Thank you for the update Velvet. em
Hiya Brent...
I just put in an order to buy 50k more CDCH at the .048 ask. There were 2 MMs at .048...until I placed my order. Then one went away and one filled me for 20k then put me on the bid with the rest. Doesn't look like there's a lot of shares out there and the MM's appear to be playing some games. Go figure!
Have a great weekend to you and the whole gang.
Rich
Thanks very much for the heads up. em
MWM... He brings a large crowd which I suspect will do some reading as they are playing. I believe that any attention is ultimately going to be good attention here, since the facts about any stock are what moves it higher and keeps it going that way.
BTW, I've had you marked for some time now. Very much appreciate your posts.
Rich
I might be kicking myself for a long time having missed the pullback in oil futures. I had a trendline drawn on the charts that told me to buy the bounce at 121.62 yesterday morning and I missed it. The low yesterday was 121.60, which means I would have basically hit the bottom with two or three contracts. At $300 per dollar increase in barrel price, I'd be over $7500 profit in a 24hr period.
Oh well... on the the next play!
Imo it depends on whether you're a trader or a long. If you want to see a nice % gain and take profits over two or three days then welcome the pump. Otherwise, if his pump is successful, you'll get a couple days of excitement from a quick rise but then inevitably deal with the emotions that tend to result from seeing a dramatic drop once the pump is over and the traders take their profits.
Overall though, this stock seems very solid and any short term P&D events should likely just look like a bump in the road as time moves on and as long as the company performs.
Thanks for sharing that. It confirms what I've heard from others who have spoken with Sam. I have heard in the past that he would only do an R/S after the company had publicized some progress and gotten the share price up considerably from here, although he could always change his mind.
Yes, that is true. I don't know if SPRL hired pumpers for the purpose of selling shares but I doubt it. It is also possible that Sam instructed whomever he has selling the shares to do so only when certain criteria, be it volume, price or any number of things, exist.
6 MM's on the bid now?
The cause for the run was the P & Der's that showed up here. They were easy to spot.
They made me wait all night eat, but they gave em to me as the first trade of the day.
That's 16.8M added to the OS. Hopefully they have the cash they need to move forward and let the price move up again.
VERT now top bid at .08.
I would have thought the stock would open with a .0056 bid based upon the split. Was just about to ask if anyone tried to sell but there goes a .05 sell for 37.5k shares. Now the ask is .25. Crazy stuff!
That's what I'm seeing...and a .75 Ask em
RE: CDIV (old CDIN): I've got 2 @ .05 bid x 1 @ .75!!
Well as of 6:18 PST I'm seeing a bid of .05 and an ask of .75 on CDIV. If even this bid holds then congrats to those who held!
Nice pick up Brent. Pretty decent support at .006 if someone should feel so inclined to oblige you down there.
Whomever was kind enough to sell me the 47k shares at .05, would you mind throwing in another 3k at that price just to top off my order by the EOD? Much appreciated!
I didn't catch that here Brent. I saw it later on the ADCS board. That's what I get for trying to sort through the clutter! lol
No harm done Brent. I'll make it back and more somewhere else.
Thank you.
Rich
Sheff...
I guess you can't expect them all to be winners. I very much appreciate the time & effort you put into sharing your DD. I'm not writing CDIN off completely yet. I'm curious to see what the purpose is for this r/s, but until that becomes clear I'll watch from the sidelines.
Thanks and take care.
Rich
Brent,
Sold my ADCS "lotto ticket". Did not expect this much of a dump, but then found out how much more dilution is coming that probably hasn't hit the market yet. Looks like .0001 soon.
Had a GTC order for 1000 @ 2.35 fill about 10 minutes ago. Looking to add on dips.
Thanks to all for the generous DD offered here.
Rich
No problem Brent. It could have been much worse for me. I'm just glad I've learned to have some patience and follow stop losses, no matter what, with pinks.
I'm not really good with posting my buys and sells which is why I don't do it often, but when I do I'll try to keep on top of them. Sometimes I'm in and out of a trade faster than I can post about it...which was practically the case with CDIN today. I was really looking at CDIN as a long term hold. Obviously I think I'll wait to see how things play out now.
And yes, you're right... there is always another opportunity out there. I've been spending more time recently outside of the pink/bb's for some other trades. The plus is that you're much less likely to get stuck with a major loss. The downside is that you're not likely to make life changing profits, but even $200 a day can bring in 40k or better a year.
As I'm writing this I just had a buy order fill for 1000 shares of AYSI at 2.35. This is my first position and one I'm looking long term at. There's a good Ihub board with all the DD one could ask for on it in case anyone is interested.
Rich
Take care.
Faithless...
LOL! Regarding my alias: I used to post on Ragingbull with an alias I no longer remember, but it had my name in it, "Rich". Something happened on RB and I couldn't post so they told me to make a new alias, so I came back with "Richagain". I chose to use the same alias here on Ihub when I made an account here just so people could know that it was the same person posting. I haven't been to RB in some time now though and would love to have a different alias, but it's no big deal in the grand scheme of things.
Take care.
Rich
Yes Brent. I sold my starter position upon reading the news. Bought at .0015 and sold at .0008, but only 100k shares so I'll survive.
Rich
Faithless...
Most often in the world of pinksheet stocks a r/s is considered a kiss of death. This is because typically what happens is that the company will consolidate the share structure for the purpose of diluting into it. CDIN hasn't been diluting, as far as I have seen, and with the low share structure it already has this is certainly an unusual situation...which is why it has me wondering if maybe there isn't some other reason for the r/s. I honestly don't know though and sold the 100k I bought at .0015 earlier at .0008. I'm just happy I didn't buy more shares earlier as I'm sure some here have done and are now feeling the pain.
Such is life in the pinkies most of the time.
Take care.
Sheff, Re CDIN...
That is pretty ridiculous to r/s with such a low structure. Do you think that maybe there is something "interesting" going on in regards to the company's "situation"? Perhaps some kind of merger in the works? I'm just wondering if maybe there is more than meets the eye here, but have absolutely no reason to suspect such.
BTW, my timing is impeccable as I bought just before this news was put out on the boards.
Rich
CDIN is apparently changing symbol tomorrow to CDIV as well.

Heads up on CDIN Brent...
Just read on the board there that the company intends to do a r/s 8:1. Gonna make it a very low float. I'm wondering if there is some kind of merger that could occur here as I don't understand why a 200M AS would need a r/s. Just thinking out loud and have no idea.
Rich
Doesn't look too swell does it? I didn't buy a whole lot, so no biggy if it doesn't give me another nice trade.
Looks like someone's trying to give us some more bargain prices in CDCH and MDMN lately. I've really appreciated their generosity...and will continue to.
In case you or anyone is interested, I picked up some of Sheff's CDIN today at .0015 and MNAP at 1.17. Just started buying and will add the dips.
Take care.
Rich
Thanks Brent. I bought half a million at .0007 for a "lottery ticket". Might double up when the bottom looks more solid.
Rich
Nice post Brent and congrats on becoming an assistant. Having known you from Ihub for some time now I feel confident in writing that I think you're a perfect fit for this forum. Lots of integrity running the show here.
Rich
Welcome back Aggie em
Thank you. em
Thanks for the .052's. Still need 30k more to get filled though.
I highly recommend listening to the following...

If not the whole thing, specifically Part II of the third hour on naked shorting.
Take care.
Rich
Howdy gents...
I took the last ride from .0009 to .0018. Will look to re-enter Monday. Didn't have the cash to play today. Also picked up 50k more FRGY @ .011. I've got a .02 avg on that one now but have a loss from stopping out on the dump yesterday.
Have a great weekend.
Rich
I guess you could say that the stock practically turns on a dime.
Blockman... you really shouldn't be throwing so much money around in these pinks!
