ARSD, Re: Al Masane Project..."The Company, in accordance with the most recent agreement with the Ministry, paid $266,000 of the back payments on January 3, 2005, and the remaining $320,000 on December 27, 2005. Additionally, the Company paid $234,700 in March of 2006, which pays the lease amounts in full through the end of 2006.

EXCLUDING the mine project, ARSD still earned $0.43 a share last year from continued operations! (Excluding one time gains from the sale of Coin). They had record revenues in Q4 for the year (and that's w/o Coin) and IMO the net income was partially affected by Hurricane Rita...

"South Hampton Refining Company located in Silsbee, in Southeast Texas, sustained minor damage due to Hurricane Rita. It is expected that when power goes back on, which is estimated to be within the next two to three weeks, the plant will again go on line and full output will be gradually restored."

Q1 results are due out in a month.
