I was speaking theoretically, and more towards licensing agreement or partnership than buyout... in reality I expect LP to fight and claw for the best price possible... she could have sold for peanuts way before now... she is steering nwbo straight into the middle of the cancer spotlight... if they have already submitted a BLA to MHRA a while back and are a month or two from approval, they will have a major income stream and the price for NWBO will increase exponentially. My question is this: what (and how long) will it take to get flashworks approval in the EU...???
Hey Reg.... we have something in common. I was diagnosed with bladder cancer around 2007... had surgery to remove it, went back for around 8 years getting checkups... all negative. God is generous to us... He is good all the time..
.(-:
I agree.... so in this scenario LP was wrong when she said all BP's can do is bring a checkbook... in their current situation they can bring protection...
MUCH more closely resembles the actual events that took place on May 10th... well said...!!!
Anyone else expect a bear raid Monday???
I do... especially the way all these paid shills are chirping going into the weekend and ASCO...
GI&SI wrote:"Do you not think they covered?"
They covered IF their goal is to make money... what if their goal is to hold NWBO down so they can buy them on the cheap, or drive them into bankruptcy so they can buy the pieces for pennies...???
Imho, the way out is most likely either go it alone, partnership, JV, or licensing agreement...
Going it alone is a long path.... I don't see our aged BOD taking that path....
Poor Man wrote:"I would agree to a $10b buyout (~$6.70/share fully diluted) in a heartbeat."
Geez!!!!
I wouldn't agree to a buyout for $16.70...
Know what you hold....
Who do you think you're talking to???? You think no one here does any due diligence??? This isn't Stock Twits.... NWBO might go down Monday, but it won't be because they don't have successful trial results. It will be because of manipulation by those that want to kill them, or buy them on the cheap... Maybe you'd do better on Yahoo.... (-:
I would not vote for a buyout for anything less than $20 per share....
My belief is that all the shorting (naked and otherwise) is funded by BP, and that those that fund and those that are funded both share the same goal (bankrupt nwbo) but for different reasons.... those that fund want to continue getting their revenue from outdated treatments to cancer, and the shorts want all the money they have recieved for the shares they have sold... one other possibility is that a potential suitor wants to push down pps to obtain cheap shares to buy the company when NWBO'S price zooms up, or wants to buy nwbo for pennies on the dollar when NWBO runs out of options to keep the lights on....
"they want to actually eventually bankrupt the company and eliminate a serious threat to some biopharma revenues"
This is my guess.... but I'm a rube...
Brother. I feel your frustration. I've been here since 2015, and bought at $10 before it went to $12.55, then all the way down to $0.14.... TWICE. It hasn't been an easy road. NWBO moves at glacier speed. BUT, these days there is a difference. We've gotten data lock and TLD (albeit not yet PR'ed)... these are promises KEPT by the company.... and at some point in the deep, dark future I believe we get the Journal article and a proper PR.... and because of the promises kept, we are in a MUCH better position to command a higher price for JV, partnership, licensing agreement, or buyout. It's hard to wait... excruciating... but wait we must to grab that gold ring. Buck up buttercup... we'll get there...!!!
Would fill today IF we get journal article and PR today.....
Peanut butter and Jama.... Thermo (-;
I have no problem leaving the details of the deal to LP... she's not going to give the company away after all the effort she has put into it....
It's exciting that NWBO could partner with MERCK in such a short time...(-:
Did you see my hint on Twitter concerning my user name...???
Imho the only way to beat the shorts is to either get approvals and start selling the product (long road) or sell to a BP, but in selling I'm not sure how much you could get at this depressed pps...
Gonna be interesting to see how much we go up, if any, between now and the close on Friday...
Really, really hope you're right Dan.... but please forgive me if I don't hold my breath.... kinda out of breath since May 10th.... (-:
I'll be surprised if NWBO'S pps gets to a dollar before ASCO....
Now after...??
ahp123 wrote:"the only thing that can change SP is an approval ..."
My belief is that the pps will be held down by those that want to kill NWBO at all costs, and the only thing that will change that is either buyout, partnership, JV, or licensing agreement...
My point being NWBO will be pushed down as long as they are going it alone... as soon as they bring on a BP, it will all go away...
It's either: Don't get on that jet... or:
There's no telling what the tide will bring... (-;
Probably already posted but.... amazing!!!
Best ever....
I think it's time to take a comparative look at the qualifications & credentials of who thinks $NWBO #DCVax trial was an overwhelming success & it met both its Primary & Secondary endpoints versus those who think the DCVax-L Phase III failed. Yes... could be Flashworks related...
Not Lykiri, but to me it means that we might have some amazing news either at, or around this year's ASCO.... (-:
No telling how long that 'on-going regulatory procedure' has been going on....
You know... us stockholders are unhappy about current share price, but after looking at what is going on, it seems nwbo management is going by the correct route, informing and presenting data to scientists, brain surgeons, oncologists, and clinicians FIRST to get them on board with this immunotherapy because THEY will be the ones recommending this treatment for their patients. Share price will come...
What is the concensus of the board today??? Do we get the Journal Article this week???
Swing traded today for the first time ever with nwbo..... i had around 50k shares i had bought lately and sold them at $0.735 and bought back lower... only picked up a couple of thousand shares... bought back a little higher than I originally intended... was worried the pps would break through $0.74 and take off...
You think it's fixing to move up???
I've been worried NVCR or some other BP could potentially delay, maybe indefinitely, the journal article...
How many more warrants are there to convert...??? It would help us know how much more operating capital the company has from this income stream...
Very well said H4L...!!!
Thermo wrote:"I’d prefer the company minimize dilution because I would like to see all long-time shareholders get a nice return..."
I know there are plenty of others here who have held longer than me, but I started investing my entire retirement fund in NWBO since it was $10.01 moving toward $0.14 in 2015. I've held through two trips to $0.14, been patient, called more than 20 friends and family into investing in this company and had my guts pulled out May 10th during the bear attack. Now I have egg on my face and look like an idiot to everyone from my wife to my Barber.
I didn't do all that to get a freaking "!!!NICE!!!" return....
So I guess this means the peer reviewed journal article is coming out soon in the NEJM:
https://www.statnews.com/2022/05/19/nejm-other-journals-make-conflicts-of-interest-more-transparent-or-dont-publish/?utm_content=buffer56b36&utm_medium=social&utm_source=twitter&utm_campaign=twitter_organic
1st paragraph:
"Are medical journals reliable sources of objective information, or do they, at times, act as shills for the pharmaceutical industry and other interests? We believe the latter after reading a Perspective article on drug pricing in the New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM) that presented the perspective of the pharmaceutical industry on what drugs should cost without explicitly revealing the industry ties of its authors"
Good grief....
Not sure if this was posted:

What a great response...!!!
Well played, PM... (-:
You'd have to ask someone else, but I think it varies... the other day someone said they recieved almost $0.75 per share for some...
Kab wrote: "IIRC there's still 250M warrants out = about $50M cash still to come in from the warrants..."
That's good to know... maybe nwbo has enough cash to make it to the finish line with DCVAX-L...(-:
And then all of a sudden there was Tesla...(-;
Well said H4P...!!!
