Medical, recreational and or both. Like I said a couple weeks back, this company's stock could very easily hit the $0.50-0.60 CAD range within 1-2 months. At current trend rates and bad pr from Simmons and other grey areas of the company are not helping to attract investors.
Wasn't trying to be mean or rude or scare off investors. Wish I would have sold off a lot sooner.
Good luck everyone.
Wishing everyone the best of luck. We all need it in such unstable times. Hopefully Invictus can get their stuff together to better inform their investors.
Sincerely,
Richard.
Good post. Transparency would be nice.
Exactly, not illegal but it is happening. To bring up the point makes some kringe. Valid DD can help connect the dots.

Someone sent me a pm saying it is not happening, yet here is evidence.
Convince me why I should buy Invictus.

Thank you for your insights and information. Please keep us informed if additional information is available.
Just feel done with this company. Trying to see any reason to buy back in (lower) but there are too many issues at the moment.
Like your profile pic btw lol! Gave me flashbacks of spy vs spy and two fold back covers.
Welcome to the forums.
Sincerely,
Richard.
Some information about insider trading, which has been happening with Invictus stock.
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Insider_trading
Worth a read especially with supposed leaked information.
Guess not... What else is new.
Any factual information to back this up?
Performing nicely over the past few days.
"if Invictus hopes to attract institutional investors, IR will have to get their act together"
Could not have said it any better myself.
There are some serious concerns with the company.
When Invictus investors relations knows less than investors, there is something wrong.
Imho, there are better "plays/companies" out there. Invictus charts look horrible jmho.
Might buy back into Invictus when it bottoms out around the .50-.60 CAD range depending if Simmons is still around or not. Bad feeling about the guy and his representation.
Look at the charts for the last 1-3 months.
"The Importance of Investor Relations"
"Investors play a major and vital role in the success and growth of a company. Because of that fact, it’s of the utmost importance for companies to maintain strong, transparent relationships with investors. This is where the investor relations department of a company comes into play."
https://corporatefinanceinstitute.com/resources/careers/jobs/role-of-investor-relations-ir/
Not to sound rude, but the IR of Invictus sounds like a lazy stoner with no information. Everything passed off to the wrong department.
Not sure why everything is passed off to Jessica Martin when Invictus IR is supposed to have the information.
Very strange.
Jessica Martin is vp of public relations and regulatory affairs. Why are all inquiries referred to her.
Actually feel bad for her in an aspect. Everyone is passing the buck so to speak, and no answers.
Best bet would be to call Invictus investor relations. Not that I have had much luck obtaining any info from them.

Please let us know if you find anything.
Good luck.
Agreed, kinda scary looking. Purchased shares back in February prior to the split at $5 each converted to $10 after the split. Bought in and out a few times at a loss each and every time. Purchased again at $1.35 about a week back and will try to let these shares ride.
Good company, good product. They will need to either partner up for Mass production or land a big loan to setup a larger facility imho.
Good luck to all!
You are right, he is only a board member of Invictus. Nothing to worry about right.
Kiss’ Gene Simmons Sued for Sexual Battery
He’s accused of inappropriately touching an employee at one of his restaurants
Wow!
Smiling from ear to ear to see public reaction.
As a director of the board, Simmons has obligations. Not sure where you are getting your information from.
Sexual battery charges are a pretty serious offence, not sure why you laugh at it.
Could lead to more, and really damage the company's reputation for appointing Simmons on the board.
Very serious indeed.
Seriously bad pr (very poor behavior on his part). Too much money, weird ideas. Simmons actually tried to copyright his signature "devil" horn hand gestures last year.
Invictus, what are you people thinking!
Seriously.
Directors and officers
"Directors are responsible for supervising the activities of the corporation and for making decisions regarding those activities. Officers are responsible for the day-to-day operation of the corporation."
For those who do not know what the rolls and responsibilities of of a board member are in Canada, check out the following link.

Worth reading.
Board members can be voted out as most of you I am sure aware.
You are correct that Simmons is not "management", he is on the board of directors.

Essentially, I have never even heard of a chief evangelist officer until Invictus assigned the position to Gene Simmons.
I will not be blindly lead.
Do your DD and you will be informed.
As chief evangelist officer he represents Invictus, the face so to speak. If that is not part of the management team and how their decisions are being made, then what is?
As a publicly traded company we should be able to access the contract between Invictus and Gene Simmons, shouldn't we?
Like I said, representation is killing this company.
Getting to the point of not being sure to laugh or cry lol. Guess I laughed first! Seriously though, I feel the pain. What's happening to the markets let alone the sector?
This is just getting more brutal by the day.
TFSA would have been a much better investing opportunity in hindsight.
Good luck everyone, we're in the meat grinder.
Any insight as to my other concerns? Cannabis cowboy was supposed to be up and running by Oct 17 2018. Any info on Poda Vapes?
As you mentioned several times in other posts you have some people that make it seem like all things a %100 guarantee the GTEC merger will happen. Do those same people have any other information to share in respect to our concerns?
Has Poda vape technology even been developed? If yes, why not available? If no, it's fluff. Seriously, if this revolutionary technology has been developed, why is there no evidence of it?
If you do not know, please state so.
If you know otherwise, please inform us.
Any timeline on those retail locations? Anyone or any company can blow fluff but I am looking for some factual information.
Dates, locations?
Anyone have info on Poda or cannabis cowboy?
Time to be a little more lucrative imho. Have some cash on the sidelines and put some other funds in other stocks to better diversify.
Sounds like a realistic plan.
Except for the fact that Invictus usually takes twice the loss of other companies in the same sector.
Nice looking chart btw. eom
If cannabis cowboy is not up and running yet, how are we expanding retail with this GTEC deal?
https://mobile.tmxmoney.com/quote/readnews/?id=5524967975353492&symbol=GENE
Have not seen any progress with the PODA vaporizer (no product found anywhere by anyone) have not seen any of these supposed cannabis cowboy operations up and running. Both websites have limited to no information.
Seriously time to start asking some questions.
Non-binding letter of intent, lot's of mention of debt. Starting to make me wonder what's happening here.
No returned phone calls. Investor relations not knowing what's happening especially when the PODA spin-off was part of the annual shareholders meeting.
These are some of my concerns and there is no one that can explain why there has been such confusion over what should be straightforward.
IR has no idea of what's going on and passed the buck to Jennifer Martin.
Several times there was missing information in their public presentations.
Those are the facts.
Please correct me if I am wrong.
Current rate of depreciation, should be at $0.50 in a month or two. Pulled 1/3 of my holdings (GENE) here at $1.35 and another 1/3 at $1.31 CAD.
Will ride the rest out (maybe). Significant loss we are all taking on this "hidden gem".
There are issues that I have with this company on a professional level, the stock price certainly reflects that. Down %5-10 per day is a bad joke.
Maybe this stock/company is not a "hidden gem" but people stay away because of it's representation.
Very sad.
Still waiting for an exchange listing. ETA unknown.
Cannabis Cowboy (stores), anyone know if they are open for business yet?
It's a mess. eom
Valuation in my TD Account is approximately $0.015 per PODA share with a current value of $0.00
Still waiting for their official listing.
You will receive your original number of Invictus shares that were converted from old shares to new plus one for one shares in PODA.
For example:
If you had 1,000 shares of Invictus when the spin off happened, you will now have 1,000 Invictus shares and 1,000 PODA shares.
