Tilray Ceo's are losing faith in the company dumping shares. ACB has way more potential. I would say POTN also has more potential. ACB is going to take half Tilrays market cap in the next 3 months. ACB $23 TLRY $29 pps come July 1st.
Marijuana Stock Tilray Is Slumping. 2 Top Executives Are Making Big Sales. -- Barrons.com
Today 6:59 AM ET (Dow Jones)Print
By Ed Lin
Tilray stock has been slumping this year, but two top executives have been selling millions of dollars in stock in April.
The Canadian marijuana producer's stock (ticker: TLRY) has slipped 16% so far in 2019. The company has been hampered by a shortage of quality marijuana, and Tilray has lagged peers Aurora Cannabis (ACB) and Canopy Growth (CGC).
Nonetheless, Tilray CEO Brendan Kennedy and Chief Revenue Officer Woody Pastorius have sold a total of $9.7 million of stock in April alone. They made the sales through so-called 10b5-1 trading plans, which automatically execute buys or sales after specified conditions -- such as stock volume and price -- are met. The plans are meant to remove any potential bias a company insider would have from knowledge of material non-public information.
Kennedy's plan sold 106,109 Tilray shares on April 1 and 2 for a total of $6.7 million, an average of $63.44 each, and also acquired 50,000 shares on April 1 for $388,000 by using stock options. He also converted restricted stock units (RSUs) into 46,875 shares on April 1. According to a form Kennedy filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, he now owns 193,417 Tilray shares, options for at least 2.9 million shares, and RSUs for 328,125 shares.
Pastorius' plan sold 46,557 Tilray shares on April 1 and 2 for a total of $3 million, an average of $63.38 each, and also acquired 43,750 shares on April 1 for $339,500 by using stock options. Pastorius also converted RSUs into 6,250 shares on April 1. He now owns 18,148 shares, options for at least 306,250 shares, and RSUs for 43,750 shares.
Tilray declined to make Kennedy and Pastorius available for comment, but a company spokeswoman said the sales "represent only a very small percentage of Mr. Kennedy and Mr. Pastorius' overall shareholding in the company."
"Mr. Kennedy is invested in the future of Tilray and the global cannabis industry for the long term," the spokeswoman added, noting that through a stake in Tilray's top shareholder, Privateer Holdings, Kennedy owns more than 10 million additional Tilray shares.

Biocann, Instadose S.A.S. and Instadose. What does Instadose S.A.S. get paid from Instadose for again? I forgot about this stock info, haven't been paying attention. Just waiting for the transaction period to pass, see what happens with this gold. BioCannn and Instadose S.A.S are doing what together?
Phat Marlboro doobies grown in ABC's facilities coming soon! 20 Joints per pack! Smoke em if you got'em! And most importantly, don't let the haters in your life ruin your high! It's like they steal the hard earned money you paid for those Doobies when they do succeed in ruining your high. They are like cops pulling you over on your mental joyride, stealing your stash and putting you in a mental prison of resentment when they start hating.
Marlboro Cannabis International.
Cron was just the beginning of Altria's path to dominating Cannabis. ACB and Cron is going to become Marlboro Cannabis.
GNCP executive staying onboard an extra month to work out gold and mining assets situation. Did I read that right? IMO, That means they plan on doing something big for the shareholders if that's the main reason they are staying on board. Should I get a new Ford or Chevy Truck with my GNCP gold profits coming soon?

Aphria, Aurora Cannabis, Wayland Group Win Public Tender To Grow Medical Marijuana In Germany
Today 11:37 AM ET (Benzinga)Print
Canadian medical cannabis producers Aphria Inc. (NYSE: APHA), Aurora Cannabis Inc. (NYSE: ACB), and Wayland Group Corp (OTC: MRRCF) said they've been selected by the German Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices to cultivate and distribute medical marijuana.
What Happened
Aurora, Aphria and Wayland Group are the three winners of the public tender to cultivate and distribute medical marijuana in Germany. The cannabis will be sold to the German government and supplied to wholesalers that will distribute it to pharmacies.
Aurora said it was awarded the maximum number of five of the 13 lots of the tender over a period of four years and a minimum supply of 4,000 kilograms in total.
Aphria's German subsidiary Aphria Deutschland GmbH also received five lots.
Wayland Group will be operating in the country through its joint venture DEMECAN.
Why It's Important
The three companies were selected from a pool of 79 participants that were required to submit a concept for domestic cannabis production, delivery and pricing.
Germany is expected to become one of the largest cannabis markets in Europe.
In their recent report on the European cannabis market, Prohibition Partners estimated the medical cannabis market alone could reach 7.7 billion euros ($8.64 billion) by 2028 from 133 million euros in 2018. If recreational cannabis is included in the estimate, the value jumps to 16.2 billion euros. Yet recreational legalization is not expected for at least another three years.
With awarding Aurora, Aphria and Wayland Group's DEMECAN the option to build production facilities in Germany, the country is taking a step forward in addressing medical cannabis needs in a market that has about 40,000 patients. Until now, the country had been importing medical marijuana since its legalization in 2017.
What's Next
The licenses are subject to a mandatory 10-day standstill period for public contracts, but should be formalized no earlier than April 17. Aurora said it plans to build an EU- and GMP-compliant indoor cultivation facility at the industrial park in Leuna, Saxony-Anhalt, near Leipzig.
POTN Poised for Rapid Growth and a Potential Buyout by a Consumer Products Behemoth
PotNetwork Holding is an emerging market leader with in many cases first-mover advantage in its target markets. It
knows how to reach and sell to its target markets through a variety of online and brick-and-mortar channels, and its
products are very well received by its distributors and retailers as well as by the consumers who use and enjoy them. The
recent passage of the U.S. Farm Bill opens up multiple large new market opportunities for POTN products with major
consumer product retailers and pharmacies, and creates the real possibility of a future buyout by a consumer products
conglomerate such as Proctor and Gamble. Furthermore, the Company is in the early launch phases of multiple promising
sales and marketing initiatives that should both further strengthen the Company’s brand position and expand its revenues
and earnings. Therefore, we rate POTN shares as a Strong Speculative Buy, and set our fair-value price target range at
$0.192 to $0.337 per share.

Great news dude!
90's
I have no idea how many shares people on here actually have. I am not a millionaire yet, But I promise as Cannabis and 80s and early 9's' rock n metal music as my witness, I have way more shares than that.
$500 a pound??? That seems cheap.
Yeah, so why would anyone be on a stock board for over a year without shares? That would be hilarious if somebody out there is using a trade simulator for practicing trading and on Ihub at the same time, trying to pump their fake practice stocks. Do people actually do that?
Sounds like you held from 12.34 down to 4.05? LOL. Thats super smart...LOL
“This industry in a very short number of years will be bigger globally than brewing. […] It’s the variety; the breadth of experience is available to consumers so as a consumer of cannabis compared to alcohol there’s only one neurological effect from alcohol — whether it’s beer, wine or liquor. But depending on permutations and combinations of cannabinoids and terpines, cannabis can deliver an incredibly wide range of different experiences from uplifting and social — to slightly sedated and focused for a night of binge-watching Walking Dead.”
I've tripled my shares flipping the past year. So I kind of doubt that.
Will Tilray by out POTN? Whoever does will be the future of CBD and THC when Diamond starts making THC products. The Nike of CBD. Big time acquisition target.

Will CGC by out POTN? Whoever does will be the future of CBD and THC when Diamond starts making THC products. The Nike of CBD. Big time acquisition target.

Definitely quality. The Canadian Cannabis market is underestimated every year.
Imo opinion, ACB should scoop up Diamond CBD IMO. Make Diamond THC and CBD.

People act like ACB having a billion shares is a big deal. It's not bad at all. Don't have to worry about it dropping $5 in a instant. Great for flipping until now IMO. ACB is probably going to be the Apple of Cannabis. Apple has around 5 billion O/S. ACB having a billion shares and supporting the levels it does shows quality in the company.
LOL obviously not, but it seems to be the trend with these big Canadian Companies .CRON and CGC the 2 biggest Cannabis deals both went down in the $10 range. I remember reading articles about the CGC and Constellation deal why $10 is a significant number. It's some kind of marker that determines quality in the Company to the major players. Obviously if a company has a very low O/S. It's not as impressive holding $10's. But when you have 100's of millions O/S or in ACB's case a Billion+. That's showing quality. ACB is quality.
The longer ACB stays in the under $10 range. The longer it will take for a deal to be made with ACB. Hold the 10's for a couple weeks or so, and we will be having a deal done. The major players are accumulating as much as possible right now because the price is still low. I been accumulating but now I am in hold mode until a deal comes unless some awful news comes ACB's way. $$$HOLd ACB strong$$$$ Huge news is definitely near IMO.
When a company buys into another company buying millions of shares. They want a good deal. just like Me or you when we buy shares. I would much rather get my shares for $10 rather than $15. I'm sure investment bankers and companies trying to make a profit think along the same lines. ACB is established now. More so than Cron was when Altria made a deal with them IMO. A Big deal is coming and I don't expect it to be long. ACB is a great company with a excellent team. Excellent products. Millennials top stock pick. Maybe Nervous is not the right word, but it's something similar to it. $$$$$ACB$$$$$
