Rapp, you said,
They are still a company just trying to stay afloat till their patented products rolls off the production lines of NOC with sales to the military, corporations, and all other interested parties.
The way I get this is that is a Auger Gasifier & Syngas Scrubber. May just be dreamin here but would be nice if all companies building these plants had to use Cirque's patented products to meet clean air standards.
Thanks... Good info.
I don't think Lockheed has Deployable units.
I was wondering who/where they would get the technology to cleanup the air pollution coming out of these plants??
Everyone in management deferring their wages would want to grow this company ASAP, imo..
Yup, me too.. :)
We have to pay the bills until management gets cash flow, no way around it..
JMO but I think for a startup company building prototype DGU's along with everything else they are working on, they're doing real well..
Sum body sellin shares! :(
Sounds about right.. But, in the update they said..
To facilitate these acquisitions, Cirque has advanced our relationships with strategic financial partners to provide funding for these acquisitions.
Cart in front of the horse again?? :)
No One would word an update like that unless true, well, almost true, imo..
Like Serpico said, They put the cart before the horse..:)
Hehehe, don't they know Phil & OMO keeps up on chit!!!
Phil, the website update has been changed. Kinda makes me think they have a deal on these plants but all the paperwork not being done and ready to 8k it, they had to retract.. lol.
Has anyone contacted IR about the website update? tia.
Cirque Energy Inc. is an Owner-Operator of independent power plants in the biomass and waste to energy sector.
????? Of what and where?
ahhhhhhhhhhhh....everything takes time...this was updated in June of 2011:

Hmmmmm.
Clear as mud.. :) Thanks Phil..
Included in Cirque LLC’s assets
So we really don't know what all they owned and where!
Resident Agent: THOMAS COTE
Is this something old that was not updated after sold to VC Energy? Still on Cirques website under projects also..
Do we get these two POWER STATIONS when the merger closes??
Maybe when management dilutes away the other 37.25% of my investment..:(
Lol why, why, why?? Until the company accomplishes just one thing they set out to do, no thanks!
Anything new you build will have bugs in it that has to be worked out. That's why you have test and shakedown runs.
Really, it sounds good to me because they must be testing..:)
Phil, they are doing their homework.
Any potential acquisition must satisfy several criteria in order to be considered by the Company, including the target’s operating and financial history as well as plant conditions and future outlook for continued operations. Management has established a goal of limiting consideration of projects to those that have a projected 15% unlevered internal rate of return or better. Management must also conclude that our collective expertise can be used to provide improvements to the operations in order to maximize the potential and our stockholder returns. To facilitate these acquisitions, Cirque has advanced our relationships with strategic financial partners to provide funding for these acquisitions
Hit Moore again also! Those folks can't catch a break..
Hailed here for about 30 min.
Rapp, I think this statement says a lot about what Cirque has that the competition doesn't.
"Cirque will maintain patents rights on certain key components of the DGU systems and will be responsible for the manufacturing and supply of these components to Northrop Grumman for inclusion in the complete DGU system, both for military and commercial units. The development of the two prototypes (one military unit and one commercial unit) is underway with completion of testing to be completed in the first quarter of 2015 and sales of both types to begin at that time."
Almost as many shares traded in 5 minutes after hours as traded all day.. What's up with that?
Joe, enough of this "March Madness" with the share price, time to get this Cirque Energy show on the road..
Someone getting shares at about half what I have in mine..:(
Still like to know what this is about..

<< I'll be a true believer when NOC mentions the phrase DGU in one of their press releases>>
They already have..
JV, I think Northrup already knows the DGU's will work. Most everything I read points to the need for a stamp of approval from the EPA and Health Dept. and it's a go.
http://www.cirque-energy.com/whatwedo/deployablegasificationunits.html
Cirque Energy, in conjunction with Northrop Grumman Corporation have jointly developed a Deployable Gasification Unit (DGU) for sale to military, government, industrial and commercial customers. The DGUs utililize Cirque Energy's gasification and syngas condition technology, couple with conventional reciprocating engine generator technology. Any carbon-based waste stream (MSW, biomass, etc) of approximately 2-10 tons per day can be cleanly and efficiently turned into combined heat and power (CHP) energy.
•Gasifier and Gas Cleanup sub-systems manufactured by Cirque Energy
•Overall system manufacturing and final assembly by Northrop Grumman
Testing and Certification
•Full-scale military and commercial prototype systems built
•Extended duration testing and third party certification
•Air emissions testing and certification
•Military demonstrations and shakedowns
EWRL News: Current Report Filing (8-k)
Yup, I have a very good feeling about what Roger, Richard and Thomas brought to this little company and feel that by sticking with them, I'll be rewarded..
Yes, and that exclusive rights to all markets except military could prove to be very large to Cirque, down the road! NOC builds them and we sell & install them world wide.
Wonder what a 100 unit trial order from the likes of Walmart or someone like that would net us $ wise?
Cirque ESCO projects will feature technology suitable for the customer. The Company is currently in the process of developing an industrial project that will feature traditional natural gas CHP technology. When appropriate, Cirque’s ESCO business will serve as the primary project delivery mechanism for commercial and industrial DGUs.
Nice!!
Yup, a DGU at every Walmart to help with power and heat while getting rid of their trash works for me! :)
Per our joint development agreement with the Northrop Grumman Corporation, Cirque has exclusive rights to all markets – outside of the Federal Government sector – for its DGU technology. Rising costs of energy and waste disposal, as well as environmental regulation, position a wide variety of retail, manufacture, service and municipal business enterprises to potentially benefit from the Company’s commercial DGU systems.
