Smart people don't not show up for court and be so blatant that a bench warrant gets issued for their arrest.
That means that a judge has signed an order for your arrest. That means that when and if that bench warrant was issued, Fast Eddie may be held if found until he subjects himself to personal examination.

I would also make certain that the authorities have every statement from Ed's supporters that says I'm accumulating because to say you're buying when you're not to entice an innocent person to buy is a problem if there is a pattern of doing the same thing over and over.

That's what I've been telling people for months. It's coming and MyECheck's creditors are coming based on court filings. Since I've been right, I will also tell you that more lawsuits are coming.

A federal judge ruled in a court case that didn't even name MyECheck and Greenpay as a party and therefore I thought everything was cool.
According to the office of David Morris, they have a call into Fast Eddie and apparently the call has not been returned.
The law firm that represented Fast Eddie Starrs in the recent Nevada and California transactions is below. I just got off a long call with the office and it seems like others have called too. I also just sent them an email. I am also sending a registered letter. I would really encourage others to do the same.

The public company paid for the real estate.
The Wyoming LLC which the public company owns owned the real estate.
The CEO transferred out the asset into his own name without even paying close to fair consideration.

I would suggest that we now move on to wingman Bruce Smith who was the most professional CFO in 2014.
I don't need to. I have seen the documents where Ed opens the bank accounts for Greenpay and signs as a corporate officer and makes a $5,000 deposit into the Greenpay account from his own account and then signs a licensing agreement a few weeks later with Greenpay which is the company that he opened.
Once again, never reported by the most professional auditors which would have been close to impossible not to catch.

I would add that I would circle today and place next to that circle the day that the MyECheck Real Estate Portfolio was proved and the Day that a creditor filed lis pendens docs that were approved by a court in Nevada with the recorders office in Douglas County on MyECheck real estate properties. Under that circle, you can place a down arrow and that will also prove you can't chart penny stocks.

The only advice I would give is to Fast Eddie.
Do not make any additional public statements regarding the real estate. It is just my opinion.
In terms of the day, this is the day that I have been proven right regarding the real estate portfolio.

I have implicitly asked this guy. I sent him a message a few weeks ago and I told him that he should sell the real estate properties which are in the company's name and pay off the creditors and settle with me.
The company would have still had over $1,000,000 in the bank. Now they will be left with nothing.
Transferring the properties into his own name or a trust owned by Ed should not be allowed by any legitimate shareholder.

Yes, but TCA has a lawyer and the Nevada courts and the Nevada Court have ruled granting a lis pendens multiple times on the Nevada properties owned by Greenpay LLC.

I am not kidding myself and a little MyECheck Fact Check.
A lis pendens is not granted by a court unless you show overwhelming evidence. Yes, I have been right all along. And yes, there is real estate here which MyECheck owns!!!!! Right here in good old Douglas County Nevada.
The Nevada courts granted that to TCA. Nevada Courts are the most protective of corporations out of any state in the United States. It is a technique used by real estate attorneys so that someone can not sell an asset. There is no lender that will ever loan on a property that has a lis pendens filed. You can move it if there is a judgment against you or you know you're about to get sued but it is called fraudulent conveyance and any transfer will be reversed by the court. The court would have never issued a lis pendens unless they were shown overwhelming evidence. That is a fact.
The filings that I posted from the Nevada court demonstrate that the public company owns those properties.
Let's see how this plays out. Take a guess how it plays out.

I don't think there is a warrant for Fast Eddie. I'm very fair and impartial.
You should call Fast Eddie and ask him why he decided to purchase the real estate. It really isn't my fault, its Fast Eddies.
