Is this dog ever going to amount to anything?
I just got in! I hope this pans out! I love the potential here! Is there a Pink Sheet company that has this much upside?
News Update on Cyberkey!
Fingers has been fired as the mascot! He has been replaced by our buddy Jim Plant! The stripes suit him best!
I have not bought yet, but I have been watching this company for months now! I have been burned once by a Small Cap company, so I am reluctant to get in again, but this company sure looks interesting! The growth potential makes it look as if it's a can't miss investment, but then again, nothing in life is can't miss! I am waiting on some funds to transfer to my account before I decide to buy, but at the current price, it sure looks like a bargain. Anyone care to offer me their opinion?
Thanks Sandvet!
Also, thank you for serving our country!
Is Dilution occuring?
I spent some time researching your past posts and sure enough, you had Plant pegged pretty early! Wish I had read more carefully!
Question!
In order to put together a class action suit, what must we do? Would a lawyer consider taking this case?
I am sure Plant is broke, but there were others in his organization that we might be able to go after. I think Heaton would be a good start!
Just wanted to lighten the mood!
Question!
Do we have a legitimate right to go after any officers? It appears Tom Heaton has some dough! Heaton's past includes a successful business venture called Gan Telecard. He apparently sold out, but according to this article below, this company was successful! What do we have to do to get a class action suit together?
http://www.amxinc.com/pdfs/articles/dnews_article_100.PDF
I say let's forget about hoping this thing turns around! Instead let's sue anyone who had anything to do with this scam!
Big Apple
Motion Inside the Company
Plant
Heaton
Krautheim
Someone in this group has tangible assets that can be attached! I say we sue for restitution plus damages! Many like myself lost significant investment cash that could have been used for other investments! I would love to recoup my loss plus an additional 10 grande for pain and suffering!
Many used this message board for the purpose of pumping this stock! Perhaps we, the duped investors can use it to help get ourselves organized! Let's not assume that we can get something back!
Excuse me! Heaton was the COO! Still, how could he have been so clueless as to not know the government contract was a phony?
Check this post out on Youtube! The civil suit needs to involve Heaton. In his role as CFO, he was negligent! Perhaps we can get something from him!
Now I know what Jim has been working on for the last year! He was creating a new device called the MyCellKey! I am sure he won't have a problem getting a patent since he successfully has the patent on MyCrapKey, MyRipOffKey, MyConArtistKey, MyScamKey, and MyBSKey!
The most recent device that is sure to fly off the shelf is the MyIMustBeAnIdiotKey! I heard that he has a government contract in the works! With all the idiots in the government right now, I am sure this contract will be worth millions!
Of course, perhaps his cell will be as secure as the Keepsafe! All he'll need to escape is a hammer!
Why so much volume?
Is the company still operating? Has anyone tried to call that number to see if anyone answers?
I hope so! I have always liked Amelot. People are critical of Aziz because of the last failed business plan, but he was making positive steps with the biodiesal, but things just didn't work out. I am glad Abe Lincoln didn't give up every time he failed at something!
Let's hope for the best!
Any chance of seeing this thing move up again?
I find it hard to believe that the CFO didn't know the revenues were never received!
Thanks! You know what they say about a fool and his money?
Fortunately I will survive this one!
Apparently Plant and company dumped their own shares and pocketed the cash!
Question!
How can I avoid this kind of loss in the future?
Never in my mind did I think that someone would falsify a government contract!
Is the best course of action to avoid Pink Sheets altogether?
What have they been doing for the past year?
Living off stockholders' investments, maybe?
You seemed to know from the very beginning how this would end up! I guess we should have known since you knew him personally!
It's sad that so many of us lost money!
Knowles has been noticably quiet for the last few days! I guess his theories have been shot out of the water.
In hindsight (which is 20/20), it is so obvious that this company was a sham! In watching the interviews that Plant conducted, they were filled with nothing more than a bunch of dribble! When listening to him talk, it is so obvious now that he was a con man. The only reason I held on was because of the government contract!
I hope everyone associated with the scandal goes down also!
Why wait this long to plead guilty? What's his game? He must be totally out of his mind!
Plant in his statement to the investigators claimed a company named Leading Points handled the DHS Contract. Later, he supposedly changed his story and said the company name was Kikomac.

Most of you have read this I'm sure!
Leading Points and/or Kikomac were supposedly the companies that were involved in the DHS contract!
Kevin Sullivan's name showed up on some message boards and this ad for Etour Celebrity Golf Tournament. I was wondering if he was ever a company executive for Cyberkey?

Are Leading Points and Kikomac real companies?
Also, who is Kevin Sullivan?
$20 Million? Based on the fact that the government contract was a phony, I am surprised the company was worth more than $20!
Money down the toilet!
Was this PR that was released in November of 2006 a lie also?

This stock sux!
What does this mean?
True! But, Plant even went so far as to attempt to bring national attention to his company via advertisements!
Why would he put himself under a microscope and purposely bring attention to himself and his company? Some might speculate that he was selling stock! I would agree with that theory except for the fact that there are plenty of ways to pump a stock without bringing public and to some extent national attention to yourself!
Again, I have no clue! At this point, I am not even counting on this company rebounding. I do enjoy the dialogue and the speculation that goes on in this forum as the trial date gets closer.
Most people believe Plant is guilty. I am leaning toward that conclusion myself. But it is fun to dream up conspiracy theories. I have some of my own, but I don't choose to share those.
Maybe I will write a book and call it The Cyber Brief!
Issuing a couple of press releases doesn't compare with a company that issued dozens of press releases and interviewed with numerous PR firms. He also released those share holder update videos.
He put himself and his company out there for public consumption! That's why I find it hard to believe that he knowingly and willingly perpetuated this scam. If he did, he's a bigger fool than I am, which is saying a lot considering I lost thousands of dollars on this stock!
Have you spoken to Heaton? What's he doing these days?
Just curious!
Does anyone have an idea how this company manages to keep its door open? With no revunue coming in, how can they even pay the utility bills?
Any idea if they are even working?
I don't know whether he's guilty or innocent! It looks bad to me but then again, I am nothing more than a novice investor who got hoodwinked into buying this stock because Plant claimed to have a government contract which we know is better than gold!
Little did I or any other investor know that the contract was a phony! I am sure that many investors including me felt like an idiot when the news came out that the contract was a phony! But then again, only an idiot would tell a lie of this magnitude! How could Plant even conceive of being able to pull this scam off? I always thought the unaudited financials looked sketchy, but I held on because I couldn't conceive of anyone in his right mind publicizing a phony contract with the government! Everything looked pretty good!
That's the only reason why I still have a little hesitation in assuming his guilt. I know CEOs lie, but to claim a contract with DHS sounds suicidal!
I am miffed at the SEC for not disclosing publicly that they had contacted Cyberkey in 2006 and asked them to remove their claim of a contract to the Dept. of Homeland Security! If I had known that the press releases were inaccurate, I would have either sold what I had or at the very least not bought any more. The SEC contacted Cyberkey in Nov. 2006 and many including myself bought shares after that!
Why didn't the SEC suspend trading in November?
