There was/are several FTEG products that are CBD based, which often gets lumped in with cannabis. Perhaps that is the reason.

Thanks for the first hand update from the CEO
That simply means their business strategy is the combination in one company of several stages of production, normally operated by separate companies. Like adding their own CBD extraction and infusion and multiple marketing arms. Cutting out as many middlemen as possible.
It does call out some wholesale suppliers, I think that is an addition.
It has that statement on the last one as well. Sorry, can't find the change in language, Perhaps when we awake. Yawn :)
It's an Amendment to their recent Form 10 in May to add additional disclosure in response to comments received from the Staff of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
I read through both, but have not found what language had changed.
It did state that "When this registration statement becomes effective (today), we will begin to file reports, proxy statements, information statements and other information with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”). Our SEC filings will be available to the public at the Web site maintained by the SEC at http://sec.report."
I suspect it is in reference to their pending uplisting, that requires generally more disclosure.
It certainly has the strong potential of becoming a gem! Already undervalued.
Confidently holding a bundle.
Sitting on a large stack of shares.
Pardon me?
Just the local robo dumpers :)
The patient is still alive! Let's move it to rehab and get this show going.
Indeed!
Little dip so I can accumulate more, and catch up with the rest of you.
We know! It's always raining in some people's gloomy world.
Thanks nbketz4 !
Macau is an autonomous region on the south coast of China, across the Pearl River Delta from Hong Kong. Its giant casinos and malls on the Cotai Strip, which joins the islands of Taipa and Coloane, have earned it the nickname, "Las Vegas of Asia."
Macau is part of China, officially the Macao Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.
Currency is pegged to the Hong Kong dollar, which is closely tied to the U.S. dollar.
Considering Gambling revenues are largely affected by economy and the region is depressed now, the settlement of a trade agreement with the US and China will be a positive, as will the further expansion into other countries in the region. Both very good for GMGI growth, IMO.
Available information indicate GMGI services the Asian Pacific (APAC) There are over 50 countries in that region. China and India make up the vast majority of the population. Of the customer base, do we know where most of the clients come from? Is there an even distribution or does one or two counties dominate? Is China the biggest client base?
(Approved Retail) I'm not sure what the filing inferred, it was an approved Retail qualification filed in Phoenix for FTEG, from the little information provided.
Yes, get them while they're cheap :)
Third party audited financial files on record with OTC along with endless positive activity. Quite straight forward. I'm confident.
Indeed!
Nice improvement in volume too.
That was a fast and significant turn around!
not to mention great cashflow and sales, expansion, and potential OTC upgrade. Dah. Like I have said before, show me a better CBD play and I will buy it :)
Yes, large upswings will be typically followed by profit taking. I imagine the post movement will be influenced by news of the company's progress, There will be a quarterly report mid July, we know will be impressive, also the infusion plant expansions, etc. New wholesale partners, plenty of news to keep things moving, IMO.

You have answered your own statement. If people are not buying or selling as you did, the stock will sit there. The simple premise that the market works on. However, I am betting on the continued profits, growth, and a OTC upgrade. All, which will increase the exposure and demand greatly. Hence raises the PPS to new heights.
That is true, I think most have adapted the attitude of "show me" and sitting on their hands, waiting. Problem with that is you end up paying too much, or chasing the stock after the fact.
Splitting the spread with the MM and trying to pick up some more cheap shares before we get into next month.
Perhaps they took your advice :)
Indeed!
"Thanks to a number of improvements... we’re gearing up for our best monthly revenue reports of the year.”
I do love a sale. Buy low, sell high never goes out of style. Long SFRX and adding.
Dah! Advanced Autonomous Radar Interrogation Technology, LLC (AARIT) was/is the device. The current ownership or use is not known to me. We all have access to the same information.
At the time Advanced Autonomous Radar Interrogation Technology, LLC (AARIT), was a wholly owned subsidiary of Seafarer Exploration (SFRX), that owns the device. Any details if there was a separation would only be speculation on my part. IP theft would not play into that.
In all fairness, you left out the part about Manta teaming up with Probability and Statistics and them suppling engineering support, topographic modeling, sensor recording and analysis, and other relevant advanced technology integration. Their science and engineering experience directly translates to new and exciting opportunities in the undersea world.
The SFRX Shorts are down from their highs last week, but showed a climb yesterday. Which explains this mornings attitude, and selloff. I trust you savvy investors saw the early tipoff. If anything, it provides a buying opportunity.
From a technical perspective SFRX is a Buy, we are well above the 200 Ma, and holding the 50 as well. The one cent point, although arbritrary, it's a psychological resistant or support level.
We can see clearly that .02 will show some resistance. The crucial break as I see it, is in the .013 range. Break through there and 02 will be tested.
Volume has been low, and more will be needed to advance significantly. Of course good news brings that on quickly. The Shorts are down from their highs last week, but showed a climb yesterday. Which explains this mornings attitude, and selloff. If anything, it provides a buying opportunity.
Fundamentally Seafarer has stated that cash flow is good and will allow them to continue forward. Recent developments with potential new technology is very favorable. They are also active in their diving. These are my opinions and I do hold a long position.
