please list specifics to you claim. along with links. my review of sec filings bring a different conclusion.
I wouldn't expect additional info on AB2028 until Monday.
oops... CAPS not shouting. Sorry about that.
The link opens AB2028, NEW NUMBER ISSUED? Hopefully, it all works out.
Have you read the docs on this? you should.
Hey, those additional 100K shares are part of the shelf offerings. They need to be listed as authorized, but until they are offered yet. We'll get a heads up on that.
Read the documents, and you will get the correct date. June 2020 is when the complaint was filed in Superior Court. Things don't happen overnight, contrary to some beliefs.
I LOVE the new look!
Re your points 2 and 3
I disagree, the company will be around for a long time.
Management has cleaned house of the Monas and their minions. Think.... Someone in HR/PR made a *mistake* to favor Mona, I would bet that person is gone, and I would not be surprised to see if that person (or persons) we added to the legal complaint in the future.
Dowling is soft spoken and honest, but that does not mean that he will not defend the company or correct issues. Were you aware that CVSI has separated themselves from the Monas in ongoing Citron lawsuit. Monas are responsible to defend themselves and pay for their own legal fees this is both Jr and III. And the Complaint to negate the employment agreement. Dowling is earning less than Mona did, and options are well earned. So your point and Chillin's that there is an ongoing personal relationship is pulled out of your *left ear*.
Why would the numbers be red? We should have had this current Mona discussion last monontht. Were just a bit slow here.
Payroll
look up the case in San Diego superior court. Mona JR responded, asking for arbitration. CVSI agreed to it, provided the court stays the case until post arbitration. zIf arbitration fails, jury trial it is.
I would not say that, you need to look at the timeline; Jeorge was there shortly before Mona resigned, Dowling (CVSI) continued to request documentation from Mona, he basically showed them the third digit at each ask.
Yes, and I hope the court agrees with CVSI on this.
Read the document, link is posted, that will answer a lot of questions.
However, in many companies, the founder/CEO has access. The Raiders issue is from that period, and if you read the document, you will find the journey CVSI took to uncover the fraud... boils down to Mona *forgetting* to provide the paperwork.
Again, don't make accusations, and assumptions, but read it.
PR did not withhold the $200K, the company had to pay that tax bill. Thus my opine, that PR clerk/process should be scrutinized, and correct the oversite going forward.
I think this action has just proven how ethical current management is, as well as how self-serving Mona was. Although I *might* agree it is bush league in some regards, I disagree - once the fraud was discovered and supported with evidence (they had to have the evidence!) they went in guns blazing! Mona will pay one way or the other. I certainly hope that the balance of options are forfiet!
You may be right, I disn'r soften the blow. The point is a lot of errors were made, oversights in the PayRoll department, and misses that should not have happened. On the Raiders ticket, I can understand how it would be hard to get info from the top man in the company.
CVSI had to go through a lot in order to come to the truth on this spend, and I do give them kudos for it. However that does not change the fact that this SH## that Mona did caused HUGE issues for CVSI. The next time CVSI has to prove itself on accounts and process is YE report, which will not be released until April 2021.
I still am for CVSI,
Terminating his employment agreement would be a boon I am hoping it also means that any and all of future stock options will be negated
That is a mild statement in the 10q. Invest and read the complaint. I certainly hope CVSI sorts it out, and true, their numbers passes, but not their processes, which recieved an adverse opinion.
There was a learning curve, and IMHO [humble] i now think it will take longer it recover. Hoping 2020 audits pass both numbers and process. No more adverse opinions.
I still think CVSI will do well in the long run, but for me the time frame is now longer.
No chill pill needed, but thank you for the suggestion anyway.
If you have time, go back and read the 10Q report, page 13. At this time I am PI##D off that CVSI failed in this way. But all companies have a learning curve, and CVSI seems to have been a little behind, or totally bamboozled by the Monas. I have a theory as to why the NASDAQ talks took so long, and I don't see CVSI uplisting until the books and record keeping both get a green light from auditors. [I looked at the court filing, and my eyes are opened, if your are interested in details, go to San Diego Superior Court and purchase the complaint, interesting read]
I have a HUGE amount of shares, and at this point, no longer consider them as near term wealth growth. I cannot see a significant increase in SP for at least 2 years. Many hope SP will go up sooner, but it will be a miracle if we see $1.50 anytime soon; $5.00 would be 2 years plus out.
CVSI, has some issues to resolve, and other companies in the sector have different issues to resolve. Most of this is due to FDA guidance delay, but some is due to in-house issues.
I certainly hope that the new products bring in interim revenue, and continue to do so in the future. Once the FDA issues guidance, CVSI better be a frontrunner.
Chillin - I still have faith in Dowling and Jeorge, I hope they have learned a great lesson over the past year. They are honest men, and IMHO, were perhaps a bit too naive to trust Mona Jr. Charlatans can pull the wool over the best of people, I just hope KARMA hits hard to those who deserve it.
I missed it, wrong timezone calcs... urg....
Good photo.
Urgh... Sheeple tend to mess things up.
My beef with the article is that we know thee is no way the FDA will approve something without safety tests, yet this article implies it just takes Mr. T to push it through. I just pray that most people aren't dimwitted enough to take a potential poison because of an article. Some poisons do have medicinal benefits, taken properly. Can you imagine someone taking the flowers and leaves and brewing a tea out of desperation?
Oleander has poisonous ingredients which include:
Digitoxigenin
Neriin
Oleandrin
Oleondroside
That's a great COA. I wonder if this will become the norm going forward?
You said it better than I. Thank you.
I would agree.... It is WHO one knows and not WHAT one knows. It is no wonder that small companies, who have great products or ideas are dismissed simply because of connections. Politics.
I'm just saying, the article eluded to T supporting this; he was not quoted.
I think there are a lot of plants out there which are great medicines, and it would be great if the FDA would allow more development of these plants, and in that sense I would agree to "The FDA should approve it".... but we all know that will not happen without safety data.
I'm just tired of the sick puppies we have who are our government, and the media who fuel the sick fire.
Hey wolf...
That article about a Covid-19 treatment has a S&!T load of implied comments. She said that he said that T said... a bunch of CRAP!
I'm giving up on reading anything political and it doesn't belong on this board.
I don't think it will be a lab, i think more of a research group, with access to several labs for testing. The job as I read it is to collect, test, record and report findings to FDA. Most labs can't do this. So a 3rd party research or data crunching group.
A supposition... The FDA is ready to issue guidance for safe CBD/lableling/ testing; however they do not know which products out there are safe, nor do they have the man power to test market samples, so the hire of the contractors. IMHO, the FDA is adding manpower to identify the bad players, and be able to issue recall orders for certain brands.
If this is the case, once word gets out that the FDA is enforcing CBD guidelines, many doors will close on their own.
Just thoughts.
Hemp Industies report
Chart: 2020 an ‘extinction event’ for thousands of CBD companies, but industry remains crowded
https://hempindustrydaily.com/chart-2020-an-extinction-event-for-thousands-of-cbd-companies-but-industry-remains-crowded/
I haven't seen the FDA reference, but the study was in Europe, synthetic CBD used, provided bySTI and NOVA pharm's. this was posted on the C boards, but I see no link to C or GW. what am I missing?
I saw that. Waiting to see how CW reports. I absolutely pray that CVSI management is working OT on on-line sales in both advertising and SEO improvements. If more CBD companies have an increase in sales, and we don't, I would say it is time for a very hard meeting with Management and Directors.
As I mentioned before, I give them to FDA guidelines/next quarter before I pass final judgement on adaptation to market.
slooooow day today, low volume, and a twist on the last trade....
bah.....
The only thing I read into it, is that Mr. Dowling, et. al. have picked top notch professionals to help with the studies.
It would be great if there was indeed a partnership, but time will tell.
I don't think that this means CVSI has a partner to develop 007. Dr. Aubin was/is a member of the advisory board, or DSMB for CVSI. Dr Aubin was a consultant in trials, as the DSMB tends to be the "middle man" in the blind study trials:
Data Safety Monitoring Boards
Clinical trials are closely monitored and regulated by a variety of entities, including independent bodies that review the trial protocol and data on an ongoing basis to ensure that the trial is ethical and should continue.
e-trade is showing 0.66 or -3.11%, but I see 0.643 on other sites,; appears 0.66 was a form-t, so we closed 0.643.
