PS...deals are structured with 20 year payout to SLMU
They collect revenue for 20 years on each contract (installation) put into place.
IT IS AN ANNUITY FOLKS...that just gets bigger and bigger with each contract.
That is what the company so far has failed to communicate clearly.
That is why it is attracting top notch management.
The problem is that investors dont see the big picture and that is not the fault of investors, but is the company's fault in communicating its Model and Business Plan.
The result...investor listen to shorts and take their eye off the ball and sell out.
What investors are missing with all these moving parts is the fundamental MODEL and reason why this company win on fundamentals (IMHO):
US and EU manufactures faulting...this is good news for SLMU...and or at worst it is "no news" to SLMU business model since they are NOT manufacturers of Solar Panels. They put projects together and reap 20 years of revenue from Electric Generation sold back to the Power Generating companies... Power Generators pay for the generation of electric power back to them (the Grid) from Solar Units generating power.
The problem with the European and American solar panel "Manufacturing" companies, was
1. The Manuafactuers lost their subsidies by the governments...kills cost effective sales.
2. The Consumer "end user" lost their subsidies for the PURCHASE of PANELS...killed sales
3. The Consumer also lost their FINANCING of the purchase with the great recession (banks cut off financing) ...killed sales
SLMU has solution to all.
1. Dont manufacture...arranges purchase from Chinese (or other Solar manufactures...desperate to sell their product)
2. Arrange Financing "Chinese" bank with over $20million line in place and just first allotment...with virtually unlimited to follow.
3. They don't do the Deal and deal doesnt get done unless "cash flow" positive. MAKING MONEY...FOR THE LONG HAUL.
Bottom Line:
1. Technology works and capital cost for installation is cost effective under SLMU plan
2. Electric that is generated (Sold to the Grid) pays for financing of capital expenditure (solar panels and installation which SLMU also makes money on.)
3. Project produces profit generally to be split between SLMU (90%) and Owner of property (10%)
4.Owner of property has "no risk", SLMU has "no risk" because doesnt get done without it being "Profitable"
BOTTOM BOTTOM LINE:
THIS IS AN "ELECTRIC GENERATING COMPANY" WITH ADDITIONAL PERKS!
Hope this clears it up.
Did someone on this Board believe it was "material" that an employee whose office "deals primarily with corporate relocations" had no knowledge of "SLMU solar deal"?)
Why would EXPECT an employee having nothing to do with facilities management of the Tennessee school district have knowledge.
What idiot would draw that conclusion and infer that?
Guys you have to get a little better at your bashing skills. LOL
Yes...he sold some shares BEFORE THE RUN-UP!...you find something nefarious with that?
Would be concerned if he sold at $1.00...
No games here. IMHO, certainly did not sell on inside info, or would have held.

$7 a share? "$500 million is the lowest I think Steve would accept IF and (AT THIS PRICE) this is a big blue sky, i
if the new Clipstream works as advertised.
You Tube is spending a billion a year transcoding 500 million (CLIPSTREAM) is a steal!
I think Google, MSFT ADBE or Apple would pay that price in New York minute.
I noticed almost all stock traded was off the asking price Friday. SMELLS LIKE A BUYOUT!
Only the people involved in the testing know for sure how it works. Patent approval would be huge. All blue sky now. Keep watching the tape we need to see the buying keep coming at the asking price and the volume to start increasing. $7 is only 1,000% Not at all unheard of in a takeover of a small company.

APPLE TV to beat GOOG TV to the punch? ...acquisition of DSNY (Clipstream Technology) would leave GOOG in the dust!
NEW APPLE TV Report out...IMHO...APPLE will be compelled to buy DSNY's "Clipstream Technology" before GOOG TV grabs it.
ON COMPETITION with DSNY "CLIPSTREAM:
ALL competition and technology is still a "player" that sits on the device. Clipstream is playerless. The video is played on the Net not thru the Net
..big difference.
Companies have the technology to Stream Video directly from the web site, they aren't competitors they are future licencees and potential royalties. As long as this patent is approved Destiny will make money from any company that wants to play in this area!

DUDE...has nothing to do with rigged anything. If rumors are correct and U of Miami screwed up test and hid it, and now has to start over, this is what happens to stock. Nothing to do with efficacy of test, drug or company.
Add no press releases from company or hospital and you have void for all false rumors...like yours or that test failed...all false statements.
If true, material and company would be legally obligated to announce. As per Steven Byle, Director.
thankfully he and his ideas are long gone.
two completely different actions.
"Discussions" is "Sign non-disclosure agreement and we will give you info we have." Then "here is what we have, look at it and if you have any questions we will answer them". "ok we will let you know if we have interest." (they can have discussions with multiple parties, and probably already have over 6 months, none of which resulted in a negotiated deal imho.)
"Negotiation" is "we are interested, this is what we are willing to give what are you willing to take and by the way whatever we offer you is subject to "due diligence", which means for any reason during due diligence period we can withdraw our offer." (Suitor gets all money back, if deposit made). (party will negotiate only if they get grace period and block at all others during period of negotiation, no one is going to put $ and effort in without it.)
Huge difference legally, it has a specific legal reference to action taken or not taken, and that did not escape SEC attorney approving Press Release. IMHO.
So where was the "smoke and mirrors" before? Mikey said ...no actual contracts, SLMU produced contracts, then Mikey said... no revenue, then SLMU posted revenue....
Now this...what more do you want? The CEO's first child? STFU with the nonsense!
The steady and long revenue stream this company is building up is going to blow away the shorts....great business model...steady flow....like an annuity.
Buyers coming in last two days... for launch or takeover?

Mr. Lauria:
I apologize to you for any confusion on your part, and can tell you that there is no intention to deceive anyone. We are under contractual restrictions on which points during the trial with U Miami on UMK-121 that we can announce. The last announcement about screening was a true statement, but there was a disagreement on whether we could release this information.
What I can tell you is that we have a signed contract with U MIami to conduct the trial, we paid our portion of the cost, and all the rest is up to U Miami to perform. Proteonomix has not failed to supply drugs or in failed in any other way under this contract of which I am aware.
To the best of our knowledge things are proceeding with the trial and we have no information to contradict that fact. We have made a direct information request to U Miami to get a status update which we might announce, and we have a scheduled meeting in the next days.
If there were any negative information, it would be our duty to the shareholders to announce it. We have no such negative news.

Agree with Celtic...very disappointing "News"
As stated elsewhere by another poster:
"One final "nail in the coffin" to the "Awesome News" ....
the company says it is "facilitating meetings and DISCUSSIONS with interested parties."
DISCUSSIONS NOT "NEGOTIATIONS"!
Nothing has changed in 6 months...still no one seriously interested in property...and so why hasn't anyone asked WHY nobody is banging down the door for this "Billions of Dollars" mining property?
IMHO see more dilution before the end of month to pay for $400,000 due, with 3 more payments every 90 days (in the sum of $400k each time)...convertible at ???? .10? .08? .06? or in desperation .01?
see ya this time next year at .06!"
YOU THINK!....what have they been doing for 6 months? Cant make a deal???? If not by now when if at all??? WTF is the problem with the property?
No ...here is some DUE DILIGENCE:

perhaps long overdue ANNOUNCEMENT COMING??????????????
yes...it was a 250k buy at .17 on the ask....leaving a 5k order at the bid of. .17
Interesting...would like to know what he/she knows....or think the know!
$1.6 MILLION total in 4 equal payments every 90 days. Meantime where's the suitor/jv partner everyone waiting for?
4 payment of $400k, every 90 days commencing end of April...some big investor will have to come up with it to protect their interest. More dilution
cant hurt but doesn't do anything according to my broker "Thinkorswim" ... rationale is that they have three days to cover it sold GTC and can get elsewhere from pool of stock they have.
only way to do it is to put in name at brokerage...get the cert.
Nice thought anyway.
Mr. SHORT MARKET MAKER is like MR. LOBSTER. Mr. Lobster jumped into a cold pot of water, thinking "Well this is niiiicccceeee., a "Piece of Cake"! (or minnow)"
" I will do very well here" he mused.
The only problem was that Mr. Investor was out of site of Mr. Lobster and ever so slightly, kept turning up the temperature knob...adding 5 cents to the dial one day, then 3 cents the next day etc, etc, until when all those little additions added up to a big addition of degrees (.40 cents) and Mr. Lobster suddenly realized: "Holy S*H*I*T...I am freak'in BOILING IN HERE!". 'I am FXXXed!".
Then as he tries to exit Mr. MM comes down on him with a $200m contract "POT TOP" to secure him in the pot of boiling water forever.
And everyone thereafter (except for Mr. Lobster) delighting themselves in the sun, munching on Lobster sandwiches, having Lobster bisque, haveing big fat and juicy broiled lobste claw meat....there was so much Lobster to go around, everyone (at the expense (and I mean expense) of Mr.Lobster) that everyone lived happily ever after.
Moral of the story...
For Mr. Investor: Believe that this company SLMU, will build revenue and that if you dont try to get a few pennies back now, but let the temperature build...you will be rewarded with big Lobster bucks in the very near future. One day you will wake up and Mr. Lobster will have exploded...Freakin lobster brains all over the kitchen, walls, ceilings floor, windows...and you will be catching $100 bills coming down all over the place.
For Mr. Lobster: Be careful Mr Lobster, you might get what you asked for....but the outcome will not be what you bargained for.
Bottom line, IHMO you are on the right side of the trade...hold and enjoy the ride...MR LOBSTER will soon be pulling with and for you!!!!!!!!! But it might cost him his job!
"COMPLETED AND BOOKED" JOBS with REVENUE received found on the SUNLOGICPOWERFUND.COM web site:
So all the non-sense by SHORTS that this company has no revenue and just "projections" total fabrication and lie.
here is what I found:

New Video Format will Stream from a Web Server to Computers and Smart Phones Without Transcoding
VANCOUVER, Feb. 27, 2012 /CNW/ - Destiny Media Technologies (TSXV: DSY.V - News) (OTCQX: DSNY.OB - News) is pleased to provide an update on development of its second generation playerless streaming video solution, which will eliminate the need for publishers to maintain separate streaming hardware and various video formats to reach their audience.
Destiny has developed a single video file format that acts like any other web object, streaming directly from a web server and rendering directly by the browser without a player plug-in. The technology is working well across a wide number of computers and smart phones, including Mac, Windows, Android, iPhone, iPad, Blackberry and any other recent device that is standards compliant. Video playback is at twenty-four frames per second and at similar quality to competing offerings. The company is currently building out the prototype solution into a mass-market product. A soft launch of the commercial product for sale to select early customers is expected by April.
Unlike Destiny's cross platform file format, which streams natively to a wide range of devices directly from the web server, other solutions require video files to be transcoded into a variety of formats and require different streaming servers to host each version of the video. When a visitor reaches the site, the web server must detect the type of smart phone or operating system, then direct them to the corresponding streaming server and the corresponding file. These streaming servers are often outsourced off site to third party providers at great cost. Each of those servers needs to be maintained, licenses have to be purchased and patent fees have to be paid. Although the process is seamless to the site visitor, behind the scenes, the digital alchemy is expected to cost the industry up to $1.6 billion annually by 2014 according to a 2007 report by Frost and Sullivan.
Popular video players such as Windows Media Player, Quicktime and Flash are implemented in different versions for each operating system and in the case of mobile, can require that they are explicitly supported ahead of time by the device. In a heartfelt letter posted to Apple's website in April 2010 (http://www.apple.com/hotnews/thoughts-on-flash/), Steve Jobs, the founder of Apple, explained why he will not allow the most popular video format, Flash, on iPhones and iPads. In November 2011, Adobe announced that Flash was completely abandoning mobile http://www.wired.com/gadgetlab/2011/11/adobe-kills-mobile-flash/
The industry attempted to standardize on a common format as part of the new HTML 5 browser standard, but their negotiations were unsuccessful and the standardization never came. The most likely candidate for a video standard, H.264 is subject to patent disputes. On February 22, 2012, Microsoft Deputy General Counsel accused Google of trying to kill video on the web by holding back proprietary patents.
http://blogs.technet.com/b/microsoft_on_the_issues/archive/2012/02/22/google-please-don-t-kill-video-on-the-web.aspx
The industry is in a complete state of flux, as content owners search for a cross platform standard that is safe and secure and protects their intellectual property, while reaching the widest possible audience. On February 23, the Register noted that the standards body is exploring DRM solutions that a Google employee called unethical. http://www.theregister.co.uk/2012/02/23/microsoft_google_netflix_html5_drm_infection/ The reason that the industry is pursuing such complicated, invasive solutions is that currently, streaming is treated as a non standard appendage to the elegant, standards based HTML web format and because it is on the outside of the content owner's web server, it is difficult to control and protect. DRM is much less intrusive and more effective when the video file is located on the publisher's own web server in a single format.
Demos are still not publicly available, but can be arranged privately on site at Destiny's offices by request.

WILL THERE BE RACE TO BUY DSNY....AAPL or GOOG??? A Game Changer
AHEAD OF THE CURVE...AAPL of APPLE's eye???? DSNY?
IS APPLE WATCHING?????
LAUNCHING APRIL! …. “CLIPSTREAM” by DNSY.OTC:BB
The Significance of Destiny Media (DSNY) “Clipstream” to APPL and multi-device suppliers
ELIMINATES MEDIA PLAYERS…….
Clipstream converts any video (before it gets published on the Net) so ANY device plays it WITHOUT a media player. It eliminates media players and the endless updates/hijacks that come with them.
PLAYING VIDEO ON THE NET ….NOT ON YOUR DEVICE……
The playing of the video is done ON the Net, not on or thru your device.
ELIMNATES APP FOR FLASH ON APPLE…..
Ok so Apple has an app that converts Flash on Apple products...Clipstream eliminates that need.
ELIMINATES OPERATING SYSTEM…..
The big picture is so much more than playing a video on an Apple product. Clipstream would allow ANY content producer to produce just one copy, and it could be played on any device, with any operating system.
Between production, transcoding, storage and bandwidth costs (not to mention inconvenience)
ELIMINATES DUPLICATING CONTENT FOR MULTIPLE FORMATS and DIFFERENT DEVICES….
it will be the video format. As an example, youtube, netflix etc... have to store video in every format for every device, so they need an AVI version, a MP4 version, a FLASH version etc... and then send to your device (ios, android, window, mac, linux, etc....) whichever format your device can play. This process is very expensive and time consuming. Clipstream can literally save billions of dollars.
CONTENT SECURTIY TRACKING WATERMARK……
The ultimate solution for content providers… Clipstream will incorporate watermarking technology in every video. In a nutshell, you buy a movie off itunes, its yours, and because its in clipstream you can watch it on any device you want (something you can't do now) but your unique identifier is watermarked into the file. Should your copy end up on limewire, the pirate bay or some other file sharing site they know exactly who to come after.
The next big thing is video…….if the market decides on Clipstream as the standard, DSNY shareholders could be very well rewarded...ADD DSNY's digital rights (which could be incorporated in every video).
YOU HAVE A COMPLETE SOLUTION THAT VERY BIG PLAYERS LIKE WOULD LOVE TO OWN…….. including APPLE, as well as Flash players AND transcoding players too.
Clipstream is VERY disruptive to current device suppliers in the stream.
If my business would be eliminated with Clipstream, I would start analyzing how much biz I lose versus how much it would cost to buy this. Then I would want the technology so every one in my space has to pay me for a license.
The idea that one of the top selling devices (iPhones/iPads) cant play the most common form of media is ridiculous. I understand why they don’t.
APPLE BIG ENOUGH TO FORCE THE NEW STANDARD!
BUT, they (Apple) are too big to NOT force a standard like Clipstream. They are getting big enough to create THE NEW STANDARD>” Clipstream” by DSNY.
GOOGLE can't ignor, APPLE will not ignor DSNY and its "CLIPSTREAM"

RACE TO BUY DSNY....AAPL or GOOG???
They are getting big enough to create THE NEW STANDARD>” Clipstream” by DSNY.
spoken as a true Allie of the Short Market Makers, at lease it will keep them a little cleaner...and in check. Then the fun really begins with buyers in the asian markets etc.
that is "AAPL" not APPL...(excuse typo)
