I love this guy...
Anyhoo, did anyone notice the downward manipulation today? Still a.h.'s out there that blah-blah-blahcurate works for.
Last trade down 570 shares. At .076/share = $43.32. That barely covers commission. Hi fastb and M.N!
Hey fastb, why don't you post another missive about how you are tired of being labeled as a bad guy? Working for two masters simultaneously must have been tough.
Or maybe you can use the broken English of your alter ego. Funny how Dragonman was real bullish on BDGR until things went sour with you and you were found out.
Now all we hear is trash talking from this guy.
Go ahead and tell us how Lou is bad and wrong and you tried to help us. And then "Dragonman" can tell us how you are a saint and the only good thing to happen to BDGR.
Then again, it could be other lurkers. But make no mistake, Dragon is a target because of its assets. I still have my shares. And nothing but a good solid offer will pry them out of my hands, Lanza be damned.
The best thing to do for everyone here is to just ignore him until he goes away. Don't respond to his b.s.
They must be getting desperate. Now they are posting outright lies.
As charts would say, that is most likely a good sign.
This guys is a dumbed down version of badrguy. Maybe it is badrguy playing dumb.
I have a new name for him:
"blah blah blah-curate"
Hired guns are vermin.
Cut and paste responses.
Keep posting and I'll bury your posts until you leave.
You are not welcome here.
Nicely put Mars.
The only thing consistantly "Accurate" about this guy is his misanthropy and inability to spell.
Should have taken the burger flipping job eh, Accurate? Do they keep promising you that you will get off the boiler room floor soon and have your own cubicle?
Keep dreaming...
I fully agree about the audit.
And I've got much more than 70k on the table. And Lou has much more than me.
So what else you got? Get my drift? That is all.
Why do you think Charts is trying to scam others? I see no evidence of this.
He is bullish on BDGR, but he has posted no lies that I have seen. And he has every right to challenge people's agendas if he feels they are at odds with his interests.
Some people here, including you want to retread some items that we have beaten into the ground. It is June 20th, 2007. Today is a new day. Some of the same ol' same ol' is still going on. But from what I can see, there are changes in the works at BDGR.
They may not be fast enough for my preference or your preference, but change takes time. If Lou told me tomorrow that we were screwed, I would take that as a sign to get out.
Otherwise, I think all of us positive or negative, are speculating. But you do have to wonder what could be gained from going back to the past and talking about things that we have spent hundreds and hundreds of posts on.
If you are angry at the Dragon, maybe you should get some other interests and check back in a month or so. Probably help your blood pressure and state of mind!
Hey LG,
Can you let us know what your share position and dollar cost average is? I think that is a fair question.
You seem to be up and down on BDGR. But two things are certain:
We ALL want an audit. 'Nuff said.
You might consider using the "speeel cheekc" once in a while. LOL
I'm sorry to hear that.
I hope that you can recoup at least something when the turnaround manifests. And if it goes to zero, then most of your pain is behind you.
My wife told me on more than one occasion, "It's only money."
That made me happy for two reasons:
1. She's absolutely gawd-dang right on many levels.
2. I knew I would live to see tomorrow based on her reaction ;)
There is too much here to be made successful to throw in any more towels though. Something will happen with this company through a positive merger, hostile takeover, or fire sale. But either way, there is value here.
I would check your actual account balance and go with that. You may be having a browser cache or plugin issue.

Do you mean that you sold your position out or are you still holding your shares? I hope you are still holding.
There are a lot of cold hard facts about how BDGR has been run. But the other cold hard fact is: They have assets and with the right management of those assets, they can be profitable.
Additionally, they are worth more in said assets than the share price reflects. Time, vigilance, and a lot of hard work by our representatives will make all of us longs winners in the end.
It's trading today, nazzie. This is as of 11:09am EST

"Thank you so much for your sane, most thoughtful, poetic post. It almost made me cry (I'm a 'good' woman, btw.)"
Glad to help out! I did not write those lyrics but they seemed appropriate. The good news is that someone desperately wants BDGR. The bad news is that they want to steal it for a "song".
Lots of price manipulation.
I hope you did not sell your shares and that your losses are on paper.
I think there is a silver lining here and it will manifest soon. JMHO.
I still own all my shares. I am trying to offset the paper losses with other investments. But overall, I think this old girl is gonna start kicking. Whether she breaks her legs doing it remains to be seen.
But if you have your health and a person who cares about you, you are doing ok. And that's the God's honest truth.
Spent this past week out in California on business (instead of the East Coast where I reside). Maybe some positive "hippie" attitude rubbed off on me out there. But I don't think this is over yet and may work out to our benefit.
"Lou,
I know, Joe stopped the deal, but have they really gone away?"
Why don't you ask FASTB that question, since Neuhaus said to me and I quote: "Barry has done a great job for us!" in a phone conversation I had with him a few months back.
A great job indeed.
Take these lines (oil wells) and blow away
Live your lives do what they say
I don't like the things you do
All the things you put me through
(bridge)
After everything is said and done (PR's)
Will that be enough?
(Chorus)
Here we go
Love it or leave it alone
When the world is spinning on a dime
Hurry up and waste my time
Here we go, here we go, here we go
Take away this foolish pride
Cuts me up so deep inside
I can't believe you've come this far
I don't believe in who you are (Lanza)
(bridge)
After every game is played and won
It's still not enough
(chorus)
So this is life in America (as a BDGR shareholder)
I'm so disappointed
This is life in America (as a BDGR shareholder) today
Those who sold locked in their losses.
We got problems but there's always tomorrow.
Give peace (Lou) a chance.
Lighten up, it's only money. If you still have your health and a good woman by your side, you are truly wealthy!
Sorry to hear that valu.
I guess we are coming to the end of an era here. I will miss the discussions. I am holding my shares but on paper I am down big time.
I am not holding because I believe in Lanza. I am holding because the BDGR assets are worth WAY more than stock price. With proper management, this company could be great.
Lou is not one of the scheisters, Valu. He is as concerned as all of us and has his losses as well.
I wish the same kharmic justice on a few others as well like you stated.
But I am holding in the hopes that even a fire sale buyout will give me a chance to either break even or recover some losses.
Good luck to you and please post any stock reqs if you feel so inclined.
I wonder if we would have a pop in share price from the naked shorters. Any idea when this will go into effect?
Hi Ridge,
Does that mean you sold your shares? I share your frustration. I wish I could say I lost only 25k on this one...
LG;
If you are referring to pressure on Lou to change things, please remember that he is working on it.
Changes will not come instantaneously.
Believe me, I TOTALLY share your concern and impatience. And I will be in the lead if we have to take alternate routes to recompense.
Lou is going down to LA next week. Let's give him a chance to look Lanza in the eye and see what is actually going on down there.
I really don't think we have a choice but to let Lou do his thing. But I am confident that he will carry our best interests forward.
It's like watching two of those mountain goats having a tussle on a precipice. I can't look away...
Hallelujah!
Finally GREEN after holding this stock for almost 2 years. Don't know what's up but have noticed accumulation for about a month now with a slow but steady increase in share price.
Maybe it's time for this bird to fly! Good luck! Maybe people will post to this board now.
Left my home number on your answering service. Give me a call if you get this message!
Seriously, there is something wrong with you.
I guess flipping burgers and wearing that crash helmet is getting to him.
I tell you what, if I had known MED was going to pull pack 5% today, I would have sold it this morning and bought it back this afternoon! It is nice to have those kinds of regrets (that you could have made even MORE money) instead of losing money.
I wonder if Lou has any news for us?
*** Congrats to any lurkers who got in on MED!
Dude, I didn't sell any of my MED.
Are the rest of your "facts" made up of lies?
Did I hit a nerve?
Wow....
COOL!!!
*** speaking of which, a nice entry point today Millionaire. Some serious profit taking. Get ready for round 2 of the runup! I would have bought more today, but the Dragon has my other funds locked up. Grrrrr!
"Spunkyknight, Did I ask you? If I want to know something about your other stupid investment (MED), would I ask ChartsTalk? All you do is whine and cry about posters who tell the truth, who currently outnumber the paid pumpers. I see they hate you over on the MED message board too. You're nothing but a foul-mouthed loser and abuser."
As usual, you are short on facts and long on fiction:
1. I don't post on the MED board. But nice try.
2. You didn't answer the questions posed to you. What does it matter if Charts Talk asked you? Do you only talk to him now? Are you too shy to play with the other kids?
3. Main question: Are you a shareholder or not? Simple question. But never answered by you. Afraid you perjure yourself later on the stand?
I don't recall whining and crying and I don't see how your opinion magically becomes truth. Or maybe parroting other's opinions makes it true?
4. I think we can surmise that you were dropped on your head as a child. My sympathies.
Feeling abused and losed? That's a Y.P. not an M.P.
"charts talk, you never answered the question: Do you really feel that a company that has promised an audit (and many other things) dozens of times over the last 2 years (most recently on April 10), but never delivered, does NOT deserve to be bashed?"
First off, could your "question" (and I use the term loosely) be any more retarded?
Are you a TV evangelist that sits in judgement of sinners while flashing a 800 number on the screen to make donations?
So you are saying that people can rehash the past and complain and cry and whine and that's ok because it already happened?
That's like saying, if anyone ever did anything bad to you, you can just complain and cry and whine all day long and when people tell you they are tired of it, you just say, "But there was this time in the past when you did/said/made/claimed/shaked/baked whatever, so I will just rehash it over and over an over again."
So, before you asked anyone else here to answer your questions, why don't you clear up a few things for us:
1. Are you a shareholder?
2. If so, can this be verified/how many shares/when did you buy in?
3. If not, then why are you here?
4. Do you have any sort of a life?
5. Did you know that they are going to raise minimun wage soon so the Burger joint down the road will probably yield you better pay than your level 1 bashing?
6. Did you get dropped on your head when you were little?
Gonna hold till 20 with tight stop losses after about 11 or 12. I think MED is going to hit the 12.50 range before any major resistance. That is the approx upper end valuation at current levels of revenue. It has been masked by last year's shennanigans and the shorts causing a panic.
If buyout or earnings positive blowout are coming, this is going to hit 20-25.
If it breaks 10, I'll put in some tight stop-loss breakers and pick it up on any major pullbacks. That's my plan and I'm sticking to it.
Also, I know there are still a lot of shorts in the stock. And it might pull us from here to 15 before a major pullback. Depends on the what the squeeze is for most shorts.
It keeps me awake at night in a positive way to think that most of the runup hasn't even hit the heart of the shorts positions yet.
*** Why don't you and I start an investment board here on iHub? There are others out there, but I don't know or trust those peeps. We can try to regulate pumpers/bashers and keep it focused on a few stocks at a time. See if we can find some other hunters.
It would be better to keep us busy and making money while we wait for BDGR to sort out and give Lou a chance to do what he can.

Accurate = Badrguy = professional level 1 basher = unsophisticated level 1 worker bee.
Just remember folks, this guy is trying to take money out or your pockets. We have enough issues without his drivel here.
May the kharmic wheel of justice roll over you, buddy.
5 bucks!
It will take 200 "5 buck" posts to equal 1 "Cleveland" post if you all get my drift.
Currently up over 30 Clevelands and counting on MED. Just trying to share the opportunity.
Accurate is up about 30 bucks in basher post bonuses and trying to devalue your investment.
Sold my Microsoft today and bought more MED. There was a 3% pullback today. Maybe not quite what you were hoping.
Nice time to get some on the cheap. Currently racing back up in positive territory.
Just throwing it out to those who may consider looking elsewhere to recoup some "paper" losses.
Holding on Dragon until we get some news one way or the other. Just not holding my breath. Life goes on!
Another week rolls by---
And yet-
You're still here.
Remind me why that is again, please?
NOT a shareholder
NOT posting any NEW news
NOT posing any questions that have not been posed a million times over on the board already.
NOT a subject matter expert in the field of oil and gas.
NOT a stock pumper because you're a stock "___________."
Oh yeah, it is to share your scintillating personality with the rest of us. Right?
5 bucks!
Hmmn, let's take a look at one of your past posts with regards to fact checking and "how can you live with yourself" factor:

No trading today something big is happening"
What pray tell were you referring to then? Do you think some people might have read that and invested in BDGR? How can you live with that?
Did you buy some CAUI and get caught in the meltdown (no pun intended)? I stated up front that was a risky play. And anyone is free to buy and sell as they choose in a free market.
I got in low and sold out today. And if it goes down some more, I will ride it up again. You can get off the ride at any time. You are free to do that.
"Thanks for the tips:
CAUI looks interesting but I couldn't find any financial information on them at all.
MED is intriguing but it's already enjoyed a 20%+ run-up."
REPLY: CAUI is a new stock. Only about 6 months old. Basically a Uranium mining company that has aquired land in a historically fertile area. Careful on this one as it may be a pump-n-dump. But they have spend 2.4 million on advertising it and raising awareness.
This is one of those Black Dragon type of situations. Either they have GREAT potential in a hot market, OR they are lying their collective arses off.
However, Uranium ore has essentially doubled in price since last year so we are looking at a big potential if they have the ore to ship. My take is, once they start mining the claims, if they hit what they expect, they will become a major company on a major exchange. Could easily be a 20.00 stock if this is the case.
MED is undervalued, oversold and there are rumors swirling about about a possible merger with one of the other weight portion control program companies (like Nutrisystem or Weight Watchers). Those rumors are totally unsubstantiated. But some guy named Harrosh who is notorious for buying into companies that are takeover targets just aquired 5% of the oustanding shares this week.
Historically cashflow positive and "unsexy". Also, the CEO was called out for pumping his own stock on message boards last year 2nd half. That caused the stock to plummet. Since then they got a new CEO. They are embarking on a 20 million dollar marketing campaign. It is volatile but is trending up. I am looking for exit around 12.50-15.00 depending on how things go. Could hit 20 again when all is said and done, especially if a merger comes into play.
Here are two stocks that are doing well for me. Helping me offset the Dragon.
MED
CAUI
I am suggesting you all look into them. Do your own DD and invest by your own decision. But I will say, they have made me some good money on round trips lately.
Maybe the Dragon will be sorted out. But don't put all your eggs in that basket...
***Thanks again Yankee07 for the tip on MED! Now that's some MED's I like to be on!
Hey Accurate,
I made 20k over the top in 2 bookend trading days over the Holiday weekend. How did yours go?
Oh yeah, looks like you sat here trying to discredit Lou and bash the Dragon. Did you make your $5 bucks a pop for having your name mentioned in the replies? Doesn't seem worth it to give up a Holiday weekend like that.
Here, I mentioned your name in my post. Considerate my $5 tip to you to share some of my good fortune and good sense.
Sittin' back rakin' in the Clevelands on the shorts covering on MED. My timing was wrong on when it was going to happen, but here it is.
Could this be in Black Dragon's near future? A little honesty would go a long way here...
Good for you. I hope your DCA is as low as possible and more reasonable. It would be a shame for you not to win if we do actually hit a buck at some point.
I was pretty hot a few days back but I am just going to wait and see. I really hope it works out for you/us.
millionaire,
How much did you pick up today if you don't mind sharing?
I do think the price was artificially driven down after some reflection and research. Must still be things afoot behind the scenes with regards to buyers.
Yes I did misread it. I thought Charts talk was saying Lou was in league with those guys. My apologies Charts.
Charts talk,
You are new here so I chalk this statement up to being a little ignorant about the players here.
Lou does and has owned stock in the company. FYI he and I are at the same dollar cost average. If Lou wins, I win and visa versa.
For you to say that he is a basher/pumper or whatever you are trying to accuse him of, you are dead wrong.
You may not know it, but Lou is the most honest, transparent guy here. And he is working for your interests and mine as a stockholder himself. We got him on the board BECAUSE he is one of us and in the same position.
I hope you are right that someone has dispensed some rumors to drop the stock so that they can accumulate. But Lou had nothing to do with any of that crap. So stand down with the accusations.
I am not panicking. I have all of my shares. And I intend to get my money back come hell or high water. Selling at breakeven or profit would have been nice, but I will recover my investment one way or another.
The courts are messy and expensive, but Lanza will just have to pay those fees. Or go broke trying. And if I can financially break his back, then I will have paid him back for lying to me and failing at his job to protect my interests.
I am not broke, but I took a hit on this one. A big hit. And I intend to retaliate legally and in the spirit of Hamurabi.
Yes, I have all the Red Chip PRs. Not sure if I have all the older PR's. Do you have copies of those?
It is clear to me what happened: This is just my opinion but I think events have unfolded as follows:
BULLSH*T production numbers and PR
followed by more-
BULLSH*T about production
Enter Barry:
He has his own agenda and ends up wasting a good 6 months of our time. He talks us out of a shareholder's derivative lawsuit so his partners can buy the company. His rationale; probably a so-so deal for BDGR investors with the potential of good money on the back end after the merger for him and the shareholders with their new shares.
Re-Enter Joe Lanza, who realizes he ain't gonna get $1/share for his sh*tty company and he fires everyone who supported the merger.
All the while Lanza is funneling money into his coffers from Four Star Petrol. Even as we speak. Penny wise but pound foolish. He is in no hurry to merge or buyout. He is only in a hurry to keep the Dragon cash flow positive.
Then, Lanza in a cunning move, elects Lou to the board of directors. Give em what they want, he says. Only now Lou is more in the dark than ever and his hands are tied. Who knows what crap he has been feeding Lou. Then he cries to anyone who will listen: "I want my good name back!" Boo-f*cking-hoo.
Cunning, but not smart. Lanza has underestimated one thing. The amount of pissed off shareholders, me being one of them. I always make good on my promises. And my promise was to legally go after family Lanza if he screwed me.
I gave him a chance to come clean. Now I will proceed with the next phase of recovery. Since I and the other technical shareholders technically own part of the company, I will take it from him and shop the company to buyers myself. What do we need Lanza and his overhead for? When employees don't do the job, you FIRE THEM.
