Did anyone listen to the Webinar yesterday about MOTA Coin?
On Jan. 10th, Brett posted on FB that his friend was looking to buy a clean OTCQB shell
On Jan. 30th, Brett asked on FB if everyone could like the MJVP page so they could secure the URL.
There has been no other news or talk about the two since, until your post.
Did you ask why they didn't have any of GLF's products?
"Quarter 1 2018 will be the highest grossing quarter to date, representing a 30,000 percent increase over Quarter 2 2017."
They had $3K in revenue for Q2 2017, which means they booked $900K in revenue for Q1 2018
I don't know if the company is diluting... but the entire marijuana sector has been taking a hit. Not just PNTV.
I'd have to say the videos they've release recently are much better than their earlier ones.
I'm surprised the partnership with Freedom Leaf didn't give them a price boost.
They need to focus on Las Vegas. Why expand into California when they are struggling to get it going in their own home town. There's so much room to expand in Las Vegas. Why spread our resources so thin.
Lets dominate Las Vegas before jumping into these long shots.
Do you know if they've started building out phase 3?
This purchase also shows they are generating a decent amount cash already from prior acquisitions. using $400K cash... with no mention of debt financing
If you go to Corey Crosser's facebook page, it says he started working for Grow Contractors in December 2017.
Pntv wasn't mentioned directly, but they did mention Jeff Robinson being their consultant and that they signed a financing term sheet and they expect to receive the first trench of $500K within the next few weeks.
This starts at 10:35 in the conference call.
What makes you think they're going to do a reverse split? They only have 160 million shares outstanding.
Thanks for the info.
Financials were disappointing, but I don't plan on selling any shares.
I think the GME acquisition and future CBD Contracts push this over a buck sometime this year.
CBD, hemp, and cannabis markets are not going away, they're only going to get bigger.
There's an agreement within the 10-q that says they believe they'll receive $60+K by September 2018
FRLF was receiving licensing fee revenue from a few companies in prior periods, but now those companies are so far behind on making payments that FRLF had to record an allowance for bad debt.
They can't keep recording revenues from companies that don't pay...
I agree, those were awful to say the least.
Only bright spot was, the GME acquisition was after this quarter's close. I hope they release those pro forma reports sooner than later.
How did they make less than $6K from their magazines? Where's the advertising revenue from their websites? $1,800 in product sales... geez
What about the 600#s of hemp they bought a few months back. That only equaled 27K in inventory?
It did the same thing to me yesterday. I had an order for .257 and it traded down to .241 and I received no shares.
Guess it was a good thing since I got another 350K shares on this mornings drop
Dilly Dilly is from the Bud Light commercials
Dilly Dilly
FRLF millionaire today baby!!
Go to Brett H. Pojunis' facebook page and like the MJVP, Inc page.
I didn't.
I'm not invested in POTN. If you are, I hope you make a lot of money.
That PR was issued in November 2017 saying that they planned to reduce shares and the supplemental information was released in December 2017.
I haven't seen anything official that this reduction actually took place. Do you have a source confirming it.
View POTN's sec filings-

Dec. 12, 2017 supplemental information.
Total outstanding shares as of Sept. 30, 2017 - 485 mil
POTN has 484 million shares outstanding, FRLF has 130 mil... this is going much higher.
Patience will be paid here. Hold strong!
Future FRLF Millionaire here!
Put your order in premarket. Sometimes it'll allow you to place the order even if the funds haven't cleared. But once it's accepted you can only cancel it.
My guess is around .30/share. That gives us a 40 mil market cap, which a lot of the marijuana stocks seem stall at before heading higher.
A dollar a share would not surprise me, but holding my few million shares to that level would.
I highly doubt they got $50 mil from the settlement, but I'd be happy to see $5 mil. Mark's made a few comments that lead me to believe the settlement wasn't just cash.
So all companies that have over $50mil in cash don't use LOC or debt financing?
The company I work for has $20+ mil in cash and we have a line of credit. Having a line of credit is not a terrible thing. If you need it, it's there.
I disagree! There are so many companies operating in the marijuana sector that are valued at hundreds of millions to several billion that produce very little.
Also take a look a crypto stocks.. they do nothing, but their values went through the roof.
Sure, but it's always smart/favorable to secure financing when you don't need it. I also view this Kodiak agreement as a line of credit. If an opportunity arises were they need cash to make an acquisition, they have it.
PNTV is waiting on inspections from local departments/government. There's no way they can accelerate those inspections. PNTV is working on getting Phase 2 and 3 approved all at once. These things just take time.
Broke to PNTV Millionaire here! holding my shares!
PNTV is not begging Kodiak for money...
Too much going on with this company and its' tiny float.
It might sound crazy, but a buck is definitely possible. That gives us a 130mil market cap, which is no where near crazy compared to other plays in the sector.
2018 just kicked off... let her ride!
In addition to that:
1. they've applied to become a licensed cannabis producer in Spain
2. Negotiating to acquire a food grade ethanol extraction plant
3. collaborating with 2 European companies to expand their CBD product offerings.
Based on current float and market cap, this is going over a buck sometime this year.
Zen- do you know what time in the video they stated they received these permits. I missed it.
It is! People need to be patient.
Stop putting road blocks up and let this baby run...
yes, but I think it'll go higher in the long run.
I agree, but people need to stop selling!! It wants to run... let it!
We need to see some news! An update on green market Europe would be nice. I thought it was suppose to close early December.
I think we'll head higher, but nothing exciting until we get some news.
Welcome back! Wish I had more cash available to add down here.
