Please don't jump to conclusions, but I can't find ETNL on SEC site. I always saved it in my favorites for filings. Now, it says "no matching ticker symbol". Never had a problem with it before. Hopefully just a bug.

If you search "Eternal Image" the filings show up just fine, but nothing on ETNL ticker

I seriously appreciate the communication (bulletin) from EI.

OS increases are killing the stock, no matter the reasons for them. 400+ to 600+ is a helluva increase over time. Q2 was 6% (37M), give or take.

I was mistaken in thinking 2008 was the year to restruct and amend their business plan.

We need the transition to growth in a bad way. Q2 vs. Q1 didn't show it, maybe Q3 will.

Keep the lines of communication open, but also address your stock through ways they should be well aware of at this point.

It's great the expenses for uplist to OTCBB are behind EI. The stabilization should allow EI to PR at will everything that has been in the pipeline awaiting such stabilization, as stated previously by EI.

Big drop in sales though Bee. I would have liked Q2 better if they were better/similar to Q1.

How can "one time repayment of debt" be classified as a "J" code on Propravsky's Form 4, then classified as a "G" code on Mytych's?

It's a serious question. "G" code, the best I know, is for "bona fide gift" only. How in the heck can debt repayment be classified as a gift?

I'm not sure VLC products were readily available before license expiration. I remember some mention ( not EI) about size (?) and quality issues.

Only info, that I found concerning VLC, came from the 10K filed on 6/10. (page 7) I brought it up then. I don't recall any mention of VLC license lapse from EI before filing of 10K, but there might have been. Same with Remeire.

To date, we have licensing agreements with Precious Moments, Inc., Major League Baseball, the American Kennel Club, the Cat Fanciers Association, Star Trek, and Collegiate Licensing Company. These license agreements expire between 2009 and 2010, and the fees range from 8% to 11% of product sales. Our license agreement with The Vatican Library Collection license agreement expired on June 30, 2008, and we are currently negotiating a new agreement with this licensor. Pursuant to a provision of the expired agreement (“Section 20.5 – Disposition of Inventory Upon Expiration”), there is a six month “sell-off” period after termination of the agreement wherein we as the licensee have the right to continue to sell any remaining stock that we have with the Vatican Library Collection logo. At this time, we have no urns and no caskets with this logo.

Actually, Nick 3M gifted (kids), 1M @ .0092 to retire debt. Donna 2.5m gifted (associate-whoever).

On Scottrade - somedays they have the bid and ask on OTC, then others, like today, they have the bid OTC and ask pink sheet. It could be meaningless, but I would like to know why.

EI lawyers, advisors etc...... isn't a valid reason for not having their much publicized transparency. It's not you, I or anyone else but EI that can change that.

They're not going to reveal to anyone the game plan in their reasoning.

Edit: For example gifted shares - Easily hidden to the market..... IMO more games exclusively by EI

5* - It seems the pattern has already been set. Actually with todays Form 4's, VP Operations gifting started on 3/3/09
(wasn't on 10Q) and VP Sales with amended Form 4.

Pretty damn underhanded, but we've had several unmet deadlines, projections, etc.... from the same.

There still is enormous fallout from actions taken in 2008.
