Nite All! Sweet Dreams! TTY Tomorrow. Have a GR8 weekend!
ECHO: I can relate! I was "pumped up" (no pun intended) about NASCAR Guide, Super Bowl Program, Good Morning America, Investor Update Video, Going BB, DAQ or AMEX! I actually left Monday morning to Wire Tranfer $$ to Scottrade to double my position! When I came home to wait for the transfer, BINGO! I'm like, "What does CKYS# mean on my Scottrade Home Page? Didn't take me long to find out.......
Hi Jeanette! Not negative/bashing. Take it a step further. Look at my post, look at the post I replied to, especially the last paragraph. I was commenting on the post, if the poster was correct.
KNOWLES! Thanks! I need it!
I need Accounting for Dummies book here tonite ;^)
would be considered fraud thus SEC suspension
AFs, MMs, PRs are much needed.
Am curious to see how serious the misdeeds/indiscretions actually are and what it will take to correct them, if possible. Every situation is unique. I want to know exactly what the situation is? The SEC & CKYS are MUM, so there is 0 to be had in the way of info.
Including an MM CKYS has history with?
hi all. new to this board. buying CDCH next week. GLTYA!
Must the financial information required under Rule 15c2-11(a)(5) be independently audited?
Answer: No. rule 15c2-11(a)(5) does not require audited financials. However, a broker/dealer would ordinarily be required to review unaudited financial statements more closely than if the statements were independently audited. Nevertheless, simply because the statements have been audited, a broker/dealer cannot avoid its responsibility to review the financial statements in order to have a reasonable basis to believe that the information is accurate.

JalapenoBuck? Who are you? Where did you come from? Why are you here? Why would JP or anyone else want to tell you anything? Don't know you.
I talked to DC bass personally last nite. I wasn't there but I have utmost confidence that DC Bass was at CKYS and spoke w/ JP.

Must the financial information required under Rule 15c2-11(a)(5) be independently audited?
Thanks SYLV! Hope everyone saw this!

SYLV! many thanks to you for some meat and potatoes on the subject!
DC asked me to post what I posted. Now, some appreciate it and some do not. I posted out of respect for DC and peeps on this board that were dying to hear something. I believe that it was the right thing to do. I would do it again and again.
It was not relayed from the company. It was the "opinion" of someone with a lot more experience than me and whom I rely on and mostly trust. It is, however, hearsay and I don't know about the validity.
According to what DC told me last nite, he was "about 10 minutes from home" and he was nowhere near Maryland, I assure you.
DC does not live in Maryland.
Yeppers. If JP is lying and a crook, he is in trouble and so are we.
I "was told" that AFs are not required for an MM to file 211. I don't know and can't comment.
DC & I had very long days and were very tired. It was late. DC and 5cap will have much to share. We just have to be patient. The 20th is still miles away.
Yes, but DC asked me not to comment on AF time frame. He may or may not choose to share that info. He did me/us a HUGE FAVOR and I totally respect him & his wishes.
From what DC told me, it will be worth the wait. It's still all up to JP, who is the leader. It will boil down to whether or not he is telling the truth and can produce the goods.
Oh Jeanette!~ I SO wish I had the answers to those questions! I'm not sure I understand the process, but INVHO I think that part of being suspended is that all MM's are removed from the stock and that a 211 must be filed and approved by NASD (= time consuming) for an MM to be put in place. I don't want it or like it, but, if I am correct (PLEASE let me be wrong), we are headed for the Grey Sheets and there is no way around it. IMVHO!!!!
DC took many notes! He was very tired and had a lot of info to digest. He will post, most likely between now & Sunday.
I always end up going back to the same, one thing when it comes to this SEC business. IMHO, the 3 issues are actually one issue: Information directly related to CKYS and Uncle Sam!
Jim told DC during DC's 3 1/2 hour visit yesterday that the "Government Contracts Are LEGIT!"
It appears to the Securities and Exchange Commission that there is a lack of current and accurate information concerning the securities of CyberKey Solutions, Inc. ("CyberKey") because of questions regarding the accuracy of assertions made by CyberKey, and others, in press releases and other public statements to investors, concerning among other things: (1) contracts with the Department of Homeland Security and/or other government agencies, (2) revenues received pursuant to those contracts, and (3) accounts receivable generated by those contracts.
