3 or 4 good market days and NSPH will be knocking on 2.00
It might be that someone did make a feeble effort to start a panic. It was a curious thing to see a bid of .05 this morning and was even "curiouser" to see that the bid was accepted shortly after the opening bell. My thoughts are that we might be closer to a settlement than any of us now realize.
Hang tough tradersrule!
Waiting for El Banco to shoot to the stars just might not be a bad thing for a couple of reasons. First of all, it will give many of us time to add to our holding at some very reasonable prices. And secondly, many of you out there are probably like me and will sell immediately once El Banco blows to the moon and that will subjugate us to some very high taxes. If, on the other hand, we sell after the stock has been held for over a year our taxes will be no more than 15% saving many of us thousands. Sure, we would all love to see a massive jump next week but I think a good argument can be made for letting the law suit go on a little while longer.
I didn't miss it by much. Probably will hit 1.75 next week.
One more day closer to a huge pay day.
We might not get to 1.75 level today but I wouldn't be put in shock to see it happen this week. In fact, I might be put into shock if NSPH doesn't make it to at least 1.70 before the closing bell this coming Friday.
Thank you Mesa and all for the facts you have presented over the last several weeks as well as your insight. Because of the legal happenings over the last few days, I think we can all see the light at the end of the tunnel. I now believe those that hold will be rewarded for their patience in a year of maybe less and not two or more years as I previously thought. I am now very much in the buying mode and plan to scrape up what shares I can when the weak of heart are shaken from the old El Banco tree.
I think NSPH will be on the hunt for the $4.00 to $5.00 range next year. The massive insider buying that has taken place should be evidence of that.
Thank you for the information Deadmau5. It should go a long way toward stiffening some spines that were beginning to soften. Those who have sold will now surely reconsider and those who are holding will probably hold a little tighter. I wouldn't be surprized to see El Banco make it to the 15 to 25 cent range over the next few weeks even without anything more coming from the courts. Yes we who hold can still lose but I believe the day is coming when many will be visiting schools of higher learning checking to see if they offer courses in patience 101.
$2.25 before Christmas, probably more. A nice gift for us all.
We are all a day closer to a massive settlement. I can see a beautiful off shore fishing boat in my future.
We are all a little bit closer to a massive pay day! Patience will be the key to whether you participate in this bonanza or sit on the sidelines while the rest of us celebrate.
Unfortunately, I think you just might be right about the time this will take. There are a couple of positives if this happens though. First of all, we will all get the chance to add a few more shares to our holding at a very nice price. Secondly,by dragging this thing on for as long as they can, the gov bureaudips are piling on injury and hopefully this will translate into a higher price per share when a settlement is finally reached.
You got it tradeawait. Loser buys the Hen's Tooth. My favorite ale.
It appears that a few more weak hearted souls have been shaken from the old El Banco tree. This presents an opportunity for the rest of us to add more shares at a very low price and this I am all for! I now can envision a 30 foot off shore fishing boat instead of the 28 footer I had dreamed of for quite some time. Fish are definately in my future.
Good morning all. We are all an inch closer to a settlement between El Banco and the Gov and when that happens, Mesa can get the missionary he wants, the rest of you can get what you want, and I can get the off shore fishing boat I want and will then challenge Moby Dick to a man to big fish duel. I think I'm just the one who can handle that over grown sardine on steroids.
OK Chaarles, let's get real. I agree with you 100% that the El Banco case could drag on for 2 years or maybe even longer. There certainly is precedent for that. Now let's get "realer". Even after 2 years or maybe even sooner, we could all find that our rears have been "cold busted" and we are not even left with a cent. I don't think that will happen though and regardless of whether sooner or later, I think you, me, and everyone else that has a little bit of patience is going to step away from this deal a huge winner. When it comes to virtues, no one has ever accused me of being loaded down with many but I do have one and that one is patience. I am ready to wait for as long as it takes.
Considering the small number of shares sold yesterday, most of the "scared money" must already be cut loose and is now hiding in the tall weeds. What few weak hearted souls that still remain just might give the rest of us a chance to pick up a few more shares at bargain basement prices.
Patience is a virtue and for those who have it, El Banco, UWBK for mesa, will turn into the goose that lays many golden eggs. Probably won't happen this year, hopefully I am dead wrong, but it will happen and I believe sometimes into within the first 3 months of next year. The beureaucratic bombers from the gov will do all they can to keep their butts covered for as long as they can but will eventually be pulled into a settlement kicking and screaming every inch of the way. Those who have patience will be rewarded and in a big way. Those without patience will fatten the wallets of those who do.
Yes, El Banco could pop up any minute or day now but my guess is 3 to 6 months. Those who are now covering their posteriors are going to want to keep it covered for as long as possible. With any luck, we will all have a "fat" Christmas but I think more realistcally that we will have to wait until sometime in 2012. The wait will prove well worth it and those with patience will be rewarded with what will probably be the best play of the year. The rock bottom minimum will be at least 3.00 per share in my humble opinion.
I have a friend in DC, an ex para legal, checking on uwba vs. "The Gov." for me. Hopefully, I will have whatever she digs up soon, 7 days or less, and will be glad to share it.
My opinion now is uwba will win but it might take a while longer before any settlement is reached. Any large government agency is backed up by huge legal muscle and they will use all of it to put off their day of reckoning. Their butts are on the line for a multi million dollar screw up and it appears they will waste millions in tax dollars to put off that day for as long as possible.
