was it a drive by pumper?
I always miss all the good stuff.
8K out today from AEXP, proxy should be out soon.

Will today make 5 straight trading days? With this kind of activity, it makes one wonder who is buying and WHY would they?
Hello, Ore. Good to see you in a positive reference. I agree, SIRI is headed in the right direction.
welcome, seeker. Would you mind expanding on what you mean by "it looks good"? maybe some of the old hands here can help understand this stock a bit better.
Timing just wasn't right, right?
That or they (Raj, Joe, et al) were too busy, otherwise, at the time.

We all need to keep checking in occasionally. I do not want anyone else to throw away their money on this "company".
First quarter '10 volume may have come from short sales:

Just not enough volume or price to be worth while, now.
Burgers AND fries.
Hello, everyone. Nothing new here, just don't want board shut down for lack of activity.
Add four zeroes to the end of that number (2040000) and that is, MHO, somebody clearing the books and taking several years worth of tax loss.
What we have is a true representation of what this company is now really worth. Two million forty thousand shares are really worth $26.52, that sums it up.
I agree with you, OM. I don't know why any one would buy. It does not make sense.
Foxwoods, think you are right. I think our friends will pop up again. Old habits die hard.
and if they wait a couple months they can write off the 99% of their "investment" for a tax loss. Man, I wish I had those kinds of problems.
whoever bought 2000 shares today, please, tell me: why did you put $460+ into this stock?
yes, bill. we all know the current price of the stock (yawn). we also know the history of the stock (ouch).
i confess to copying your earlier post and changing the word "DOWN" to the word "UP". so, your post plus my post equals exactly what this stock has done for weeks, now.
carry on, bill, carry on.
UP more than FIVE percent again today!
Seems everyday this is hat is seen!
uunphf, I'm impressed. Someone just threw $1000 down a rathole.
what a grand gesture
Last hurrah for Raj and Joe. Remember, some broker got their cut first. Big spender at BK!
Why would he do that? He is doing just fine under the one he has.
That is a good question. Assuming they did secure financing to allow starting up a manufacturing facility, then what? Would they secure additional funding to hire staff and meet payroll for the initial startup time?
Oh, the heck with it, it will never happen, anyway. IMHO, of course. They can't even pay the rent on current office space.
First, they must announce the ground breaking or door opening of the manufacturing facilities
Don't hold your breath.
Very good find, mbaa. Raj must have defined a "hot key" in his word processing software for the phrase "Currently in default".
There is just no pleasing some people.
If one of us "in the choir" simply states an opinion, like "this company is a scam" and doesn't support it with factual evidence then we are "not telling the whole story" and providing "slanted" or "biased" information.
BUT if one of us states our opinion and backs it up with factual statements, such as news release by company (those are factual, aren't they?) then we are preaching unnecessarily and "no one needs to hear" the factual statements.
oh, oh, oh, I get it, you do like this stock and its management but you don't like facts.
To onemaninnj, please, continue your efforts. Someone should present factual explanations of past actions of NAGP and its management.
We don't need to worry our heads over CBM test drills, they let the permit lapse, remember?
Rhubarb, very well put. This company and its principles have "screwed the pooch", this time. For all their "big" plans, they may actually have to find jobs or change their names, again. All, imho, of course.
I am a little fuzzy on how 1:10000 reverse split built stock holder value. Could you explain how that works?
He can recycle thru the list just like NAGP has done with their "business plan", change the sequence a bit and there you go brand new plan.
Credit line theory illustrated by using an analogy.
Let's say I place a call to my bank and I tell them I would like to establish a line of credit of $500,000. the bank tells me to come on in and we'll discuss the LOC.
I then get on my computer and type in an email to blast out to everyone that I am currently in discussion with bank for a line of credit worth $500,000 and I'm planning on using it to by a new BMW and a fast boat and a great vacation and some really cool real estate and and they are all invited.
all my email contacts smile and think how well I am doing but the thing is, I never follow thru and go to the bank. then if I never answer emails or phone calls, I don't have to tell them anything to the contrary.
Now, if I can figure a way to get them to send me money without answering any of their question ....
Those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it. Actually, mbaa's post goes to several points of interest in the company's history.
Big company plans do not generate big company results (or even little company results).
The numbers, for the company, just don't add up.
Statements by the company should be taken with a cask of salt.
Need I go on?
Thank you, onemaninnj, for taking on the moderator job.
It is all super secret, hush-hush, cause they don't want stock holders geting all up the everyones business. (secret hand shake, wink wink, gimme tha sign)
Well said, indeed. That is the best positive post I have seen on this board in the last few months.
Aww, Shining_Star, we're not in everyone's business. We all are or were owners of stock in this company who were screwed royally by management with a 10,000 to 1 reverse stock split. Our concerns are with this company and the possibility of management repeating past actions.
As to paying attention to the news this year, let's just look at the sticky note news from May. What has the company done with their exclusive right to manufacture, market, etc these wind turbines other tan saying they are ready to anser the phone if Mayor Bloomberg should happen to call?
Note to onemaninnj: you are making your request way too difficult, instead of five reasons, cut the pro company person some slack. Just make it name one good reason to invest in Native.
Every one has an opinion and you are welcome to yours. At least, my opinion does have some evidentiary standing. I'll refer you to the quote, below, from a company press release. Can you back up your opinion of the company with any equivalents?
Excerpt from NAGP press release:
FOREST HILLS, NY--(Marketwire - 03/10/10) - Native American Energy Group, Inc. (Pinksheets:NAGP - News) ("NAEG" or the "Company") announced today its execution of a credit agreement with a private finance group which provides an initial credit line of up to USD$500,000 to the Company. The credit line commitment has been secured by 250,000 restricted common shares of the Company.
The proceeds from the credit line will be used to:
1. Complete the Company's 2-year financial statement audits in accordance with PCAOB standards. (Completion is expected by April 30, 2010.)2. File a Registration Statement with SEC (form-10 or S-1).3. Provide general working capital.
Yes, salaries, maybe. Probably paid for "expenses" for travel, meals, etc. when they were "developing" their big ideas.
Wasn't there a trip to China a few years back? Certainly paid for many trips to Montana, Wyoming and, let's not forget, Alaska.
IMHO, squandered resources.
Have a happy and safe 4th, also. I'll be watching fireworks with children and grandchildren.
NEVER see audited financials from NAGP or NVMG or NAEG or whatever the next incarnation may be called, imho, because that would be pulling the curtain aside to expose the full extent of, what I consider, to be the fraud perpetrated by the principals.
Now, would any one like to know how I really feel? (Rhetorical, we all already know.)
I would like to borrow your glasses, yeah, the rose colored ones.
dug up 3/10/10 press release. Wonder what happened to the April 30 expectation? My guess is they could not find "further financing arrangements the Company intends to close in connection with the development of its energy projects" since their energy projects seem to be non-existant, shut down or tied-up in lawsuits. I look forward, with great anticipation, the next PR. It should be good for a laugh if nothing else.

The Company expects that borrowings under the line of credit will be repaid primarily with proceeds from further financing arrangements the Company intends to close in connection with the development of its energy projects. Under the agreement, advances to NAEG are subject to the final approval of the lender and accrue interest at the rate of 10% per annum
IMO, they never tapped it. That LOC was to be used to pay for audited financials (so said Raj/Joe) which have not appeared. But, if they did use it, I'm sure that will be another lawsuit at another time.
hi, Bill. Not in Columbus now but used to be. Is Georgia Crown still the "big dog" in that area?
thanks, legalbeagle. seems to be "on topic" and pertinent information.
It is amazing that Raj and Joe fought with Fowler for control of this and then let it slip away. We know for a fact the permit has expired.
In all the DD that has been done, did anyone find contact information for Fowler. I would love to hear his side of this saga.
