings James,
Some information has been brought to my attention that causes me great concern as a shareholder of Imperia Entertainment Inc. and raises red flags that I wish to address with you this evening. I have listed below my questions as outlined:
1. According to a filing 3/22/06 with the State of California the movie Say it in Russian is owned by Say it in Russian LLC (SIIR LLC) 100% and Imperia Entertainment, Inc. (IPRE) owns 58.50% of SIIR LLC. My questions concerning this issue is as follows:
a. Why was IPRE shares diluted to pay for the budget overrun on SIIR movie when it is owned by another company and IPRE only owns a % of that company and not actually the movie itself? Were the funds raised from the reg D used as contributed captial into SIIR LLC from IPRE? Filing on SIIR LLC 3/06 and Reg D closed 5/06.
b. Why didn't SIIR LLC raise the capital needed to pay for budget overruns itself, after all it owns 100% of SIIR?
c. On IPRE's financials for December 31, 2005 were there any expenses related to SIIR movie listed? If so, how are these/were accounted for? Set up as a receivable from SIIR LLC? Additional contributed capital into SIIR LLC (Investment on IPRE's financials)? Directly expensed on IPRE's financials? The expenses listed on the financial appeared to be from SIIR and since IPRE doesn't own the movie outright the classifications appear wrong by accounting standards as they are not true expenses of IPRE. Since you are using quickbooks as your accounting software these items are not easily identified on the financials, hence the need for the questions. Perhaps a more professional accounting package might be benefical in the future.
d. In the future will shareholders be privy to financial information regarding SIIR LLC, in regards to supporting the bottom line on IPRE's financials and/or any other companies IPRE owns a % in?
2. In regards to future films: Will IPRE own 100% of Never Submit and Brothers? Or will companies be set up in the future that will own 100% of the movie and IPRE only own a % of the companies? And will the same issues as listed in item 1 above apply?
3. Exactly, what are IPRE's holdings at present? 85-90% of Mueller Media and 58.5% of SIIR LLC, what else?
4. Is it managements position that IPRE be only a holding company for other companies, limited to owning %'s rather than product?
Informed investors make intelligent decisions based on fact over emotion, even in pinky land. Your prompt response is anticipated and greatly appreciated.
Sincerly,
LB
Before I ask my question please don't berate me for it or think I'm a basher. Long holder here avg in at .0022 :(
Here's my question: If SIIR LLC owns 100% of movie and IPRE owns 58.5% of SIIR LLC why did IPRE dilute to cover the overbudget condition of movie? I'm totally confused by this, shouldn't SIIR LLC have sold something of theirs to cover cost overrun? Or was it at the expense of IPRE shareholders? Just needing clarification on this to understand what happened. Thanks
Brought in at .0022
Has anyone tried to click on Imperia's website lately? I went to www.Imperiaentertainment.com to find the link to where they post investor updates, however the link takes you to the "All that you need" website and when you click on investors the next page displays "Catch you later" and that's it. Is anyone else having problems accessing the website? Thanks.
