BBC...Back into BBC today. Here's why...
Management stated in their 2006 guidance that they expect to double their sales this year while targeting net margin of approx 30%. That would put them at $62M for the year w/ earnings of approx $18.5.
$18.5 = approx $1.00 eps.
They stated they have no plans to dilute the existing share count of 18.2M (fully diluted) and that they're capable of sustaining rapid growth into 2006 and 2007.
The clincher is that Bodisen's two new manufactuing plants come on line later this year and they believe that 2007 sales could double compared to 2006!! That would equal approx $124M in revs w/ an eps of approx $2 for 2007!
They pay no taxes until 2008!
Not bad for a $14.50 stock with this kind of growth. This is definitely a L/T hold so I'll accumulate on dips. (Gotta start looking more at long term stocks or taxes are going to eat me alive.)
KSWW...What if KSWW does what IPII did after it hits the AMEX?? Woulldn't that be nice!! I can see institutions taking an interest in this company, and w/ the low float, maybe she'll double from here by the end of the year.
We'll see what happens.
KSWW, (wadegarret)...I picked up some shares on the open after seeing today's news posted on this board. Looks good long term and I'll hold to see what the AMEX listing will do to the share price. I like the low share count.
PNS...This could be a 3G sleeper. Last month they announced a three year contract w/ Dilithium Networks to provide design, manufacturing, global deployment and lifecycle management for Dilithium's rapidly growing line of industry-leading 3G wireless platforms...
http://www.dilithiumnetworks.com/
Today they announced the hiring of George Mehok who was previously the Executive Director of Strategic Development with Verizon Wireless....
"George Mehok comes to us from Verizon Wireless where he led the information technology integration and deployment required for new products, including 3G broadband services, wireless application downloads, multimedia services like video, gaming and music, and wireless e-mail. These efforts contributed to increasing data revenue from $150 million to over $1 billion in the last five years."
Been accumlating in the $3's and now it's $4. (Was hoping it would drop).
3G's the place to be!!
Only 6.2M shares outstanding.
We'll see what happens.
RVSN...Another 3G stock to watch as it seems poised for good L/T growth...

Most economists and scientists agree that Hydrogen will progressively replace Oil in the economy of the future: unfortunately, it currently costs around $7.00 to produce the Hydrogen equivalent to one gallon of gasoline.
However, it appears that the only technology currently capable of making Hydrogen production competitive with the cost of today's Oil is the use of Bacteria feeding on waste Biomass and Heat and NNLX is the leader in this field. Its first Hydrogen Bioreactor Facility at Welch's already produces a Biogas that is some 80% Hydrogen, the rest being CO2, which is easly removed. The bacterial reaction is self propagating, as the number of Bacterias doubles every 24 minutes. Apparently, in the field of inexpensive Hydrogen production, NNLX is the only company with a commercially available product, ready to accept purchase orders as early as June 2006...
1) Patents: Out of a total of 11 Patents in existence worldwide covering the production of Hydrogen using the Clostridia bacteria, NNLX owns 5 and has another 22 provisional Patents filed covering unique system know-how and features...
2) There are already a number of major players interested, such as BP and Northern Power...

T-BAY Holdings, Inc. Completes Acquisition
SALT LAKE CITY, Sept 09, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- T-BAY Holdings, Inc. (TBYH) is pleased to announce that it has completed a merger by reverse acquisition with Wise Target International Limited and Amber Link International Limited, which altogether hold 95% shareholding in Shanghai Sunplus Communication Technology Co., LTD., ("Sunplus") a leading telecommunication devices design company specializing in products in the cellular phone, MP3 players, PDA's and other hand-held electronic products. In the year ended March 31, 2005, Sunplus earned $33.86 million in revenue with $5.98 million in net income.
Mr. Xiaofeng Li, Chief Executive Officer of Sunplus stated, "This merger is a significant step by Sunplus to move the Company into the international marketplace by taking on the responsibilities of a U.S. public company. It is also a beginning for Sunplus with the goal of moving to the American Stock Exchange or NASDAQ as soon as it is appropriate."
Mr. Tianpei Li, former President of T-BAY Holdings, Inc., noted, "We have been looking for the right partner for T-BAY with the revenues, income, business acumen and experience to maximize the opportunity for T-BAY shareholders. We feel that Sunplus is exactly the right partner. As a design company, Sunplus' products in 2004/2005 sold for more than a quarter of a billion dollars in the fastest growing market in the world. We expect them to continue this phenomenal growth into the future."
Mr. Xiaofeng Li added that "the Company anticipates steady growth in the mobile phone market of China. Based on government and industry statistics, the number of mobile phone users has increased to 368 million by end of July, 2005, and expected a growth of more than 50 million users a year -- approximately half of them from domestic brand names. We have strong technical capability to offer high-end sophisticated products and have acute market sense to help our clients satisfy their customers' needs. These have been vindicated by our strong growth and excellent profit margins."
TBYH, (SKILLZ1)...I'm in for more on the drop. It looks like TBYH earned a min of $0.30 per share for y/e. I think there'll be a lot more growth going forward for Sunplus. When China issues its first 3G license, which will be later this year, I'm hoping TBYH gets a lot more attention along w/ a lot more orders.
$2.37 looks cheap IMO. If it goes lower, I'll grab more. Hope I'm right. Time will tell.
Waiting on the AMEX.

TGB...Taseko to Re-Start SX-EW Plant at Gibraltar
Thursday April 13, 8:00 am ET
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(MARKET WIRE)--Apr 13, 2006 -- Taseko Mines Limited (Vancouver:TKO.V - News)(AMEX:TGB - News) announces that it will begin immediate refurbishment of the solvent extraction and electrowinning (SX-EW) plant at its Gibraltar mine, located near the City of Williams Lake, British Columbia. The anticipated capital cost of rehabilitation of the SX-EW plant is $3 million, with the plant expected to be operational by the fall of 2006.
Gibraltar's SX-EW plant is capable of producing up to 7 million lbs of LME Grade Cathode Copper per year. During its 12 year operation between 1986 and being put on standby in 1998, the plant produced 85 million lbs of Cathode Copper at a cost of approximately US$0.75 per pound.
Over the last fifteen months since the Gibraltar mine re-opened, oxidized copper ore has been removed and stockpiled, while sulphide mineralization has been treated through conventional processes in the mine concentrator. Mining in the Pollyanna Pit has now progressed to the point where sufficient oxidized copper ore is available for placement on the leach pads which can now support continual operation of the SX-EW plant.
Gibraltar has 16.5 million tons of proven and probable oxide reserves in the Pollyanna and Connector Pits grading 0.148% Acid Soluble Cu at a 0.10% cut-off at $1.10 US/lb, as described in the March 2005 technical report by J. Hendry, P.Eng., and S. Wallis, P.Geo., of Roscoe Postle Associates Inc. These reserves contain approximately 23 million lbs of recoverable copper.
In addition to the above stated oxide reserves, a new oxide zone was discovered when the mine was on care and maintenance in 2003. Significant drilling has been completed in this area. Further geological work and engineering will be undertaken between now and the summer of 2006 with plans to develop access and infrastructure to support mining of this new oxide zone, in conjunction with the oxide ore coming from the Pollyanna and Connector Pits.

TBYH...AMEX listing anticipated later this year!!!! This stock won't be at $2.60 on the AMEX. With 30-35 new products expected in the coming year and the expansion into Latin America and Eastern Europe, growth will definitely be there.
Also, the 8 to 10% growth is for its core business with its current customers only! Additional growth will come from new geographic regions, new products and potential acquisitions.
It's time to start adding to my position.
TBYH, (SSKILLZ1)...I caught about 5 minutes of the call. They said that they're projecting $9M - 11M in profits for y/e 2005. That's right about where they said it would be. Where did you hear they will lose money?
The only other thing I caught was that there's about 30M outstanding w/ approx 5M in the float.

Additionally, the Company paid $234,700 in March of 2006, which pays the lease amounts in full through the end of 2006.
EXCLUDING the mine project, ARSD still earned $0.43 a share last year from continued operations! (Excluding one time gains from the sale of Coin). They had record revenues in Q4 for the year (and that's w/o Coin) and IMO the net income was partially affected by Hurricane Rita...

NanoLogix "has filed a provisional patent application for its proprietary method of synergistically combining a bacteria-based hydrogen production method with excess industrial heat. The excess heat utilized by this method helps isolate hydrogen producing bacteria in the bacteria-based hydrogen production method. The bacterial hydrogen production process uses excess heat that is produced during standard usage of hydrogen production method, thereby reducing the cost of the hydrogen production by running two methods simultaneously and conserving energy.
NanoLogix recently announced that preliminary data and results of a study which confirms laboratory proof-of-concept measurements have shown it possible to generate hydrogen in high yields via the use and adaptation of its intellectual property. In this study, the bioreactor produced biogas consisting of 50% hydrogen by volume, without any trace of methane.
"NanoLogix intends to dominate the patent coverage for a variety of disruptive technologies at a time when the energy and healthcare industries are screaming for change," said David McClelland, President of NanoLogix. "We are seeing confirmation of this by the caliber of companies we are in discussions with who have expressed interest in our technology, in addition to significant progress we are making in our research collaborations," he added.
Recently, NanoLogix, Inc. signed a feasibility study with the Department of Environmental Science and Engineering of Gannon University in Erie, PA to develop a bioreactor which utilizes NanoLogix's patented bacterial culturing methods in order to produce hydrogen inexpensively. Hydrogen reacts with oxygen to yield significant amounts of energy, and has the added benefit of not producing carbon dioxide as a by-product (the reaction between hydrogen and oxygen simply generates water vapor). NanoLogix believes they have discovered the most likely method for low cost production of massive quantities of hydrogen as an alternate energy source. NanoLogix has ascertained through its patent counsel that there are eleven relevant U.S. patents concerning the database containing the terms "Clostridia" and "Hydrogen Production." NanoLogix presently owns five of these eleven issued patents."

http://www.nanotechwire.com/news.asp?nid=1987&ntid=117&pg=2
NanoLogix can produce hydrogen in HIGH YEILDS, @ LOW COSTS, WITHOUT traces of methane or carbon dioxide!! That's their claim. They have the Gannon University study to back it.
Now for the big test. Welch's! It may take a week, month, or months to get the results from these tests, but if Welch's proves what NanoLogix claims, there's no telling where the stock price could end up. Today's market cap of $12.5M seems awful low based on this type of technology.
Today's Hydrogen Production...
"Almost all of the 40 million tons of hydrogen used worldwide today comes from natural gas though a process called reforming. Natural gas is made to react with steam, producing hydrogen and carbon dioxide."
"This is the cheapest way to make hydrogen today and is likely the way we will make hydrogen for fuel cell vehicles in the near future. Hydrogen also can be made from coal in a similar process where the coal is reacted with steam. Either way, though, the process releases carbon dioxide, a gas tied to global warming."
All just my opinion, but one thing's for sure, Welch's results will definitely impact this stock. I'm holding.
TBYH...Here's another thought...Would TBYH be holding a second luncheon in Boston the day after the cc if there wasn't something relevant to discuss?
We'll find out tuesday afternoon.
TBYH...Is a trailing PE of 10 too high to give a company that's expanding in the 3G sector?
10 x $0.35 = $3.50.
What would be a fair PE going forward?
This was also in the 10Q...
"For the three months ended December 31, 2005, our client base doubled and Sunplus intends to bring more clients in the foreseeable future."
I'm going to spin the wheel and hold all my shares into next tuesday's cc. We'll see what happens...
"The Company will discuss the growth strategies for the coming year, which are expected to lead to record revenues and earnings. These strategies will include major partnerships, expansion of facility, and expansion of geographic regions where the company does business."

NanoLogix Scales Up its Hydrogen Bio-Reactor
14 July 2005
NanoLogix, formerly InfecTech has signed an agreement to generate hydrogen from a scaled-up bio-reactor system using waste organic matter from a winery as feedstock for hydrogen-producing bacteria.
There are two basic approaches to the microbial production of hydrogen: fermentative and photosynthetic. Clostridia species, methanogens and archeabacteria are known fermentative producers of hydrogen, while purple sulfur bacteria and green algae are examples of photosynthetic producers.
There are a number of requirements to be met for such a bioconversion process to be commercially viable. One is to keep the bacterial culture healthy and thriving. Another is to increase the stability of the process and the conversion yield to the point of commercial utility.
NanoLogix, originally founded in 1989 for the development of diagnostic kits for infectious diseases, is diversifying into technologies for the biological production of alternative sources of fuel and the remediation of toxic materials. It uses its patented bacterial culturing methods with Clostridia for the hydrogen production.
In a natural fermentative process, some of the hydrogen produced by Clostridia would be used (inter-species transfer) by methane-producing bacteria (methanogens) in the inoculum. Reducing or eliminating the methanogens is one approach to increasing the ultimate yield of hydrogen.
Researchers have found that heat treatment is one of the effective techniques for accomplishing that.
A Clostridium bacterium will form a bacterial spore in the presence of heat, and survive. The methanogens are non-spore-forming; the heat kills them. The application of the heat process thus effectively selects for the Clostridia population and so for production of hydrogen while eliminating the competing process of methanogenesis.
NanoLogix’ process is based on combining the bacterial production of hydrogen with excess industrial heat.
NanoLogix recently announced that preliminary data and results of a study which confirms laboratory proof-of-concept measurements have shown it possible to generate hydrogen in high yields via the use and adaptation of its intellectual property. In this study, the bioreactor produced biogas consisting of 50% hydrogen by volume, without any trace of met

FTK...Flotek Industries, Inc. Announces Closing of Artificial Lift Acquisition
Wednesday April 5, 6:00 am ET
HOUSTON, TX--(MARKET WIRE)--Apr 5, 2006 -- Flotek Industries, Inc. (AMEX:FTK - News) closed the previously announced acquisition of Total Well Solutions, LLC ("TWS") for approximately $4.8 million in cash. The Company purchased the tangible assets of TWS and licensed the rights to exercise the exclusive worldwide rights to a patented gas separator used in coal bed methane production. The product inventory, valued at approximately $1.6 million and not included in the original purchase offer of $3.2 million per the letter of intent signed on February 16, 2006, was acquired by Flotek. Flotek will pay a royalty on all sales based on the licensed gas separator technology.
TWS markets and services electric submersible pumps and downhole gas/water separators primarily to coal bed methane gas producers in the Powder River Basin. It is our expectation that the TWS patented gas separator combined with other Flotek artificial lift technologies will enable coal bed methane producers to realize substantially higher gas production rates and lower operating costs by capturing in-solution gas otherwise lost with water production and increasing pump performance and life.
Flotek manufactures and markets innovative specialty chemicals, downhole drilling and production equipment, and manages automated bulk material handling, loading and blending facilities. It serves major and independent companies in the domestic and international oilfield service industry. For additional information, please visit Flotek's web site at http://www.flotekind.com.

NCNC...This site shows Quilite as a pre-qualified noise barrier system, but it doesn't say anything about Quilite being approved for highway use. It also shows Quilites competitors. There's a person to contact at the bottom of the page for additional info. Maybe someone can contact him and get back to the board on what he thinks about Quilite....
http://www.dot.ca.gov/hq/esc/approved_products_list/NoiseBarrier.htm
NCNC,...Had a chance to see Quilite first hand at the Arovista skateboarding park located in Brea California. (To see a picture of the sound barrier wall, click on this link and scroll down to the middle of the page...
http://www.landscapeonline.com/research/article/6493 )
Quilite looks like a thin translucent plastic material inserted into a metal frame w/ a hollow center. The Quilite looked good from the distance but up close you could see there were some pieces broken out of the structure. (didn't know it was breakable). I don't know if there's a simple repair process for this, but it looked like a whole section would have to come out to replace one plastic piece.
I didn't really notice much difference between Quilite and a cement wall when it came to sound resistance, but there was no cement wall there to compare it to.
All in all, I think there's a market for Quilite, but as for how big of a market, I wish I knew. The web site listed above said the construction of the sound wall was expensive. This is a link to a CalTrans project from Feb '05 where Quilite was not used because it was not approved for highway use. (See page 35)...

I like NCNC's eps projections vs share price, so I'm going to hold my shares for now. One question that's going through my mind, and maybe someone can answer, is do the eps projections in the March 30 PR include the private placement shares that will be used for the acquisition of Quilite? Based solely on the share count as of Nov 9, 2005, of 10.1M shares outstanding, NCNC would have to come in w/ approx a 25% net profit margin to hit the projections. And that's w/o including PP shares. Am I figuring this right?
If anyone else has seen the product, can you please post your thoughts.
We'll see what happens.
NCNC, (Bobwins)...Had a chance to see Quilite first hand. Still hold some shares in the company, but also have some ??
Will be away for a while but will post later.
Has anyone else seen the actual product?
TBYH, Re: Conference Call and Luncheons...
"The Company will discuss the growth strategies for the coming year, which are expected to lead to record revenues and earnings. These strategies will include major partnerships, expansion of facility, and expansion of geographic regions where the company does business."
I don't think TBYH (Sunplus) would be holding a cc and TWO luncheons (one in N.Y. & one in Boston) if they didn't have some type of relevant news for investors. They attended CeBIT last month and I'm going to say they made some good contacts and hopefully signed some good deals.
With earnings of $0.08 in Q2 and $0.16 in Q3, TBYH looks udervalued, especially with the emergence of 3G.
Holding, Waiting, and Accumulating!
CRWTF...Only five months after the signing of a major procurement OEM agreement with a leading group, Crow Technologies 1977 Ltd. (“Crow”), is proud to announce today that its wholly owned subsidiary (Crow Electronic Engineering Ltd.) has entered into a key Original Design, Manufacture and Supply Agreement for its products with another prominent and leading international group.
The agreement is for an initial term of one year, automatically renewable for further periods of one year each. Although the agreement does not expressly contain any commitment to purchase or binding purchase orders (except that in each rolling forecast, the first 2 months of such rolling forecast are firm and committed orders), Crow anticipates significant annual sales volume under the agreement in the current and the coming years.

HRBN...The have 0 L/T debt with current liabilities of only $192k. International sales have just begun..."We experienced our first contributions from new international relationships toward the end of the year."
They won't pay taxes for at least two more quarters and as of March 29 they have 16.6M shares outstanding. (Approx 1.6M shares were issued through a direct placement equity fundraising for expansion.)
For Q1, I believe they will show almost $1M in profits from just the sale of their Bodisen stock and it looks like they're working on orders from two U.S. companies...
