Ok thx...Haven't had my morning cup(s) of Joe yet out here in Cali
Trader 53 never answered me...
Just to be clear, who is "WE" ???
TD Ameritrade??
I only see three dates recorded on the second page of that release:
13-08-2022, 15-08-2022 and 9-19-2022
Where, exactly, do you see an October, 2021 date on page 2???
AGREEEEEEEEEEEEEEED....
There was a good deal of stuttering and word soup in that video...Mark Schmidt feels like a prevaricator trying to cover his tracks for mistakes no responsible CEO ever would have made to begin with unless he intended to cut corners for the sake of quick profits and convenience...
Disgusted,
C
Charles Schwab is in the final stages of buying out TDAmeritrade as I type these words...I don't imagine current TDA subscribers will be able to buy any shares of Cyberlux after the price tumbles (until the Caveat Emptor tag is removed...)
Pity,
C
It could take months for the dust to settle on this...From what I understand, a Caveat Emptor ruling remains in place for a minimum of thirty days but I might be wrong...And of course it could remain in place much longer than that...
C
More than a few people might be inclined to sell big at the opening bell on Monday, wait for the stock to bottom out in the trips after a couple of weeks, then buy back in at the earliest official opportunity and emerge with a much larger stake in Cyberlux than they had prior to last week's OTC ruling...
C
So there will be no reverse SPILT....
But by any chance does Dennis' announcement rule out a reverse SPLIT??!
Just curious...
C
The OTC demands transparency from all reporting companies yet fails to be transparent themselves...In the interest of the shareholder who they're (theoretically) mandated to protect, the OTC should be required to provide specifics regarding all decisions rendered which could affect commerce in any stock listed on their exchange...
But who polices the police??
C
Removed as quickly as the 'Yield' and 'Pink Limited' designations were?
I hope you're right of course but I'm not the least bit optimistic
C
Heard from Who\Where??????????
Anybody can make unsubstantiated claims like that...
Is your source administratively connected to Genesis??
Just curious...
C
True, but it takes TWO to tango: Mark Schmidt AND the OTC administrators reviewing the documents CYBL submitted...
Either give it more time or give it a rest...
C
I think you're Dead Right, Dwight!
C
Right Said, Fred...
C
Agreed on all points...
While I'm inclined to agree that any link to Orange Foolius would appear to be imprudent due to the torrent of negative info emerging from current court proceedings, the fact of the matter is that unless the Abominable Showman winds up behind bars (unlikely) his name still carries considerable weight with potential investors across multiple sectors...
Does that mean people are blind, gullible, stupid or just plain greedy? My guess would be three out of four, but who knows?
C
I'm afraid his crystal ball still needs polishing...
For f*ck's sake, Dude, LISTEN TO THE INTERVIEW!!!!!
The answer to your question is near the middle of the broadcast...If you don't believe it then you know what your options are:
I was hoping we'd emerge with a combined company whose PPS is valued at a buck or more...I can dream, can't I ?!?
C
But wait...Didn't someone on this board recently post that our stock has finally bottomed (for the 80th time) and that we're (once again) poised for "LIFTOFF"?????!
Disgusted--but no longer perplexed,
C
From where I sit, Fortune bludgeons the bold just as often, unfortunately...
In spite of a CEO who has nine or ten irons in the fire at any given time--and that includes getting into brain micro-chipping to boot?!?
If Darkpulse ever succeeds I'm convinced that it will be in spite of Dennis O'Leary rather than because of him...Our patented structural technology together with the total addressable worldwide market which contains frail infrastructure of many kinds could make for intriguing profits if properly managed...But with DO' at the helm that's the $64,000 question, isn't it?
C
I couldn't agree more, but...
NICE!!!!!!
Here we go...
An outstanding share count that low would transform this stock into a "thin trader"--liable to make the stock price prone to sudden swings in either direction...
Time will tell...
C
So then we've hit the jackpot?!?
Also, I may have missed it in all of the hoopla, but is a name change forthcoming at the time of the merger as well?
Just curious,
C
If so, then treat GEGI like Vegas or Atlantic City--(which it is at this point, along with 97% of the pink sheet stocks in this fetid dungeon known as the OTC...)
Simple?
C
Happy Holidays to you & fam along with an economically fruitful New Year to each and every one of us!
Smiles,
C
Oh really????
I feel we need an uplist to the QB at JP Blackwell's earliest convenience...That's because large institutional investors (pension funds and financial services behemoths like Black Rock both come to mind) aren't allowed to dabble in pink sheet markets unless they're on the QB exchange at a minimum...Once there, more eyes will be on ILUS and we'll be in a much better position to achieve steady, sustainable growth over time...
Just Sayin',
C
Yes, I did... But I think you're missing the point...Those business prospects (and the promise they bring) have been in the pipeline for quite a while without budging the share price to any significant extent during the past year...And if you were listening carefully to Brett Rosen he also pointed out that institutional investors aren't allowed to put their money into pink sheet stocks unless they are on a QB platform at a minimum. Until then there won't be enough (moneyed) eyes on Cyberlux to make much of a dent in the glass ceiling that keeps this company's share price from reflecting its true value to the investing public, much less to commercial elites in the market...After we uplist our prospects for sustainable success should improve markedly...I'm betting heavily on it--as most here are...
C
Let's hope it all plays out the way Brett forecasts...
Asked and answered...The share price won't go up until news can be published--and corroborated...And the reasons why that hasn't happened yet have already been mentioned...
The main reasons that I haven't bailed on this stock yet are their product(s), their connections to (higher ups?) in the Pentagon and the sector that they're in (drones and other munitions...)
Concerning the market, as you've already said, nobody will give a rip about Cyberlux until their finances are officially authenticated and they begin signing meaningful contracts with industry whales--something that will never happen as long as they're this far down the totem pole in the OTC...
Because his business acumen and commercial IQ match his shoe size?
A better question might be, will brain chipped moon man Dennis O'Learly finally drag this stock down to trips despite having globally applicable infrastructure technology that ought to make all of us rich if this company was more competently managed?
Dismayed--and Livid...
C
