ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. We may turn vertical tomorrow.
Another big push or two and the SHORTS have lost all control.

Goodnight Nascarrat, Scruffer
P.S. It's going to be hard falling asleep. Too stoked.
I LOVE IT!
A measly $1.43B market cap.
No place to go but ÜP.
Goodnight VortMax & LONGS, Scruffer
Tomorrow is going 2 B higher, higHER, HIGHER.
Up, Up we go.
It's going to be fantastic.
I CANNOT WAIT.
Wonder where the ALGOS will take us?
Institutional Investors increasing their positions.
Short covering may propel us into the stratosphere.
And then, FOMO, for those wanting in.
It is going to be a day to remember LONGS.

Scientists prep for COVID-19 vaccine test; March 8, 2020, 8:52 AM

Noticed didn't post in source.
Where is the link?
What is the date?
I do not see it or I cannot find it.
And margin calls do happen.
Maybe he was too busy working on a vaccine.
Or his option conversion was in error.
Brokers can get stuff wrong, especially the Bernie Madoff type.

Thank you, Scruffer
Other media outlets picked it up too!

Hang-on to your shares team, and possibly your shorts too!
And bladders for the older gents.
The SHORTS are scared as hell right now. Many will NOT sleep tonight.
Okay, I gotta go.
Until tomorrow, Scruffer
0.00000001%. Virtually no impact. NONE!
I thought you were going to write LOL after it.
We just discuss among ourselves here.
I like this site better than another one, even though it's mostly for "Real" penny stocks.
Looking forward to tomorrow with great anticipation.
I wonder how much shorting the SHORTS had to increase to avoid this being a runaway at $16 on Friday?
From foreign markets, they can SHORT it naked (w/o owning the shares), even though supposed to be cracking-down on this "Known" practice.
It should be extremely exciting tomorrow nonetheless.
Later INO LONG team, Scruff
Agree 100%. Plus, did you see WishMe's post?
Here it is:
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=154219160
INO's market cap is only a meager 1.43B dolloars.
We are talking about a TRILLION DOLLAR MARKET for a vaccine.
I wish we knew how many shorts there are so know how hard the squeeze will be.
Thought we almost had them at $16 but the ALGOS started selling heavily.
Another push or two and we may begin to go vertical.
I do not think they'll be able to contain this.
At $100 per share, without any dilution, ~ 10.2B market cap.
The hard part will be resisting to sell before then.
Additionally, this should update in a week or so.
http://shortsqueeze.com/?symbol=INO&submit=Short+Quote%E2%84%A2
Lastly, this is the most exciting stock on-the-street.
I understand, you're a charter.
I use: https://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=ino
Everyone has their own strategy.
To me, overbought or oversold conditions only work in a stable market.
Else: https://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=xom
Also, this stock is an outlier.
Entirely too much momentum, greed and demand.
Only an issuance of new shares will reset this, and maybe not.
Good luck, Scruff
https://www.tradingview.com/symbols/NASDAQ-INO/
Öh_yeah_Inspector. Demand > Supply = up, uP, ÜP.
AWESOME. These stocks should EXPLODE HIGHER tomorrow.
Great find & thank you for posting,
Scruffer
Good "Spring forward" morning INO LONGS.
Trading this stock on technicals is tough.
I'm a buy and hold investor on this one.
Relative Strength Index means nothing to me.
So much fear with COVID-19 that greed is taking over.
IIs (Institutional investors) are increasing their positions.
Plus, FOMO is and has been kicking-in GINORMOUSLY.
Then you have short covering.
We just don't know enough about COVID-19, but clearly worse than governments indicating.
The death rate could be as high as 3.4%.
And it spreads so easily.
INO's market cap is a measly $1.43B.
This vaccine market will reach the $T dollar level.
Good luck, Scruffer
Yes, their financials are terrible.
Yes, they've lost 100's of $MM: Accumulated deficit = (702,123,617)
Yes, their history may have been absolutely terrible.
But it's not about that now.
Huge advances in DNA, mRNA and pioneering biotech over the last # of years.
Thomas Edison didn't fail 999 times out of 1000 to invent the light bulb.
He stated he learned something new every time.
Maybe, just maybe, INO has developed a vaccine cure.
No doubt about it, big money is moving in.

Fun with math.
Okay, let's assume the first patient tested April 2nd.
We wouldn't want April 1st since that's April Fool's Day.
It happens to be 18 trading days away.
The Coronavirus spreads and fear continues to mount (and mount).
If INO SP averages 10% increase per day thru April 1st, then
1.10 (10% daily growth) or "x" (1.1) to the power of "y" (18 trading days)
= 5.559917313492231481
And the stock closed Friday @ $13.91
so at 10% average daily growth for 18 days yields:
INO ~ $77.3384 per share by April 2nd (not counting dilution).
With 100,010,328 O/S * 77.3384 ~ $7.735B Market Cap

Okay, since you asked,
at 15% avg per day = $172.14/share (~ $17.22B MC)
at 20% avg per day = $370.33/share (~ $37.04B MC)
And who said math couldn't be fun.
Plus, short covering, IIs and FOMO traders await,

For perspective:

Most mutual funds (Fidelity, VG, etc.) have limitations.
They cannot invest in "What they call penny stocks".
And penny stocks these days are defined by those under $5.

I'm out. Later and until Monday, Scruff
In all probability, yes, they'll issue new shares.
Even so, at 1.4B market cap, it's NOTHING if take into total perspective.
And this virus mutates: 2 types already.
And, unlike the flu, the warmer weather is NOT expected to kill, stop or diminish it.

$3 Billion allocated to vaccine & treatment R&D.
I usually ignore, but will provide some insight:
"It's NOT what U think, but what the market thinks".
Now, that's some really good free advice for you to analyze, absorb, comprehend.
Moreover, most funds cannot buy penny stocks (those under $5).
Well, that limitation has been lifted and they are gobbling up, uP, ÜP.
Off-to-the-races on Monday.
Good luck, Scruffer
Well, at least a much higher ROR.
Moreover, Trump had the meeting already planned with big pharma, really to discuss lowering their drug prices.
Then other companies invited to discuss Coronavirus.
There is treatment, vaccine, research & development, personal protect equipment, prevention, staffing, etc. all baked into the $8.3B emergency package.

I don't quite follow your post.
Even AlwaysOptimistic posts,
MSN reports, "The company reports earnings on March 12, but that event won’t be as much about financial results as it’ll be about Kim and team have to say about advancements, if any, in the company’s coronavirus treatment efforts."
Also, I'm NOT sure how you interpreted my post, but clearly, this market move is ALL based on the future and the Coronavirus vaccine.
One cannot think the SP move is indicative of what Zacks (or others) is giving its earnings (or lack thereof) & revenue opinion on?
Zacks Consensus Estimate
This drugmaker is expected to post quarterly loss of $0.23 per share in its upcoming report, which represents a year-over-year change of +32.4%.
Revenues are expected to be ("A measly") $1.36 million, down 45.6% from the year-ago quarter.

Earnings should have little to no effect.
It's ALL about the Coronavirus vaccine.
And, most importantly, ADDING. Gobbling it ÜP.
IIs are gobbling up more and more shares & % of float everyday.
We should easily surpass $2B market cap next week.
AlOpto: How do you interpret this?
Not 100% sure how to interpret this, but are:
37,780,654 shares still short?
37.78M / 96.32M = 39.22% <<< ???
Or is it the difference still short = 21,968,301 <<< ???
https://nakedshortreport.com/company/INO
Do we know the number of short shares or short % as of today?
Thank you, Scruffer
We almost had/have the shorts trapped.
Thought about to turn vertical, but ALGOS started selling heavily once hit $16.
And yes, most definitely, shorts are still crazy to be shorting this.
I'd be freaking-out, scared as hell and not sleeping (at ALL).
BTW... "Hello Shorts".
Another big push or two, and I don't think they can contain this.
Monday should continue our raving, ferociously, unrestrained ride.
Never know where the big boys (HFT, Hedgies & Big Banks) will take us however.

Thank you, Scruff
This is SÖÖÖÖÖÖÖÖ AWESOME!!!
Maybe today. About to go VERTICAL.
This is AWESOME!
Going to 20. Easily a $2B+ market cap.
Especially when considering their two competitors or same industry peers are over $4.5B+ & $10B+ market caps.
Where will the ALGOS take us today?
Me too! That is INSANE in the membrane.
Technical trial though, not so emotional.
But they (the defense, Tom & co.) are going to be selling a story.
That's what they do.
EXACTLY!
As always, gr8 job & TY GB & EB.
Not so much against him, but referencing him.
Ladies and Gentlemen of the jury,
The defendants council has presented a fabulously entertaining story, but a story it is indeed.
It's a tale of fiction, a fabrication.
They're doing everything legally they can to try to persuade you, to try to convince you, but the FACTS ARE THE FACTS.
Those cable companies STOLE AND INFRINGED from those 3 inventors (pointing to inventors), and Comcast did willfully so.
And then play that clip.
"It is possible by using your mind, your intelligence to Separate Fact from Fiction, to separate Sense from Non-Sense".
That would be too funny (as long as we win).
A glimpse of Tom Melsheimer.
Start @ about 15:00 though:
"It is possible by using your mind, your intelligence to Separate Fact from Fiction, to separate Sense from Non-Sense".
• • ChanBond can use his OWN quoted words against him • •
Looks like attorneys to support Tom Melsheimer.
Both attorneys of Dallas-FW area.
Also, we funded an account to pay to get relevant Pacer filings.
Paying per document is cheaper than monthly membership.
I think Evilbean volunteered to do this or his idea.
Very generous bunch here. Reached his "To start" total in maybe an hour.
I think got over $100 to begin in no time.
I prefer to settle. Get windfall sooner.
It'd be nice to settle with a few, just to get money in our hands.
Then, if others want to go to trial, so be it.
Comcast is the biggest offender so let them go to trial and be the first up.
Plus, they're subject to treble damages.
Never know what a jury will do or if gets "Reached" or "Corrupted".
I see NDA as incentive to settle if companies want to hide in their footnotes and "Try to be quiet" about their infringement.
P.S. LU: $1.02 is my WAG.
A special dividend will be declared w/ a win.
Billy has so many shares, even if relisted, he'll want payment to:
• His common UOIP shares
• The inventor's common shares
• Deirdre's common shares
• Rob's widow's common shares
• The Accredited Investor's common shares
• His friend's & family's common shares
• Our common shares
Since the dollar amount is so large, I give a trial much higher odds than typical.
I'm going with 50/50. It's a coin toss.
Some may settle though.
$0.69 (35% discount) - $0.90 (15% discount) per SUBSCRIBER now or $1.06 later.
Larger public companies may not care to settle as much, but the smaller private ones most definitely will.
JMO & Happy March, Scruffer
P.S. Back to Sunday's chores. It's a workout!
BTW... That lÖÖks really good LT. Thx.
Question: Since you were a field reporter and at the hearing.
Would there be a #2, "Past Royalty number"?
My interpretation from what has been posted is #1 incorporates all previous (all past year's) royalties.
Also, from your experience and expertise, are juries able, per judges instructions, to award more than Dr. Teece's suggested infringed dollar range?
That is, can punitive dollars be added as well?
Thank you for beginning this,
Scruff
Yes, yes, yes. Even keeled mental states.
Okay, I'm out. Later team.
I'll miss Happy Hour as drive home & stop at grocer.
Yes, #4) LÖL
MSOs: Use me ("The napkin said") 2 wipe...
Attorney costs.
I think attorney Stephen Jones, defending Timothy McVeigh for OK City Bombing, billed the government $550 an hour for his services alone.
And I think his trial began in 1995.
And as taxpayers, we paid. Ridiculous.
https://oklahoman.com/article/2746689/mcveighs-defense-tops-13-million-attorneys-cost-over-67-million
O.J. Simpson is said to have paid $50,000/day.
https://www.businessinsider.com/how-oj-simpson-paid-for-the-dream-team-2016-6
Tom M. Melsheimer is with the same firm defense already has on staff, Winston & Strawn.
Gambit moves all over the place, but who really knows.
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=151536925
As you post the facts, 4% chance trial, 96% chance settle.
