Priscilla Lynn
Vice President, Corporate Communications
Priscilla serves as the VP of Corporate Communications. She oversees Public, Community, and Shareholder Relations.
Priscilla’s background spans two decades operating her public relations and marketing consulting firm throughout the USA and US Virgin Islands. Key corporate clients have included Carnival Cruise Lines, Divi Resort & Casino, Exxon Corporation, Ford Motor Company, Genworth Financial Corporation, Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, Sears, Sprint International, the St. Croix (USVI) Retail and Restaurant Association, and The Discover Card division of Discover Bank.
Her expertise is gleaned from services throughout the last 20 years provided to myriad businesses and associations in the public, private, and tourism section. Priscilla was past host/producer of a weekly live call-in talk radio program and a cable TV program, both focused on business.
Priscilla was also instrumental in the successful launch of several innovative projects. In the USA: Snapple and The Discover Card; and in the U.S. Virgin Islands: a Royal Caribbean and Carnival Cruise Lines join venture; the first private ATM company; the equal access program for Sprint International; the first USVI Casino for Divi Resorts, and a competitive Yellow Pages Directory for ITT World Directories, Inc.
Shawn Andreas
Vice President, Marketing
Shawn serves as the VP of Marketing. He leads the company’s overall strategic marketing positioning and brand strategy.
Shawn’s experience across all facets of sales and marketing translates into a results-driven sales strategist with a 15+ year record of achievement and success driving multimillion-dollar revenue growth while providing visionary sales leadership in highly competitive markets. He specializes in brand awareness, corporate partnership programs, networking, and has an extensive background in student marketing. He has held numerous leadership positions throughout his career, where he devised and drove the marketing strategies behind several successful new categories, product launches, as well as brand and product loyalty programs.
Prior to joining the company, Shawn served several fortune 500 companies such as Dell, Apple, and GM, in various marketing, inside sales, and project management/marketing strategy coordinator capacities.
Shawn grew up on the West Coast, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing/Finance from the University of Washington, Seattle, WA and an MBA in Marketing from Seattle Pacific University, Seattle, WA.

“Cari” has worked with Guard Dog ID since its inception. As the Company has grown, her role has expanded to VP of Client Relations and Membership Retention.
Cari is a bilingual (English/Spanish) and experienced manager with extensive knowledge in the banking and finance industry. Prior to joining the company, she served in key senior management roles focusing on client relations, customer service, quality and compliance
