Am I right in saying the worst case scenario is 25 days left of the CSH’s dumping the 2mil shares a day. Less of debt is paid (I maybe all wrong in understanding this, if there’s approx 50mil left, assuming debt wasn’t paid at 2mil a day sold in market, we have 25 days worse case scenario of them holding the price down?)

@Smokey do you know how many shares are left @ 2mil a day. It seems never ending. I hope the release news with a plan to pay this debt off

MGC and Zelda are top 2 of my holdings. MGC signed a couple contracts for their derma division (I actually preordered a couple of their products last week). They are now a featured products on Cult Beauty .... they have a lot going for them. I posted the annual reports for both Zelda and MGC off ASX and pasted below for anyone that hasn’t seen them. Where do you see the breakout boards (sorry I’m new to IHub, I joined just to interact on UBQU board)... I have a gut feeling it’s going to be a great week. I truly believe management knew what they were doing holding financials to release after 3 day week. I also believe that the will release great news (great news meaning items completed not just a PR release like other companies do telling you what they are going to do.... our news will be what the did)

@royal. It did help with moisture it was a little harsh for the face (mostly because the cream is made for pain and 500 mgm cbd). I did find a product line that has face skin care using cbd (I’m also invested in that company) I preordered mine https://www.cavalabs.com/. You can also get cbd face creams on Cult Beauty. An Australian Company MGC Derma signee 2 big contracts and started producing (MGCLF if anyone wants to look into this company it’s a good long hold cannabis company in Australia). From what I hear about the Cannazol cream it’s better than the company I got mine from (Big Brother) I’m waiting for my Cannazol order to come in now so I haven’t used that one on my face, but, the other cream def helped. I’m in my 40’s and have paid over $300 for designer moisturizers, paid $1000 for Botox.... will basically try anything. The cbd worked great on my chin area it gets chapped due to Boston weather and I also ride a motorcycle so I’ll get wind burn.

Use a little on your face to start, I’ll let you know if there’s any difference with the product I ordered specifically for face (I pre ordered the scrub and moisturizer). Good luck!!!

I just ordered their cream and tinures. I bought the cream from big brother about a month ago. I was in a motorcycle accident a few years ago and just get stiff achy joints- I was shocked how well the cream works, I also used a little of it on my face (I’m a woman and vain lol) I had dry skin around my chin from cold/snow/scarf. I’ve paid up to $300 for high end face creams (non cbd)and the cbd cream blew them away except the $300 creams from Paris smelled prettier.... I’d rather it work then smell nice

This is my first order from hemp life, but I liked their referral programs, the fact they accept AMEX and Discover (big brother doesn’t) and their investor tab. Referrals are always the most cost effective way to get new customers and the fact they have a referral program on their site tells me they stand behind their product. I’m excited to compare it to Big Brothers Product

It’s weird how the ask stayed at .10 all day and the price went from .091 to .10 every couple hours.

Hopefully they’ll make some announcements next week. Two sets of performances shares were issued in the past couple weeks. Goals must have been hit listed in their annual filing

I put a limit order when the ask was .0188 for .0189 thinking if the shares where selling at .0188 then ask should move. Looks like they aren’t blocking it since it moved to .02 and I’m hoping they won’t hold it anymore. Years ago when I was assigned to a broker dealer (have my series 6 and 63) I wasn’t allowed to trade at all because I worked in financial services. The MM’s must have their series 7 license to trade these stocks, it’s illegal to manipulate this, if that’s what they are doing. I know the SEC was always compliance auditing us. That’s one of the reasons I only do strict insurance now and not financial planning

I even put a limit order in at .019, hoping it would bring the ask up but it seems locked. They shouldn’t be able to hold back a stock for their personal gains or to avoid losses. What if all of us simultaneously buy and or sell would that break the wall down? All of our shares this board holds combined must have more power than the a** hole MM’s

I bought half now and I’ll buy end of day, too. What I don’t understand is it seems blocked at .0188. The price is .0188 why doesn’t the ask go above that? Is there a force trying to hold this back?

I bought another 44,000 at ask .0188. What are the odds this will cross into the .019?? Or even better .02???

I hope not too!! Weird, at end of day the stock was .0188 and the ask was .0187 (on TD). Why would someone ask for less than the stock is worth at the time.

Does that mean it’ll get dropped back down tomorrow...or does somebody know info we don’t know (many e find tomorrow before 3 day weekend)

I’m surprised how low the volume is over here on these stocks, I think MGC was under 20,000 volume today. I was able to pick up another 18k shares of both Zelda and MGC. I almost sold a cbd penny stock at minimal gain to buy more, but, decided to wait for their financial report to come out take the profit (I hope) and put it in Australia

I hope Amazon picks it up lol, I’m a top reviewer on that site. Except for the 1billion shares, this company looks great! I wonder if they’ll retire shares this year

Those are the 3 companies I also chose for Australia, I’m not at my goal share number yet (180k mgc, 134k Zelda and 16k Auscann). I took profits from Canadain picks. Good luck to you, they all have good things in the pipeline the end of the year should be good to us

I’ve been trying to get to 250k shares (almost there). Has anyone heard this timer? I saw while in Australian chat room last night, Aurora (or a big Canadian player) is trying to buy/take over MGC. I guess there have some monster buys the past week (1mil+). Anyone else hear this?

That’s where I saw it. I wouldn’t think it’s true, but wouldn’t be surprised. Luckily I have both companies, if it’s true at least I’m in on this lol. I didn’t have Cannimed shares for that one

First I heard this was tonight. I hold a position in MGC and Aurora. It’s whats being said in Australia, i’d Like to see how this plays out. MGC has a lot of good things in their pipeline it could be a great fit. Where they just finished with the Cannimed takeover I would think they’d need a moment to breathe. Will be interesting to find out

Hello, this is my first post in the Aurora board. I just read in Hot Copper (Australian web similiar to iHub) that Aurora is buying out/taking over MGC Pharmaceutical. I came here to see if anyone was talking about it? Has anyone heard this? I thought they already positioned themselves in Australia.
